Spent a few days here over our fall break and had the best time ever! The townhome is super spacious and clean. The master bedroom lets you wake up to some of the best sunrises ive ever seen. We plan to come back again next year!

Chilled out beachfront property down quiet end of beach. Modern inside with well stocked kitchen. Balconies on both levels for perfect sea views. Had a great stay!

Townhome was beautifully decorated and appointed with everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. Ample sleeping space for everyone to relax while dining area and living space also provided comfortable space for everyone to come together and enjoy the incredible views.

We had the best week at this property with our extended family. The property fit our needs, it was a beautiful townhome. Location could not be beat. Steps to the beach, enjoyed it the beautiful views at all times of the day. Plenty of areas to entertain, we loved the decks. Management easy to work with! Townhome was also well appointed with supplies and the renovations were very nice! It had everything you could need in that place. I would love to go back very very soon!

This condo was an amazing choice for a moms getaway stay. Privacy at it's best. The views are amazing. Every room of the house was perfect. The shower outside coming in out of the sand was a plus and there is plenty of space below deck to put your beach chairs etc without having to drag them inside or up the stairs. The beds were amazing and amenities abound. We had 7 but could of easily done more without being crowded. There was nothing more we wanted for the entire stay. Grocery and a few restaurants very near and Pensacola for anything more you may want a short beautiful drive up the coast. We had a great time and plan on making it an annual event. Only negative I can say is we did experience sea weed, slugs and jellyfish everyday, however once you get over it and appreciate them for what they are (nature at its finest), you won't mind them at all. Especially since you also get to enjoy dolphins (EVERY SINGLE DAY), sea turtles and many other wonderful things from the sea. We rented paddle boards right up the road and loved that as well. All around just amazing time. Well worth the drive and money.

We had an excellent time staying here for Spring Break with our extended family. What could be better than waking up and walking out the door to the shores of the Gulf? It was very clean, good floorplan, spacious enough for 10 people and nicely updated. The price is a little on the high side, but it was worth it. Great memories here. Enjoy!

Directly on the beach! It doesn't get any better than this! Enjoy the spacious gulf front master bedroom suite with its private balcony, tile walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, & ceiling to floor windows. And if that's not enough, you get the same full glass gulf front view from the living room too, with a nice outdoor deck just waiting for you! The large fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and counter space to easily seat 4-adults making cooking and entertaining at home a delight. Bring the whole family! But beware, you won't want to leave!
The home amenities include: private beach walkover, 4 king bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, 3-1/2 bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, over sized fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer, wireless network access, and 5 hdtv's with dvd players. A two car carport is below the townhome and a private outside shower/changing room is located on the huge covered deck. Linens and towels are provided. Also note, our west end unit is the only one of the 3-unit townhomes that is a rental. The other 2-units are private vacation homes that are seldomly used by their owners. If you happen to meet them, they're really nice folks. This unit is over 3000 Sq. Ft.
Important:
The Owners do not allow Motorhomes of any kind to be parked on the property! There is no smoking/vaping, pets, or events allowed on the property...No exceptions. Remember there is an outdoor shower and hose, sand stays outside. This is someone's personal home. There is no need for there to be excessive sand in the unit. Please make sure you are being respectful in this area. If excessive violations of this occur, additional cleaning/damage fees will be charged.
