This townhome is just across the street from navarre's beautiful white sand beachs and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! This 2nd floor living area has a large flat screen TV and comfortable furniture. The deck off the living area has a Gulf view and is a great spot to relax out of the sun. The kitchen has everything you’ll need for all kinds of meal prepping with a full pantry. There is a breakfast bar for seating of 2 and a dining table that fits 4-6 more. There is a half bath and laundry room on this floor. Upstairs (3rd floor) you'll find a king-sized master bedroom with an attached private deck with gulf views, a full size bathroom with double vanities, and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and full bathroom attached with a tub/shower combo.There are beds for 4 people but allows up to 6. This unit has 2 reserved parking spots outside and one parking spot in the garage.
