Welcome to Crystal Blue Persuasion! This Open Floor plan, fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has beautiful water views of the Inter-Coastal Waterway from your front door and partial Gulf Views from the open back deck. The Master suite offers a King size bed with a huge private walk-in shower & garden tub, a smart flat screen t.v., & views of the Santa Rosa sound. The 2nd guest bedroom offers a King size bed, smart flat screen t.v. and views of the Santa Rosa sound. The 3rd guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, flat screen t.v. & partial views of the gulf. Both guest bedrooms share a full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. As you enter the main door of this house, you'll find it has an open concept kitchen, family room, & dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove and has stainless appliances, wood cabinets, & granite countertops. A full size washer & dryer can be found in the utility room. The family room is spacious and offers two large sofas and which provides plenty of seating for the entire family. You will not have any trouble viewing the large smart flat screen t.v. centrally located in the living room. The dining area (seating for 6) is located next to the kitchen, with partial views looking out the back sliding door at the gulf. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while relaxing on the spacious deck with outdoor seating and partial views of the water. Downstairs below the house you will find the shaded jimmy buffet bar with plenty of seating (a great hangout area), a refrigerator for your cold beverages, & a bonus outdoor bathroom with shower!  Bring your pup along with you, as they will have plenty of space to run around outside on the property! This home is located next door to Coastal Pines if your family needs multiple houses together!

• Cable TV is not provided at this property, but the living room and each bedroom has a smart tv.
• There is no smoking/vaping allowed on the property. No exceptions. Remember, this is someone's personal home, sand stays outside. There is no need for there to be excessive sand in the house. Please make sure you are being respectful of this property and if you bring a pet pickup after them. No pets allowed on furniture or bedding. If excessive violations of this occur, additional cleaning/damage fees will be charged.
