Welcome to Beach Colony West Resort 2A! This luxury, professionally managed, 2nd floor condo has 3 large ensuite bedrooms with attached full size bathrooms & can accomodate up to 6 guests. The master has a king bed and the guest bedrooms have a king bed & the other a queen. It is beautifully furnished with all the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. A well stocked kitchen makes cooking meals a breeze. You can also enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest balconies on Navarre Beach with a pool and ocean view. Don't forget about the super comforable pollywood balcony furniture!
Beach Colony Resort Amenities include: Pool (NOT HEATED), Fitness center, 1 Reserved covered parking space & covered guest parking, Private beach walk over and MORE.
Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE which is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase through La Dolce Vite chair services. (Chair setup locations may vary each day).
Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach community that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of America in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water & tanning on the powder white sand.
- Boats & Trailers are not permitted on premises.
- Remember there is an outdoor shower and hose, sand stays outside. This is someones personal home. There is no need for there to be excessive sand in the unit. Please make sure you are being respectful in this complex. If excessive violations of this occur, you will be told to leave & additional cleaning/damage fees will be charged!
