Cancellation: If canceled 3 or more weeks prior to scheduled arrival, renter will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. If canceled 2 to 3 weeks prior ot schedule arrival, renter will be charged a $300 cancellation fee. Within 7 days of arrival, the cancellation will result in no refund.

My husband and I spent four nights at the property in mid January. The weather was between 65-70 and the there were very few people on the beach (perfect for us). The condo has good parking, is easy to access, has a great view and contains all the items you need for your stay. The owner is friendly and responsive. Next time we come, we'll bring our teenagers!

Me and my family enjoyed staying here in the condo. It was absolutely perfect. We didn’t have the best weather (was cloudy and windy every day) but being able to open the doors and hear the waves and feel the wonderful upper 60’s-70 weather was so relaxing. This vacation was meant to just sit around and relax and we did, for the most part, except for treating ourselves by going out to eat once a day. The rest of the time we made something to eat in the condo. Thanks to Scott and Stephanie for sharing this condo and hope to come back again, maybe stay in their other condo the next time. You will not be disappointed staying here.

What a wonderful getaway! Our little family of 5 had a blast. Gated with multiple locked doors throughout the place made us feel safe as a family. The room has the perfect setting. It’s 2nd floor looking right at the water. The perfect time overall!

We enjoy this experience so much nice tranquil clean with everything we need my daughter s have access to beach any moment every person very respecfull to us everything is more cheap and close to our place the bridge gust a steps we can enjoy this place only for $1 dollar my Daughters go in a canoe and like 10 dolphins was around them !!!! They said this was one of most beautiful experience en their lives

The beach was my back yard! We could see dolphins from the balcony. I really didn't want to leave, the condo had everything we needed including a crockpot! I cant wait to go back!

We could not have been more pleased with our recent stay in Scott & Stephanie's condo. Navarre Beach was beautiful and the weather was perfect with the exception of one rainy day which turned out to be one of our favorite days. We spent most of that day in the comfortably furnished condo playing games, watching movies, sitting on the balcony watching the surf, and enjoying each others company. This was our first trip to Navarre. We had no idea what to expect from the area or the property. We visited Destin and Pensacola during our stay and quickly realized how much we loved Navarre. The condo was great. The facility was great. We will definitely be visiting again.

We had the best time At the condo and love how quiet the beach is and you feel like you have a private beach most of the time. Not over crowded like most beaches. I would recommend staying here for a nice quiet vacation!

The view is spectacular from our 2nd-floor balcony. We are located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The beach is right below your balcony with its world-famous, sugar-white sand and clear, emerald blue/green water. Here you will find all the amenities of a perfect Florida vacation, but without the traffic and crowds.
Our 2-bedroom condo is spacious at 1,365 square feet, with 9-foot ceilings, full tile, and split bedrooms that permit privacy. Tastefully and fully furnished for your vacation needs, including a washer and dryer.
The living room has great views, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with cable, DVD, and CD/stereo, with a supply of games and DVDs. The adjacent dining area seats 4 at a large glass table and 2 at the bar.
Listen to the waves and soak in the magnificent views from the master bedroom, with its queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and its own access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has two queen-size beds. Free high speed wireless internet connection provided (guest must provide computer). Both bedrooms have TVs with a DVD player in the 2nd bedroom. In the living room there is a large couch and ottoman chair to accommodate extra sleeping arrangements.
Navarre Towers has a solar heated beach side pool, tennis courts, fitness center, and ample parking, all free for guests. Our condo is ideal for a relaxing vacation in the sun and surf.
Navarre Beach is the perfect getaway for those who value privacy. We are a small community nestled between Gulf Islands National Seashore's eight miles of pristine beach, and Navarre State Park. However, nightlife and shopping is a short drive away. The town of Navarre is just across the sound, and Pensacola and Destin are less than 30 minutes away.
