Sandy Feet Retreat, Navarre, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We had a great stay at Sandy Feet Retreat!  The condo was clean, super convenient location right across the street from the beach!  Kim had a whole closet full of bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, everything you would ever need for a vacation at the beach!  I would reommmend this place!  Would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay with Kim!  She was a fantastic host and the home was in PERFECT vicinity to everything you needed!  The EXTREMELY short walk across the street to the beach was the icing on the cake!

We loved our stay at Sandy Feet Retreat!  Kim was such a great communicator and was flexible with check in.  The townhouse was great, it has a garage to pull into and you can access the door there.  Very nice to be able to hide from inclement weather.  The extras she had for enjoyment were just he best and made our stay so fun.  Being able to ride bikes and have beach chairs to use were just a few of the many amentities.  There was a stash of fun board games which we made use of in our down time.  Extra blankets were available as well.  The beach was just accross the street and made watching the sunrise and sunset convenient.  I would definitely reommned staying here!

It was our first time visiting Navarre beach and it was great.The white sand and crystal clear water was amazing.Kimberly was a great host and was so accommodating.The home has pretty much everything yiu can imagine.We will for sure be back.

Kim's condo was perfect for us, 4 grown adults and 2 medium sized dogs.  Kim was very prompt in responding to questions, clear with check in and check out instructions, how to access all the extra amenities, and provided a very well equipped place for our needs.  The location is right across the street from the beautiful Navarre beach (white sand, aquamarine water), and a short walk to the wonderful bay side sand dunes (which are really fun and peaceful to roam around in).  The walkway right outside the condo were also great, dog friendly, and had lots of walkers and joggers throughout the day (but none were disturbing to our tranquility).  Navarre Beach itself is much quieter than some of the other Florida beach towns, which was just wat we wanted; but if you're looking for night life then you may want to go somewhere else.  There are a number of outdoor activities that we just never got around to.

Kim was AWESOME! She was very personable and made the entire transaction seamless. She was even going to allow an early check-in if we wanted it. We talked before booking this property. She was very friendly and easy to talk with. The condo is in a great location. The walk to the beach is very easy and can be done many times a day if needed. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. This is certainly a property we will consider booking again. We had great weather every day. We drove to Pensacola to see the Blue Angels practice one of the days. This location makes for easy drives to other locations or is perfect for the car to be parked and not get in it again until it's time to go home. We would HIGHLY recommend Sandy Feet Retreat.

I had previously booked this location and then Kim purchased it. What could have been a disaster (with cancelling previous reservation and making new reservation as well as getting my refund) was flawless. Kim made sure we got to keep our existing dates and honored our existing reservation with our fur baby. The townhouse is directly across the street from the beach. You can actually walk to the beach faster than if you were staying at a big resort on the beach due to elevator wait time. The townhouse was equipped with everything my family needed as well as plenty of towels and linens. There are plenty of board games as well as books to play and read. Kim was readily available and easy to reach and communicate with. I will most definitely plan another trip back and look forward to booking with Kim in the future. This was definitely one of our favorite trips to the beach!!

Kim actually purchased the property just a week before our stay. She went above and beyond communicating with us during the cancellation and refund of the reservation made with the previous owner. She made what could've easily been a disaster super smooth and relaxing. We highly recommend staying at her beautiful beach house and couldn't be more happy with her efforts to make our stay one of the best ever.
