Beach Colony West, Navarre, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

The view from our balcony is beautiful white sand and emerald waters.  Our  1700 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/ 3/bath  beachfront condo is accessed with a keyless entry to allow arrival at your convenience.  Beach Colony West has a coded gate and a parking garage and is well lighted so those late entries are easily and safely made.  
Unit 13D has a master suite with a king-sized bed, television, walk-in closet, jetted tub, walk-in shower and double sinks.  Bedroom two has a queen bed, television, tub/ shower combination, and a single sink.  Bedroom three has two double beds, television, and private access to the hall bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The dining table seats six with an ocean view.  The fully furnished kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water and all the small appliances you will need including both a Keurig and Mr. Coffee.  The living room has leather seating that includes a couch, love seat, and recliner.  The large smart TV will allow you to watch regular TV or stream your apps. The laundry room has a washer and a dryer.
Beach Colony West amenities include the largest pool on the beach, tennis and pickleball courts, community grills, covered parking, and a work-out room.  
Bookings are for one week and run Saturday to Saturday.  This is a nonsmoking unit and pets are not allowed.   Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival with a $300 refundable damage deposit due upon rental to secure your date.  We accept checks and venmo.
