If reservation is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival, no refund is guaranteed. We will make every attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, if successful, will refund the portion due. No refunds issued for Condo amenities down for maintenance (pool, hot tub, elevator) or weather, outside of being under a Tropical Storm Warning or Hurricane Warning.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 months of original arrival date. Any payment already made will apply to the new date(s) and rate(s). If dates cannot be agreed upon, the cancellation policy applies.

We had an amazing time on our vacation. The condo was just as described and was great! All the additional little things (trash bags, tp, paper towels, etc.) made getting there and getting settled much easier. Natalie goes above and beyond and provides plenty of towels, beach towels and so many beach toys. We brought our own stuff but next time we stay we won't have to over pack. She even had a wagon and ice chest. It was a great condo and perfect spot on Navarre. It was our first time in Navarre and we will definitely be back. Our most favorite beach so far. Thanks for everything!!

We just returned home from a weeklong stay at the Pelican! The condo was exactly as described. It was very spacious and tastefully decorated. Our 5 year old son loved the pool, hot tub and family pool as much as the beach. Falling asleep and waking up to ocean views made for a very relaxing trip! The owner, Natalie was wonderful to work with. We definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful spring break trip -four moms and our teen sons! The condo had plenty of room and was very clean. Had everything we needed, including beach towels and some beach gear. And lots of washcloths, which seems to be a problem at most places we rent;) Beautiful views from the second floor balcony. Nice pool and 2 hot tubs. Older condo building but well maintained. Enjoyed walking to the pier and to get ice cream. Couple of restaurants in walking distance also. Natalie was wonderful to work with and was always quick to reply. Would definitely recommend The Pelican to anyone looking to vacation in Navarre Beach!

This was our fist time to Navarre beach, loved the peacefulness and beauty of it. The condo was wonderful!! Clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated, attention to details. Beach towels were provided, nice to not have to pack that extra bulk. The view from the balcony and master bedroom was like a dream, loved it. We enjoyed our stay immensely. I stayed at this unit and Navarre Beach for three weeks in August. I have nothing but praise for the whole experience. The condo was just perfect and the owners are just the best! It’s so much nicer dealing with an owner rather than a management company! I want to give a special shout out to Natalie … she was in communication with me and “talked me off several ledges” ?? throughout the buildup to and time of Hurricane Ida! I have to say, I never thought a hurricane would be part of my experience! ?? I miss Navarre Beach already and have made my reservations for four weeks this time, in 2022. This condo was very spacious, clean and decorated beautifully. I have always been scared to rent a condo online, because you never know what you’re really going to get when you walk in the door. This condo was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The view from our condo was extraordinary and I absolutely loved the windows in the master bedroom overlooking the ocean. Everything was family oriented and Quiet. Will definitely be staying here again.

My best friend and I brought our families here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owners were very accommodating and very thoughtful all the way around. There was plenty of room for our spouses and college-age kids. And the view!! Wow! The windowed walls in the master and living room were breathtaking. We rented a beach set-up, but there were plenty of chairs, beach towels and even beach bags - which was especially nice since we flew into Destin and didn’t have to pack all those things. We enjoyed walking to the pier. We had groceries delivered and only ate our a couple of times because nobody wanted to leave and we had everything we needed at the condo. A truly relaxing vacation. I can’t say enough good things!

Condo unit was incredibly clean and very well maintained. Our family had so much fun during our stay. Available household and kitchen items were plentiful, and glad for the non-glass drinkware options as well (kid-proof!) We would absolutely book again.

Navarre is like our second home and this condo was great! We didn’t have the best weather or water conditions, but we had a blast and enjoyed every second of our vacation! This condo is in a great location, clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The owner Natalie is the best! She was always quick to respond whenever we had a question/concern and checked in on us once we arrived. There was 8 of us- 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) and this condo had the best bedroom/ bed set up. It’s so hard to find a condo with a kids room with enough beds and this condo fit the bill! We highly recommend the pelican!!

Wonderful condo with great communication with the owners! They were always fast to respond to any questions from the day we made reservations. The condo was exactly like the pictures! We had 3 gorgeous days on the beach and the kids also enjoyed the pool and hot tubs! This was our first time visiting Navarre and we will definitely be coming back!

I’m so happy that this condo was available for a few days when 3 other retired ladies and I made our last minute search! It worked out perfectly for us, and the owners obviously pay attention to details. Classy furnishings, decor, and bedding, not a speck of dust anywhere, and even live plants and fresh flowers! We had a wonderful view and a great location- we were able to walk to eat at the Beach House grill at Springhill Suites (call about reservations), and Windjammers on the pier. I really hope to return to The Pelican!

We did not want to leave & can’t wait to come back!! We had an amazing vacation here & have been totally spoiled! Even days with unexpected rain were fun in this beautiful condo. We felt like we were sitting in the lap of luxury! It’s absolutely beautiful, the views are breathtaking, it’s conveniently located, and the unit is immaculate! The hosts are simply the best! They’ve thought of everything to make stays easy & comfortable. They are incredibly easy to communicate with, & are gracious, thoughtful, helpful, & kind. We had the opportunity for a last minute trip and this condo was available. Natalie was very responsive and nice in communicating. The condo was just as pictured, very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Access to the beach and pool were great. The Pelican at Caribbean Resort - BEACH FRONT
Once entering our condo, the floor to ceiling windows in the tastefully decorated living room show off the breathtaking white sand and water of the Gulf of Mexico! Our newly renovated kitchen has new appliances and beautiful quartz countertops. It is equipped with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. Our dining room table seats 6 and the ktichen bar seats 4. Right off of the kitchen is what we call the "kids room" furnished with a full bed and two twin beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed and boasts those floor to ceiling windows equiped with remote control blinds. The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a large walk in shower. The adjacent guest bedroom has a king size bed and the second bath is located right off the bedroom. The large TV in the living room as well as the TV'sin each bedroom are smart TV's so don't forget your streaming account information.
After enjoying a beautiful, fun day at the beach, you can relax on our private balcony accessed by the living room and master bedroom. Or you may prefer to relax in or by the pool - which is heated in the off season or in one of two hot tubs. If you happen to be an early bird, the sunrise off the balcony is SPECTACULAR and depending on what time of year you are visiting, the sunsets are just as mesmorizing!
We are excited to offer our condo to you and your family to enjoy. We try to think of things to help make packing for your vacation stress free. We include all linens, including beach towels. No need to pack or stop for beach toys, we have some of those too along with several beach chairs.
We understand the stress of traveling, especially from afar. We like to supply the following sundries to get your vacation started in case there is no time for a grocery store run beforehand:

Publix as well as a Walgreens located at 8244 Navarre Pkwy. Winn Dixie located at 8674 Navarre Pkwy. In case of a large grocery run, there is a Walmart Supercenter located at 9360 Navarre Pkwy.
Some highlights of vacationing on Navarre Beach doesn't stop at the beach! The Navarre Beach Pier – Longest Pier on the Gulf of Mexico is steps away: At 1,545 feet long and 30 feet above the water, the pier offers fun for the whole family. Visitors can rent a fishing pole at the privately operated bait & tackle shop or enjoy the breeze at the outdoor restaurant. Fishing license included in admission.
