We are here now staying our time is from 7/1 to 7/8/23. This is our 3 year at Navarre and we love it. 2 year with Bella Visa and Beachview. And I just want to say these are the best places to stay. Water is beautiful and townhouse is amazing. My family loves this place.

We enjoyed our too-short vacation immensely - two days of swimming in the pool and in the ocean...comfy and beautiful accommodations...so many beachy "things" stocked in the garage. We left wanting more time! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I miss this home sooooo much. We spent 6 weeks in BellaVista and had the most amazing time. We entertained guest who were extremely surprised with the offerings of BellaVista. Especially, the Ocean View -- as you climb the stairs from the 2nd floor to the 3rd, the beauty of Mother Nature gave us pause and the blessing to be able to see it daily. We are grateful for BellaVista. We are thankful that we could share her beauty with those we love. We had never been to Navarre and once we took the time to reflect on our time, BellaVista made our time away well worth it. We are returning next year. Thank you Mermaid Mansions and the Homeowner for sharing.

Just had the most amazing week in Navarre thanks to this condo. We come down every year and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Condo right on the beach and has everything you would ever need!! Tons of sand toys, chairs, and umbrellas for the beach, you really don't need to bring anything but your clothes. I am about to email about booking this same condo next year!!

I don't know where to begin. We love your condo! We rent condos at least twice a year and this one, by far, has been our most favorite pleasant stay! Let's start with your decor...we oohed & ahhed over every room! We noticed your attention to every detail. This is the only condo we have ever rented that had recliners!! (Not just recliners, VERY COMFORTABLE recliners!) The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and pot that I could imagine...even Tony Chachere's and zip loc bags. How exciting! The beds were SO comfortable (and beautiful). The bathroom towels and linens were spa like and everything smelled so good! The first floor fridge was so incredibly convenient for bottled drinks and bulky items. The table and beach chairs were such a surprise. We really enjoyed them. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We truly enjoyed it and did our best to take very good care of it!!

Property pics and listing were accurate. Excellent communication from Mermaid Mansions from beginning to checkout. Condo was luxurious. Beautiful furniture and high end appliances. Designer decorated. Will rent again.

I have never stayed in a townhome this nice before, It is exactly what the pictures show, total luxury. The views from this place are stunning! This place has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. I plan on returning many times in the future!

This property met and exceeded every expectation we had. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and steps away from the beach. There were beach chairs and umbrellas for our convenience and our own personal shower/hose outside to ensure we were able to wash away sand before entering, which has always been the one thing I dislike about beach trips. The location was quiet and the absence of crowds associated with a high rise made us feel safe to travel amid a pandemic. It was just really refreshing to feel like we got what we were promised and more. All of the extras (stocked kitchen, beach toys, televisions in every room) were very appreciated.

Bella Vista at Beachview #1! End-Unit!
Relax and rejuvenate in this one of a kind west end unit with stunning views of navarre beach. This townhome features views of not only the gulf but the santa rosa sound as well! Bella Vista aka Beachview #1 has a unique floor plan unlike any other gulf front unit in this complex. Wood floors are throughout the entire home plus every bathroom is outfitted with travetine tile. No detail was missed in this unit.
The 1st floor features a single car tandem garage space with both front and rear garage doors, an outdoor patio space with a table and bench, outdoor shower, ping pong table, extra refridgerator, 65in tv, grill, bikes, oversized wagon, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys.
The 2nd floor features a Gulf Front Master Bedroom with King Size Bed, full bath with walk in shower, & a walk out balcony facing the gulf. Full size bosch washer and dryer are located in the hallway along with a north facing guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The 3rd floor (top floor) featurs a fully equipped kitchen with highend appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler) granite counter tops, spacious open dining/living room floor plan, balcony, large flat screen tv & seating for 2 at the bar. There is also a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and full size bathroom with walk-in shower.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Outdoor pool w/ lounge chairs, tennis courts, pickle ball, patio w/ outdoor dining, private beach path
There are plenty of activities for teens, families and couples. Local activities include: Swimming, fishing, moonlight strolls and summer concerts on Navarre Beach, Naval Aviation Museum, dolphin cruises, turtle center, & golf cart/bike rentals. Great golfing can be found just across the main land at Hidden Creek Golf course. A short walk from the townhouse takes you to Sailors Grill, Windjammers on the pier, and Andy D's Restaurant.
*This townhouse can accommodate three cars. No additional parking spaces are available. The Beachview Homeowners Association does not allow Motorhomes, jet skis or trailers of any kind to be parked within the community! Parking on the street or grass areas is prohibited. There is no smoking/vaping allowed on the property. No exceptions. Remember there is an outdoor shower and hose, sand stays outside. This is someones personal home. There is no need for there to be excessive sand in the unit. Please make sure you are being respectful in this area. If excessive violations of this occur, additional cleaning/damage fees will be charged.
