Grandmama's, Navarre, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We stayed here 9-17 to 9-30-22 great place it was close to the beach, quiet neighborhood Lots of room The only down fall was it only had 2 deck chairs to sit on the deck at Need to fix ice maker and stereo system

Thanks for the review David. The built in ice machine is no longer in operation along with the surround sound stereo system which is why it is advertised in the listing. The refrigerator does have an ice maker though :)

We had the pleasure of spending the winter holidays at grandmamas house and couldn't have asked for a more spacious home than this one. Everything was new and very comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking as well. Already looking at booking this home for next year!

Grandmamas is beautiful! The house was so spacious and nice that our group of 10 was very comfortable and had a great vacation! It felt like home away from home and allowed us to have fun instead of fighting over space and being on top of each other. The amenities were excellent and allowed us to make and eat meals comfortably and easily. Thanks so much!

Thank you so so so much to John with Mermaid Mansions Vacation Rentals!!! The day before my wedding we were needing a place for me and my family to stay because when we arrived to our original rental we were shortly told to evacuate per the fire department ??....John worked with us and we managed to be able to rent Grandmamas House and he even allowed for us to check in early as our entire wedding party was quite literally homeless up until that moment. He called all of his contacts quickly to be able to get house keeping over and then even met us at the house with the lease to sign! Seriously could not ask for better service. Everyone was so impressed with home itself as well..very clean and very well maintained. Me and my new husband are already wanting to come back for our anniversary! Thank you again for everything, we are so grateful!

My family has stayed at Grandmamas several times through our years visiting Navarre (heaven on earth). It is the most beautiful, well kept, and memory building home we have ever stayed in. Plenty of room for our whole family and comfortable and cozy! Location is amazing! We will 10/10 recommend this home every time and will always check to see if it is available on our yearly visits.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for once again being so efficient and accommodating. Both times we have stayed at Grandmama's house have been under very stressful circumstances but being at that home made the situation much more bearable with such beautiful and comfortable surroundings. We have decided that Grandmama's house will be our permanent vacation home when we come to the Navarre Beach area.

This house was perfect for our family of nine. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and watch TV, eat and play games. Also, lots of play things for the littles. Could have only been better by being ocean side. We’ll return to visit again.

10 family members, including 2 toddlers, 2 12 year old boys and 6 adults. The property was large enough to separate by family unit with the rooms favorably situated to put the toddlers to bed early with the large living area far enough away to not disturb them. The boys could stay up late and play games and watch movies while the adults relaxed on the front porch. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Grandmamas House was fantastic! The house was very clean & accomodating for our family of eleven. The beds were so comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with & we cooked a lot. Plenty of clean fresh towels & linens as well. The view was fantastic from every room, and the house was extremely spacious. The very short walk to the beach was actually quite pleasant, or you can hop in your car & load everything up. We loved our stay & we’ll be back to Navarre Beach!

We found the kitchen well equipped and the beds super comfortable. Beautiful beach! Clean and very nice house.

This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 7 kids. Plenty of beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The open kitchen, dining, and living room was beautiful and you can find pretty much everything you would need. Games, movies, books and about everything you will need in the kitchen as well (the second coffee pot was great.) The front porch was great for drinking coffee in the mornings and listening to the ocean. Although it is across the street from the beach, it was really so close that we felt like we were beachfront. Everyone there was very polite and accommodating. The people that run Shark Bite just down the road are also there for you if you need a kayak and were very helpful in hauling it to the sound side for us when the water was too rough. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and hope to return someday!

We stay here 2 weeks every year this was our 6th year in this house . It is so beautiful and the whole front is glass so it gives it such a great feel. What I love is they have 3 king size beds which no other house I've found does also plenty of beds for kids. The rental company is wonderful and has always gone out of their way to make sure we were happy. That is a huge reason we come back every year .
