Sweet Sunsets offered the perfect location for family time and relaxation over spring break. This immaculate home is well-stocked, comfortable, and inviting. From watching the dolphins and stingrays from the porch to enjoying the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen, this vacation was one of my family's best ever. I cannot wait to return next year.

This home was super. We came for spring break and this home has everything you need and more. Great kitchen for cooks! So much room and right on the sand. Really cute neighborhood too! I will definitely be back! Loved it!!

We stayed at this house over New Years Eve and it was perfect for our 2 families. You feel like you’re on vacation the second you arrive- the home is literally on the sand! The location and beach views are amazing! We had afternoon cocktails on the patio, watched sunsets from the beach backyard, had family game nights around the huge kitchen table. The house & kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a week at the beach. We can’t wait to return!

We had the pleasure of staying here while our family was working from home and enjoyed every minute of it! The views and private beach were perfect for our family. House was very well stocked and everything was labeled making it easy to find everything. The beds were very comfortable as well. Can't wait to come back and see all the renovations the owners were going to do. Plan on returning again!

We couldn't have asked for a better location for our vacation! Waterfront right on the private gated-community's beach sound side and a short walking distance to the gulf side. Sunsets and golden hour on the patio & by the fire pit or hammock were stunning! The home had everything our group could've have possibly needed - very well stocked. It was beautiful before the renovations, and it's even more gorgeous now! The new owners have done a great job of capturing the perfect beach vibe. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back ASAP!

We stayed the first week of September. The location is primo! Just walk right out the back door. The house is beautifully appointed and has everything you need. Honestly looks interior decorated, has been completely updated and is super comfortable. The owners are fantastic and you can tell they take great pride in their home. They thought of everything. I will definitely stay here again...I can’t wait.

This home is the only water front rental in this community. This property sits above a 1200 sq ft garage and has a designer décor. From the large gas stove and the amazing sound-front view, you can't go wrong with Sweet Sunsets! You'll have plenty of room to spread out with large 5 bedrooms‚ extra-large dining table, large outside table on the deck, lots of living room seating and large water views where you have your very own little private bayside beach. This home has so many amenities it's hard to mention them all. Sweet Sunsets is not your typical builders-grade home - this is a custom home which includes many extras. From the fully stocked kitchen, brand new A/C & furnishings, the amazing flooring throughout, the large open shower in the master with a built-in seat and several shower heads, you'll really feel like you're on a true vacation! Relax and take a nap on the swing overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound as you smell the grill going and watching friends/family play in the sand while others are jet skiing. You are a short 9 min walk (0.4 miles) from the Gulf of Mexico and have plenty of storage for your bikes and beach toys in the oversized garage. There are TVs in the living room and every bedroom except the bunk room upstairs. Each TV is a smart tv with streaming services for your convenience. Free Wifi is provided but traditional cable is not.
