The house’s layout is wonderful. The living room & kitchen is nice and open. The bedrooms upstairs work well for multiple families. The front and back balconies have nice views on the water, plus the beach access was literally 1 minutes away. We would definitely come back.

Relax and Rejuvenate in this Gorgeous 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home!! Blue Horizons Beach House offers open concept living!! The first floor hosts an open living room, dining room, kitchen, & half bath, so you can enjoy the family while you cook your catch or settle for the evening! Completing the first floor is a half bath and a PRIVATE Master with a Comfy King Sized Bed. Off the Master is a Private Bath which hosts a stand up shower and double vanities! The back deck on the first floor offers a Gas Grill & comfortable seating for relaxing or entertaining. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds) 2 baths and an open loft for entertainment or for extra sleeping quarters (1 twin over full bunk bed). All the rooms have windows galore which take advantage of the awesome views over the Santa Rosa Sound, the Gulf of Mexico, and the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. There are two TV viewing areas (living room and loft upstairs). Each have a big screen HD TV. Beach access is conveniently located across the street!
