The house is in great location and very clean and is only a few steps to the beach, but there was a few issues with the house. The majority of the patio furniture was unusable as the cushions were missing or falling apart, the furniture inside was clean getting old and the management company made us replace the propane which is small thing but shouldn’t have been our responsibility it was clearly empty from last season.

It was perfect!!! The house was very clean. The beds was very comfortable. Had such a wonderful time. The beach was very close and easy to get to. My sister’s and I made some wonderful memories. I would recommend this to anyone!!!!! Thank you!!!

The house’s layout is wonderful. The living room & kitchen is nice and open. The bedrooms upstairs work well for multiple families. The front and back balconies have nice views on the water, plus the beach access was literally 1 minutes away. We would definitely come back.

Relax and Rejuvenate in this Gorgeous 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home!! Blue Horizons Beach House offers open concept living!! The first floor hosts an open living room, dining room, kitchen, & half bath, so you can enjoy the family while you cook your catch or settle for the evening! Completing the first floor is a half bath and a PRIVATE Master with a Comfy King Sized Bed. Off the Master is a Private Bath which hosts a stand up shower and double vanities! The back deck on the first floor offers a Gas Grill & comfortable seating for relaxing or entertaining. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds) 2 baths and an open loft for entertainment or for extra sleeping quarters (1 twin over full bunk bed). All the rooms have windows galore which take advantage of the awesome views over the Santa Rosa Sound, the Gulf of Mexico, and the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.
