Checking in and out was simple, it was clean and beautifully decorated with all of the amenities you could ever need! The deck and 2nd floor balcony offered amazing views! I can’t wait to return!

Another great vacation at this wonderful townhome on the gulf. This was our second year at this rental and once again it was fantastic. This home has everything (and i mean everything) you need for the beach, or casual or gourmet meals. The view is spectacular. Great for families or friends vacationing together. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone. It is clean and well furnished. We look forward to our trip next year. So sad to have to leave. Beautiful quiet place.

We stayed over spring break 2019 and this unit was no disappointment! The unit was very spacious, featured amazing views, very quiet, and easy access to the beach - which felt like our private beach! Very well taken care of and clean. There was plenty of space for us and our 6 children. If you are looking for a great home away from home, this is it!

Thank you so much to Mermaid Mansions as always a pleasure to rent thru them. They manage their properties well; keeping them very clean and updated. I had a small problem with a TV and fixed almost immediately after contacting them. Gulf Paradise is a beautiful town home that is bright and airy. All the rooms are spacious and the open living concept is great. A family of six could stay there easily.. Thank you Mermaid Mansions!!!

The house is great, the stairs are something else..stairs everywhere!!! The house is clean and well equipped, there are even chairs and umbrellas!

Could not have asked for a better beach townhouse. Beautiful views from all rooms, great amenities, and you can walk straight out to the beach. This was my home for a week (and it was my first beach trip ever!) and I could not recommend more.
