Beach Colony East Resort, 15C Beachfront , Navarre, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This was our first visit to Navarre Beach and this condo/resort. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The condo was clean and stocked with everything that we needed and more. I've stayed at many places thru the years and I've never had an AC or a Fridge that could keep up. I always came up to a cold unit and a freezer with plenty of ice for our drinks. This place was great and you will be satisfied if you choose to stay here. I can't wait to visit again!!

It’s been another wonderful week at Navarre Beach, staying in your gorgeous condo! We are already looking forward to next year!

Absolutely loved this gorgeous condo! It is a very clean condo. Very nice and roomy with lots of extras like a separate ice maker for drinks, makeup remover cloths, and a closet of lots of beach things to use at the beach! The views are absolutely amazing, we enjoyed getting to watch the dolphins play each day in the very comfortable furniture from the balcony. The pool is so big that we didn’t feel like the were people and playing kids right on top of you. We can’t wait to come back next year with our whole family!!

Just got back from this wonderful area of the Emerald Coast. It is exactly as described. Beautiful view. Plenty of room for everyone. Place was very clean. All appliances, dishes, kitchenware you need. Owner’s closet stuffed with beach goodies was a plus. If you are looking for a great stay for a family of 4-6, away from the crowds , this is the place you want. Still close enough to Fort Walton and Destin if you need some more activities for pre-teens and teenagers. Highly recommend.

The pictures do not do this condo justice! It’s gorgeous and extremely clean. The beach closet has everything one could possibly want to make packing easier. The kitchen is well stocked and organized perfectly. It’s a very quiet condo and in a great location. The views from the balcony are magnificent. The pool and grill area are kept very clean. Communication with the owners was fast and the rental process was easy. Great memories made for my birthday in my heaven on earth in this perfect condo!

This is our third year staying at this amazing Condo. Why do we continue to choose, this particular unit... 1. This unit is ALWAYS immaculately clean. 2. This unit offers EVERYTHING, you could possibly need. All you need to bring are your clothes, food , and a few toiletries. 3. The VIEW 4. The closet of toys. This unit offers a key, to everything you need at the beach. We have stayed here every year with others, that have also stayed in this building, and we were the only ones, granted access to this amazing closet. There are an over abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats, etc. 5. Communication. From the time you book with this unit, until you leave, you are given every answer to every question In an email. 6. The beds. The beds are amazing! Super comfortable. You wake up every morning rested and ready to go. 7. The ottoman of board games. As with any day on vacation, you can anticipate some rain. This ottoman is packed with games to make those moments still remain great. 8. Location. You absolutely can’t deny that this location is truly a hidden jewel .

Will we return for a 4th year, YES GOD willingly. Thank you Karen for offering up such an amazing unit. You have allowed three years of the BEST family memories fruition. We absolutely LOVE 15c!

We stayed in this unit June 22-29, 2019 and LOVED it! It was myself, my husband, daughter and son-in-law, 16 year old son, and 2 of his friends. The unit was plenty big for all of us not to get into each other's space. It is completely stocked with any and everything you need. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. All the beds were very comfortable, and had bedding supplied in the closets if needed. The outside closet was a huge bonus, not hauling all the beach gear from home was so nice. The location was very convenient to all stores and shopping. I spent a good amount of time on the balcony soaking up the views:-) Overall I can't wait to book this condo again for our next trip. Thanks for sharing your condo with us and helping make our beach week so great!

We loved our stay. This is the 2nd time to stay here and we were not disappointed. Great location, amenities, & commutation with owner.

Beautiful, spacious and very clean condominium.

This condo has everything you need! Spectacular views from inside and outside. Plenty of room for a family of 6, such as ours, and even a pullout sofa for 2 more if needed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Easy access to the beach and pool area. Well-appointed kitchen with good variety of cookware and utensils. Our family enjoyed our stay very much!

This condo has been our "girls" May destination for the last several years! I'm leery of saying all the fabulous things I could pass on for fear we will lose our opportunity to book. If you sit back and try to imagine the best views of the Gulf, Gulf breeze, dolphin watching, clean, comfy and roomy bedrooms, kitchen stocked with everything to may ever need plus all beach toys, umbrellas and chairs...you'll be underestimating!

Have rented this unit 3 years in a row. Look forward to many more. Beautiful unit, everything needed for a great vacation - from beach chairs to the ice maker! Can't go wrong renting this unit.

