Sandcastle, Navarre, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Our family of 10 stayed at Sandcastle for a week and enjoyed the house so much! Extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of space. I was concerned about the public parking but there were no issues. Maybe a handful of people use it. The only thing I would recommend to the owners is a better outdoor grill. It was extremely small but we went to Walmart and bought a grill to use. We left it behind hoping the next family could use it. Mermaid Mansions were great to book with and answered all my questions in the same day. I would highly recommend them and this house. We really enjoyed the house and will hopefully stay there again!

This was first time staying at Sandcastle and what a wonderful home to stay in!!! So much for your money! Easy to use Mermaid Mansions and had no issues at all. I would have one recommendation for the owners as the walking to beach several times a day was difficult and walkover would be nice addition. The deck and much of the interior is renovated and very pleasing to the eyes. The decorations and amenities were too numerous to name. You cannot go wrong or be disappointed with this property! Fabulous and my entire family had an outstanding spring break and looking forward to next year!!!

We choose to vacation at Sandcastle house after looking at many other comparable houses on Navarre Beach and I can't say how pleased we were with this property. It had everything we possibly needed. The layout is perfect for our family and its super comfortable. Mermaid Mansions is amazing to work with and they don't charge all those ridiculous fees vrbo and those other rental sites charge. I highly recommend Sandcastle house and Mermaid Mansions. We plan to return here again very soon!

Great to be so close to the Gulf beach. Relatively crowd free. Nice open living room that our family enjoyed.

I can not thank everyone at mermaid mansions beach rentals. They saved my daughters wedding day.. I found out about this place through Mike Oliver, he set the beach up for the wedding. John at mermaid mansions was awesome. This place is everything you would expect ... CLEAN, NICE, ROOMY , and the view was awesome. John was so accommodating and paid attention to every detail . My family cannot thank him enough. Our stay after the wedding was very relaxed and comfortable. If you rent this place you will not be disappointed . Our two adult children and their spouses, three of our teen-aged grandchildren, my husband, and I had a wonderful week here. The weather was not always accommodating, so It was especially nice to have the beautiful view along the entire wall of the common living area. We did have enough sunny days to satisfy our sun-worshipers, and we enjoyed walking on the beach in the rain on the days that were not so sunny. During the storms we stayed inside enjoying the open view of the gulf and nature's display of power as we spent time chatting, eating, reading, and playing games. We loved the location - private but with access to some amenities. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meal preparation; the house was clean and comfortable. Mermaid Mansions was easy to work with - very cooperative and timely while we were making arrangements for the rental. I am filing the information about this trip with expectations of returning for another restful week.

My daughter got married here at the sandcastle and everything was fantastic! The house was perfect for us, the beach of course is amazing! Thank you so much Jackie! I will definitely be back!

We stayed here with several different families. There wasn't anything more we could have asked for. Very accommodating, very clean, very roomy. Absolutely loved it, and have adopted it as our new beach home away from home.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime vacation for our family. We took Mom and her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. The group ranged in age from 2 to 87. This house was just right for all of us! On arriving, the most common comment was, "This is the most beautiful beach we've ever seen!". Jackie and her team were very helpful with all our plans and questions. Rent-a-Center in Milton helped customize our stay by delivering and picking up a lift chair and recliner. Mom was able to have a room for herself, but with someone very close by, and had easy access to the kitchen and living areas and the deck. She was able to watch the youngest children play at her feet in a small pool on the deck and watch them having fun on the beach. Inside, her lift chair was positioned so she could see the ocean all the time, so relaxing for her! The common area was terrific for all our meals and gathering times. The deck was used by someone almost all the time. We all made use of the easy access to the beach multiple times a day. We were able to get to everything we needed for supplies within 15 minutes and had day trips to Pensacola and Destin that took no more than 45 minutes. We HIGHLY recommend this property and Mermaid Mansions.
