Here for 3 weeks in 2018 and due to covid, not back until 2021. This has become our go to gulf of Mexico house where we have all the daughters and family come to share time. The management staff at Mermaid Mansions are phenomenal and we will be booking for years to come.

This house is in the perfect location., the deck is awesome with more than enough seating. The house was big enough for our family of 10, enough common area to gather and enough space to be separate when you want. The views are amazing, the boardwalk to beach makes the walk to the beach so easy. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. Two refrigerators made stocking for meals so easy and the ice maker is a big plus. A lot of stairs but necessary. Carpeting a plus, the main stairwell smelled a little musty, would probably remove the carpeting as I'm sure it's gotten wet. Definitely will book again.

Our 2 families of 10 just returned from a week in this great home. The views are amazing and there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The deck is wonderful with plenty of seating as well as nice loungers. We can’t wait to rent again!

One of our best beach trips ever! Gorgeous view from the living area and bedrooms. The board walk was perfect for us to make our way to the beach. We loved waking up with the beach and gulf so close. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is large and fully stocked. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, all with deck access. There are also two bedrooms upstairs. While at Le Chateau, the washing machine went out. I called John at Mermaid Mansions and it was replaced the same day. Excellent service!! We all had a wonderful beach vacation and can't wait to go back!

This spacious "Newly Renovated & Furnished" 5 bedroom, 3 bath beach house has gulf views no other home has on Navarre Beach. The private gulf front deck runs the entire length of the house and has 180 degree views of the beach. A dune walkover with outdoor shower also connects to the deck making the beach easily accessible. The main floor has 3 ocean front bedrooms, one king master bedroom with ensuite bathroom & two guest bedrooms (1 king & 1 queen) that share a full bathroom. The huge living room/kitchen/dining room are also located on this floor. The top floor which can be accessed by the spiral staircase in the living room or from the front tower, has two bedrooms that share a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed & the other has two twins. It is a 5 minute bike ride from the gulf islands national seashore located between navarre & pensacola beach. Local seafood restaurants with waterfront dining are just 3 miles away. Kitchen is fully stocked & the home has 2 refridgerators! It's the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beauty of the emerald coast's white sand beaches! Bring your bikes or scooters as the paved bike path runs the length of our island. Le Chateau is located next door to "Hippie Hangout" if your family is looking for 2 gulf front homes next to each other!
