Cancellation: If canceled 3 or more weeks prior to scheduled arrival, renter will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. If canceled 2 to 3 weeks prior ot schedule arrival, renter will be charged a $300 cancellation fee. Within 7 days of arrival, the cancellation will result in no refund.

Everything about this is perfect! Me and my boys stayed for a week and fell in love!! It’s the perfect location, the condo is amazing. Has everything you could possibly need and regardless of having a few bad weather days I still have only one compliant and that’s that we had to leave! We will most definitely be staying again!!!

We love staying in the condo at Summerwind. Unit 1501 is updated with all of the amenities to make our trip perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cook ware, if you want to cook! With so many great places to eat nearby we don’t cook much.
The unit is steps to a beautiful beach that is not over crowded.
We have stayed several times and look forward to return trips.

The condo is very nice with great owners. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need on a every day basis. Nice couch and outdoor seating as well as dining room table. We stayed for a week and never had one issue that needed resolved. The condo was perfect when we arrived for our stay, had everything we needed to get us started for the week. Overall it was a great experience and vacation.

Absolutely loved our trip! The condo was very spacious. Wonderful views from the wrap around balcony, views of the gulf and the sound. Walking distance to pier and several restaurants.
The condo itself was very well equipped for all our needs. From kitchen to bath towels and everything in between. The three bathrooms worked perfectly with teenagers. Will definitely be booking our next visit soon!!

This three bedroom condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is directly on the beach. The views are spectacular. Whether you're here just to enjoy the beach or relax poolside, our condo offers you both. Navarre Beach has been named one of the best destinations for families or couples and there are plenty of activities for everyone.
Our three bedroom condo has it all: gorgeous oceanfront views on the wrap-around balcony, pools and hot tubs, and all the comforts of home. Relax on the white sandy beaches, watch the sun set on an evening stroll or just relax inside and watch a movie or show on our High Definition TV. There are museums, zoos and plenty of shopping within minutes of the island. Take in a restaurant or stock up on groceries and enjoy our fully equipped kitchen with a pantry for your goods. Our building also has a fitness room overlooking the ocean and pool for those looking to get in a workout while away. There is High Speed Wireless Internet included and also available down by the pool.
The Master Suite has a king-size bed and opens to the balcony overlooking the Gulf. The other two bedrooms have queen-size beds with attached bathrooms for both. From inside, the wall to wall sliding glass door offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico or, walk out onto the deck to see and enjoy the views from our 15th floor unit.
Whether you are a couple visiting or a family of six to eight, there are plenty of activities for everyone. Our family loves it here and we're sure yours will, too.
