NO PETS. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on the property. No fireworks. The parking area and entrance are under video surveillance. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-in time is between 4 pm and 10 pm FIRM. *Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless we are under mandatory evacuation. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather is unpredictable and we always recommend travel insurance.