Everything about this condo is truly amazing! The owners have fully stocked the condo with everything you need! This was our first time staying in Navarre beach and it was wonderful. The balcony is huge and has great views! We spent the majority of our time on the balcony when we were inside. Beach chairs were provided so we didn't have to rent the ones on the beach, which was a huge savings. My husband left his fishing pole in the beach closet so someone else can use (it wouldn't fit in his suitcase). Thank you for everything!

The condo is absolutely delightful; beautifully decorated with a spectacular view. The beaches on Santa Rosa island are some of the mist beautiful in the world

This condo is a terrific find. Very roomy for our 4 adults and 2 kids. Furniture is comfortable (especially the lounger by the big picture window for reading) and the kitchen is very well stocked if you tend to cook 'at home' rather than eating out much. You can't get closer to the beach/ocean in the complex than this unit. The patio is a great size to hang out on during those rainy days or for the sunsets. Owners have plenty of beach things like toys, chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets, etc that allow you to not bring all that stuff with you. Plus, it was well stocked with supplies to get you started with soaps, towels, toilet paper, etc to get you started so you don't have to run to the store as soon as you get there which was nice. The parking deck is a nice bonus if you stay during the summer to keep your car cool. Would absolutely stay there again if looking for a 3bd/3ba. in Navarre.

We really enjoyed our stay here this past week during our Spring Break. The condo had everything we needed for the kitchen and the closet of beach supplies was very helpful. It is a spacious condo which worked well for our family of 5. Location is close to the pier and the beach is incredible. We would definitely recommend this condo.

We enjoyed staying in your condo. Everything was clean and the view amazing! It rained everyday but Wednesday we had several hours of sun so we were happy.

We will be back in May.

We keep coming back year after year....sometimes a couple times a year! Accommodations and views are fabulous. Balcony is wonderful even when the weather doesn't cooperate! Nothing but positive things to say!

This was our 2nd time at this unit . Just as good as last year. Very clean and well furnished. Every thing you need in the kitchen. Pool area was well maintained and an easy walk to the beach. It will stay on our list for a return visit.

We go to Florida every year and stay in a Condo on the beach. This Condo has it all. Nice large TV's, comfortable furniture, great view, ect. And if you like to cook, the condo has everything you need. More so than any other condo I have stayed in. Utensils, Knives, pots, pans, you name it...this Condo has it. Another nice touch was the access to the owners closet that had umbrellas, beach chairs, and things for the kids for the beach. You don't need to pack these items if you are staying at this Condo. We will definitely be staying here again. DS

We enjoyed our stay. The convenience of the things in the owner's closest allowed us to not haul those items with us from home. We LOVED the ice maker!! Saved us from having to buy ice. The condo was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. This is our second stay at Beach Colony Resort and we recommend it to everyone that is looking for a place to stay. We highly recommend Navarre Beach and this resort. This is our destination for family vacations from now on. It is the perfect mix for us between the pool and beach. This property is going to be the first place we check when we're ready to book our next vacation!

Breathtaking, stunning, and amazing are only a few words to say about this condominium! We walked into a clean condo with an amazing view of Navarre Beach. The kitchen is supplied with every type of dish and equipment you might need. Every view from this condominium is of the ocean! The master bedroom had 3 incredible ocean views. We spent a lot of time on the oversized balcony. Table, chairs, and chaise lounges provided for many early morning coffees and a nice option for eating daily meals. We were amazed the condominium had an outside closet with every type of beach necessity you might need. We were sad to leave, and we plan to make this condo our Navarre Beach home! Thank you to the condo owners for sharing their beautiful home, and we look forward to our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay in 15c! It has a million dollar view and accommodations were everything we wanted and needed. We don't have anything bad to say what so ever. Great family place to stay and if you want to step up your eating options, Pensacola is a short pretty drive down the island. We'll definitely be coming back.

The condo was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed. The beaches and water were pristine and lovely.

Can't say enough good things about this unit. Great unit for a family with plenty of space to spread out. Everything you need is there from pots and pans to an icemaker, right to the storage closet with everything needed for a day at the beach. Great pool, easy access in and out of the unit, property, parking. Several stays at this same unit, and the owner is great to work with, answer questions, make you feel like a friend. And the view from the 15th floor, up and down the "Emerald Coast" is the best way to start and end every day

The condo was beautifully decorated and the views were spectacular!! The kitchen had everything you can think of and more...just love the ice machine! This was not my first visit nor will it be my last!!!

What a wonderful condo! Gorgeous views of the stunning blue water. We got to see dolphins swimming by and large schools of fish right from our balcony. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for a better place to enjoy my favorite beach!!
