To make a reservation, simply click "Contact Host" and submit your inquiry. We will email you booking information and our short term rental contract for your review. You must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.
Beach service for two guests is included with each reservation from March 1 through October 31.
25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to the date of arrival.

Our family traveled to Navarre in August 2024 and stayed at the Regency 508. The condo was beautiful, had everything we needed and the best stunning Gulf views!! Joe was awesome, the most perfect host. He shared beautiful pictures of beach and weather prior to our arrival. Hands down, this was our best family vacation ever! We highly recommend staying here and will definitely return.

Our stay was wonderful! The owners are responsive and friendly. The condo was beautiful and everything was well kept up. The location is so nice, with a short walk to the beach and pool, and proximity to the pier. Beautiful view on the balcony. No complaints at all. This one is a winner!

The owners were very communicative. They began sending us updates a week prior to arrival. They were super encouraging about an early check-in. They also made an effort to go above what many other owners do. For example, we received a welcoming note and gift, the bathrooms had hand soap and a box of toiletries in case we forgot items. They had two beach chairs, beach towels, beach games, etc that saved us space on packing. And the kitchen was the best stocked that we’ve ever stayed at the Regency. Loved the upgraded showers and tub!

The condo pics look amazing and it was the same in person. Loved the decor, setup, balcony, bathrooms etc. everything was so well stocked, and neatly labeled. A great view of the beach and pier.
These are the best, I have ever rented from. Communication was very proactive on condo details, access, and even let us know our check in could be a little sooner than expected since previous renter left early. All details were so well organized, anytime I txt them with a question it was a very prompt response and so politely answered. There attention to detail did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated. We look forward to coming back again!
