Our family has been vacationing on Navarre Island for many years, and The Shore Thing has been our favorite place to stay. Townhome is spacious and has everything you will need for a long stay. We look forward to our next stay.

We have stayed here for the last 2 years and have already made plans to come back!!! The house is clean and very well maintained, the beach is beautiful and away from the crowds, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys are in garage, everything you could ask for and more!!! This was our second trip to Navarre, first in this condo. We stayed at “A Shore Thing” for a week with my best friend and her family. There were nine of us total. It was plenty roomy so we were not always on top of each other. They had everything we needed in the condo. The decks and views are amazing. The outdoor shower was so convenient. We cooked twice on the grill provided. It was a fantastic week and we will definitely be back!

We stayed for a week in October and had a fantastic stay despite hurricane Michael. Right in the middle of our stay we were just outside the cone of the hurricane. The owner of the condo couldn't have been more accommodating. We decided to get a hotel for two nights while the hurricane was coming through and the owner graciously refunded us a nights stay at the condo and let us stay an extra night and day! Without a doubt we would definitely stay here again. The condo was perfectly updated and right on the beach, it was also awesome to have all the beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and boogie boards right there. The kitchen is very large and had all the amenities anyone would need. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back for sure!!!!!

Gorgeous beach house. The pictures on the website do not do it justice at all!
Very comfortable in every respect. Was easy access to the beach because of the walkover. Very very few people on the beach with our family. Beautifully decorated. Very modern appliances. We are a lot of cooks and found the kitchen easy to use. Went to Pensacola to Blue Angels air show and it was an easy drive. Great fishing too! We are coming back!

The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and updated. There were six of us in my family that vacationed here, including my small infant. The place is big enough that everyone felt as though they had privacy. The close proximity to the water was ideal, because we had to go back and fourth from the house to the beach because of the small baby.
Everything was maintained and in excellent condition. The neighbors in the connecting homes were very friendly. The water and beach made the vacation absolutely perfect! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything a cook would need. The garage had an abundant of beach toys and chairs.
The location was exactly what our family was looking for. The island is not commercialized. This made us feel like we were really getting a break from the day-to-day world. However, Destin was just a quick drive away. We went into town several nights for dinner.
Overall, we plan on returning to this townhouse and would recommend it to friends and family looking for a wonderful vacation.

Amazing 4 Bedroom Oceanfront Townhome in Navarre
The main level boasts an expansive great room with a large sectional and a 82” TV connected to an Internet-connected Blue-Ray player and audio/video receiver. The TV is equipped with YouTube TV so you won't have to miss the gorgeous sunset to watch your favorite show. The wall-to-wall sliding glass doors provide a fantastic view of the beach and access to a large patio with plenty of room to kick back, relax and watch the waves. The deck is equipped with a loveseat, coffee table, two chairs and two outdoor loungers for soaking in the rays. A gas grill is available for grilling the perfect dinner. At the bottom of the stairs is a walkway to the white sandy beach and green water of the Emerald Coast. The home is directly on the beach.
The dining room table seats eight and has two additional chairs at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the latest appliances along with many useful kitchen items such as a Keurig coffee machine, a regular coffee pot, griddle, crockpot, etc. There is also a half bath on the main level.
The second master bedroom is located on this level and has a king bed, full size dresser, 37 inch TV, Blue-Ray and its own full bath with tile shower. A hair dryer has been added to this bath to allow for lighter packing. This room has a view of the Santa Rosa Sound.
The primary master bedroom is on the third floor and has an amazing view of the Gulf. It has a king bed, full size dresser, 42 inch TV and Internet-connected Blue-Ray player. The balcony has two chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view. The spacious bathroom has a tile shower, separate jetted tub and views of the Gulf. A hair dryer is available below one of the two sinks. This room has a large walk-in closet, and the pack and play is also stored in this closet.
The third floor has two other bedrooms - one furnished with a queen bed and the other with two bunk beds. These rooms share a full bath. The queen room has a 37 inch TV and Blue-Ray player and the kids' room has a 26 inch TV and DVR. Also on this level is the laundry room with a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. There is also a small desk area.
The lower-level garage is unfinished to house all your beach toys. There are plenty of beach chairs and toys to allow for a wonderful time on the beach along with a commercial- grade beach umbrella to shade you from the sun. Chairs, umbrella and toys need to be brought in every night as the beach patrol will remove anything left on the beach overnight.
Wireless broadband Internet access, national long distance phone calls and YouTube TV are complimentary.
To ensure that the property is maintained for the next guest, we do not accommodate pets, wedding parties or groups larger than 6 adults and 4 children. NO PETS - there will be a $750 fee assessed if pets are found in the house. The house is specially disinfected (wiping down all high-touch areas like railings, door knobs, remotes etc.) after each guest so check in time is 4:00 pm or later. The house is kept at 72 degrees during the summer months.
Garbage day is Saturday so we require all guests to roll out trash cans the night before to ensure that the next guests have room for their trash. Recycle day is Friday so roll out is Thursday night and the cans are clearly marked.
