***Updated photos of this newly re-designed property are coming soon!*** Welcome to "The Seaside" ~ Beachfront ~ Gorgeous Views of the Gulf of Mexico ~ Elevator ~ 6 bedrooms ~ 7 King beds ~ 5 1/2 baths ~ Sleeps 14 ~ Parking for up to 4 large vehicles ~3800 sq ft ~ Wi-Fi & Cable TV in living room and all bedrooms ~ Fully equipped kitchen (including blender & crock pot) ~ Keurig & regular coffee maker ~Washer & Dryer (iron & ironing board) ~ Pack n Play, Highchair ~ 6 Beach chairs, 3 umbrellas ~ Gas Grill *Guest booking must be 25 years or older. NO PETS. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on the property. No fireworks. The parking area and entrance are under video surveillance. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-in time is between 4 pm and 10 pm FIRM. *Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless we are under mandatory evacuation. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather is unpredictable and we always recommend travel insurance.

This is a gorgeous eleganlty appointed beachfront home with phenomenal views.  Our family enjoyed being able to wake up and see the dolphins swimming from our bedrooms balcony.  This area of the beach is not crowded and we didn't have any one near us for over 100 yards during our stay.  It truly is the best place we have ever stayed at on Navarre Beach.

This is probably the largest townhome on Navarre Beach and it is simply stunning inside and out.  The views are great and we loved our beachfront balcony, but also the balcony on the otherside giving us a view of the sound.  Kristina was great at answering all of our questions. My kids can't wait to come back!
