Welcome To The Lazy Dolphin! This Amazing 4 bedroom, 3 bath gulf front townhome sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico. When you walk into the downstairs foyer, you'll climb a beautiful large spiral staircase that runs from floor to floor all the way to the top with water views as you go up! This beautiful end unit features an open floor plan on the 2nd floor with large living area, ten-foot ceilings, crown molding throughout, wood floors and breathtaking water views of the Gulf of Mexico or Santa Rosa Sound from just about every room. Features include fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinets, tile backsplash, and breakfast bar. There is also a guest bedroom with queen size bed on this floor with a full bathroom and walk in shower.
Upstairs on the top floor you'll find a large master bedroom featuring a king size bed with on-suite bath offering a large walk-in shower, jetted tub, and double sink vanity. There are two guest rooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twins. These bedrooms share a full-size jack & jill bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combo bath. The laundry room is also located on this floor featuring a full-size washer and dryer.
There are TVs in the living room and every bedroom except the twin bedroom upstairs. Each TV is a smart tv with streaming services for your convenience. Free Wifi is provided but traditional cable is not. An outdoor shower and charcoal grill is located in the rear of the townhome. Book your stay today!
Notes: The garage is currently an owner lockout and unavailable to renters. Small children must be supervised at all times. Be mindful that there are spiral stairs that access each floor which may be challenging for some people. Max 8 people allowed in unit.
