The Home

This home is located in the Sailmaker Cove Neighborhood, a smaller sized neighborhood located on the westernmost side of Navarre Beach, Florida. The neighborhood features the last row of homes that you can build on and borders 7 miles of the Gulf Islands National Seashore right in the back yard. It is also located directly across the street from the beach and is just a short 3 minute walk to a private neighborhood beach access where you will have very few neighbors during your time at the beach.

This home has three levels. The ground level (garage and mud room), the main level (bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and back deck), and the upper level (girls/boys bunk rooms, reading nook, and second living room).

Second Level

We have designed the Second Level of the home to house the children of the group featuring a boy's and girl's bunkroom. This is the space where you want to take an afternoon nap in the second living room, play a board game upstairs in the game room, or cuddle up and read a good book in the reading nook.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Please note that we DO NOT make the beds in either of the bunk rooms. We provide the sheet sets folded on every bed.

Boy's bunk room includes 8 twin XL mattresses in 4 sets of bunk beds, tower fan, spacious closet with hanging space, and a bathroom with large double sinks. The upper bunks use a small staircase instead of a ladder.

Girl's bunk Room Includes 8 Twin XL mattresses in 4 sets of bunk beds, tower fan, spacious closet with hanging space, and a bathroom with large double sinks. The upper bunks use a small staircase instead of a ladder.

-No smoking in the home or on the back deck under any circumstance
-No pets are allowed on this property unless it is a registered service animal
-No events are allowed on this property unless explicitly approved by the hosts
-No parties are allowed at this property under any circumstance
-Must be 25 years or older to book this home
-Maximum occupancy of 30 people (this includes infants)


Check-In/Out

We are not able to allow early check-in or late check out for this home as the flip can take the entire 6 hour period between guests. This is very strict and will result in a fine if you check-out late.


Parking

This home inludes enough parking space for 10 Vehicles. There is no street parking.

Cameras:

Guest safety and the safety of the home matter to us, so we have installed 7 Cameras around the home.

-4 on all corners of the exterior of the home.
-2 on the Front Corners of the Garage on the Ground Floor
-1 Doorbell Style on the Front Door

Fire Extinguishers and First Aid Kits:

We have installed a Fire Extinguisher and First Aid kit on every Floor of the Home

Golf Cart

We have include an 8 person golf cart in this home that you can rent for $500 per week or $90 per day. Reach out to the host for more information when you inquire if interested.

The golf cart can only be driven on the island. It CANNOT be driven on the bridge or in the National Seashore.

HOA

This home has a fairly standard HOA and plenty of neighbors that live full time in the neighborhood. If you, or anyone in your party, are documented breaking any of the standard HOA rules, we will be passing the fines to you.
