The entire process was easy from booking to check-out. The house was clean, as listed, and is in a GREAT location. Private board walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to shopping & food. Would absolutely stay again!

Location was the best - right on the beach and peaceful. Having the private boardwalk was a huge plus. The house was well maintained and everything worked perfectly. The layout of the house is also great with 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. I’d definitely rent the place again

With two open carports on the ground level, there are views of the water before you step out of the car. On the ground floor, the first guest bedroom can be found, offering a queen-size bed and a view of the Gulf of Mexico. A bath is attached, and a ground floor balcony can be accessed from this room. Upstairs, the remaining three bedrooms and open living areas can be found. The spacious kitchen has black granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals or host a party. An oversized island offers bar seating- this paired with the dining table means every guest has options on where to sit. The living room continues the open floor plan, with a built-in entertainment center with large flat screen television. Outside on the deck, you'll enjoying grilling your catch of the day and enjoying the sunset over the beach. The master suite is located off the dining area, featuring a king-size bed and flat screen television. The bathroom has dual sinks, separate tub and shower, and a vanity area perfect for getting ready to explore everything Navarre has to offer. Both upstairs guest bedrooms are directly off the main living room, with one offering a king-size bed and attached bath which is shared with the final bedroom that has two full-size beds. Both guest rooms upstairs have televisions for enjoying a night in. Outside facing the gulf is tiki hut offering a sink, mini fridge, and bar with built in bar stools; it's a great place to unwind after a day enjoying the Gulf of Mexico.
There is no smoking/vaping allowed on the property. No exceptions. Remember there is an outdoor shower and foot wash, sand stays outside. This is someones personal home. There is no need for there to be excessive sand in the unit. Please make sure you are being respectful of this property, neighbors, and its contents. If excessive violations of this occur, additional cleaning/damage fees will be charged. NO PETS, NO EVENTS
