Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are available in unit for guest use at the beach. Tennis Courts are also available for free guest use. A spice rack is included for guest use. We have over 50 books available in the unit as well as puzzles and games for guest use.

We were very happy with our stay at 17b. The cleanliness was exceptional. This is the first condo we have stayed in Navarre that we have no complaints about cleanliness or any other issues at the condo. It was just myself and my husband and it was perfect. The kitchen was stocked well with practically everything you need. The spices available were a nice touch. Great view from the balcony where we had our morning coffee everyday on the comfortable furniture, so relaxing. The elevators were very fast and both working. The only thing we personally missed was a crockpot, Keurig coffee maker and Kleenex’s for those that might want those things. Great location to walk to restaurants and the pier. I’m sure Karen would be responsive to any problems but we just didn't have any. Thanks again Karen for a wonderful stay in beautiful Navarre! Photo is taken from the balcony.

The condo is lovely and well stocked with all the necessities for a trip to the beach!! We tend to eat in a lot when we visit Navarre so we were very pleased with the well stocked kitchen.....right down to the martini glasses!! The owner was responsive to our inquiries and answered all our questions. We loved spending time on the balcony and enjoying the amazing views. kudos to the comfy seating

The location and views are unbeatable. The condo was very clean, and was well-appointed with all the items we could need - from cooking utensils and spices to beach chairs and toys, if needed. I can't think of anything that would need to be added for a great vacation, as they really thought of everything! Lots of thoughtful additions that made our stay even better. Owner is very nice and responds quickly. She helped us with booking and gave us all the information we needed for arrival and use of all condo amenities. We hated to leave and definitely plan to come back again! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It is very clean and comfortable and the views are gorgeous! You get a wonderful sunrise view and I have included a picture. This property is the most impressive condo we have rented on Santa Rosa Island. The Navarre location is perfect for a relaxing winter get-away. The condo was very clean, views were amazing, accommodations were comfortable, pleasing, and adequate in every need (even the kitchen had all needed items to prepare complete meals). The property was immaculate and modern. It has been extremely well maintained. Our stay was wonderful!! The only thing that comes to mind is that we wish check-in could occur earlier than 4:00 pm. By the time you move in, shop for groceries and have dinner the entire first day is gone.

I love the beach and even though it rained about half the time we were there I still enjoyed having an extremely nice place to stay. However what I didn’t enjoy is falling in the condo because the floor is extremely slick. Even after cleaning the floor myself, my daughter almost fell in the same exact place I did. It is now 2 weeks later and I’m still suffering pain and grief getting around because of this fall. It’s a beautiful place to stay but watch your step!

The condo was nicely furnished and well appointed. Comfortable bed in mbr. Great porch with a perfect beachfront view. Handy covered parking garage. Super supply of beach necessities - chairs and floats, etc. And while not much tv was watched, nice to have premium channels.

Lovely and comfortable condo accommodations with spectacular views of the early morning sun, shoreline, and Navarre pier. We had everything we needed and groceries, liquor shops, and pharmacies were all close by. Good dining nearby and so easy to take a short trip up or down the shoreline to additional dining experiences.

The condo was exceptionally clean, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Felt like home with the exception of the master bedroom mattress. We personally like a firm mattress but we left feeling this one in particular was very hard and could benefit from a memory foam topper. We moved into the guest bedroom after the first night and that turned out to be a bit better. Everything else was spot on so we agree with the overall 5 Star rating!

Really does look just like the pictures which isn't always the case. Entry to complex and unit was seamless with all codes we received by email prior to our arrival. Condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. My husband is the cook in the family and was pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked with anything he needed. Only negative comment was the pool was not heated, which was very disappointing since it was on the colder side the week we were there. Overall however we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo is beautiful with outstanding views of sunrise. My first morning awoke early. The windows in the master bedroom were a glow with colors that I had not expected. Remember to check sunrise time and get up earlier to catch it all. Sunsets are also spectacular but I am definitely a morning person. This is exactly what I wanted and expected. I am so glad I found this on Home Away. The white sand beach was spectacular. Take Hwy 399 from Pensacola Bridge to Navarre. You will think you are driving through snow not sand! So many places to explore and beach is not crowded at this time of year. Some days cold, some days cloudy but all were beautiful. Yummy grouper at many places. I recommend this property and hope that will be able to return some day.

Had a wonderful time at Beach Colony Penthouse. Weather was good and beach was very clean. Excellent views. Great family location. Quiet. Enough restaurants to satisfy everyone. Condo was beautiful and kitchen well equipped. Enjoyed having beach chairs, umbrella and toys for all ages. Had some hipcups with the air conditioning and the Dish TV on a rainy day. Air conditioner was taken care of within a day. Would love to come back to location in the future.

This unit is incredibly clean, well maintained and everything works like it should. The only thing I could improve on would be to have my two recliner chairs there. The patio is huge! Largest patio of any Condo we've ever stayed at in 30 years.

This was our first trip to the gulf. While the weather and rip currants were not the best. This was one of the best condos we have ever rented. Every thing was perfect. The bed in the master bedroom was a little hard for us but every thing else was perfect. Great views . Cannot wait till we get to go back. We will definitely want to stay at the same unit

This upscale condo is a lovely decorated penthouse unit that sleeps 6 with luxury in mind. The living room is suited with wrap around windows and wall to wall sliding doors that provide a panoramic view of the gulf and 30 miles eastward to Destin. The dining room is spacious and can comfortably seats six.
There is an adjacent bar overlooking the gourmet kitchen outfitted with granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, stocked spice rack, and all the pots, pans, tableware, etc., that you need to cook and entertain in style. Double doors lead to the private and elegant penthouse master bedroom suite where a wall of sliding glass doors open to the beautiful views of the balcony. The bedroom includes a large walk-in closet.
The master bath/spa is this penthouse’s peak of luxury. The whirlpool bath and the beautiful travertine walk-in-shower are surrounded by windows that once again provide an avenue to look out onto the awe-inspiring scenery. The spacious second bedroom is equipped with two double beds and a full bathroom. The bedroom is considerably big, and can conveniently become a separate suite by closing the pocket door.
