Add $295 (cleaning) plus 12 % (tax) to the daily or weekly rate to get the total cost of the rental.:
Fifty percent of the total is due at the time of the booking and the balance is due 45 days before arrival. The management company I use offers optional travel insurance should you decide you want to purchase it. The cancellation policy is as follows: if you cancel 30 days or longer before arrival, you get 100% refunded, between 30 days and 15 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of 50%, if you cancel within 15 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Our family stayed at The Pearl #1101 for the third time and we absolutely loved every minute. The gulf view from the balcony is priceless. The stars are bright at night. The condo is spacious and has a beach home feel. We enjoyed walks on the beach, morning coffee on the balcony watching dolphins at play. After the difficult covid years, this was much needed. We will definitely return. So relaxing!

Our family of 7 adults had a wonderful stay at the Pearl of Navarre 1101! The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The elevator was quick, the pool and grounds were nice and well maintained, proximity to the beach was perfect, and we never heard any noise from other units. Communication with both the owner and Southern Vacation Rentals was courteous and professional. We loved having a door code, not having to keep up with keys, and being able to go straight to the unit instead of having to check in at a rental office. We highly recommend this vacation rental!

What a beautiful condo! My family of four shared this condo with our friends (family of 3) and we had more than enough space for all of us! We enjoyed the amazing view from the 11th floor, the huge and comfy sectional, large bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need! We will be back!

This place is perfection! The views from this condo are beautiful with its wrap around balcony and many windows. It is spacious, clean and has everything you’ll need. This has been our favorite place in Florida. We stayed 4 nights and do not want to leave. We will be back!

Beautiful Pearl of Navarre Beach with Free Beach Service
We have a large entertainment center in the living room with a 55 inch 4K Smart TV, stereo and surround sound. We offer free Netflix to our guests. We have a library of books, DVDs, board games and puzzles. There is a wet bar and beverage cooler in the dining area with quartz counters. There are televisions, DVDs, and VCRs in each bedroom. The unit has free wireless internet and a computer for guest use in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, beautiful views of the Gulf, a walk-in closet and a 4K Smart TV. The master bathroom has a large jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The guest suite has a king size bed and private rear balcony over looking the sound. It has a kitchenette with a microwave, under counter refrigerator and stackable laundry closet. The guest suite bathroom also has a jetted tub. This space is perfect for grandparents or in-laws. The middle bedroom has a queen bed and a twin and is great for kids. When the pocket door from the living room is closed, this bedroom becomes a suite with its own bathroom. The kitchen has quartz counters and is fully stocked with everything a cook might need. There is a lovely breakfast area with views of the Gulf and a full laundry. The front balcony has a table and four chairs and we keep two zero gravity lounge chairs in the master closet for use on the balcony.
