A9 is the perfect townhome for our family. The bedroom configurations work perfectly for our children. The new patio furniture is very comfortable and its so nice to have the garage to store all of our beach gear. Our kids loved going to the pool which is 20 steps from the front door. Very clean & comfortable I highly recommend this unit.

We loved our stay at Sugar Beach A-9!! The townhouse was just as described. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved being right on the beach with a pool. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to be back soon!! Thanks for letting us stay!!

This was our first family vacation and we could not have picked a better location! This townhome had everything we needed and was just amazing. We could walk right out of the front door to the pool and then directly down to the beach. The whole experience was just incredible.

This has been our 4th year staying in this unit. The unit has always been clean, plenty of kitchen supplies, towels etc. The location is perfect, not crowded on the beach. The management is very accommodating. We have already booked for next year!!!

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It was roomy, modern, comfortable and convenient! We were pleasantly surprised with the decor also (most beach houses are really tacky). Very close to the beach crossover with amazing views from 2 balconies. Tons of kitchen extras and a huge garage to store beach supplies. We went with young children and literally have zero complaints. Cannot wait to return. This area of the beach was clean, the water was beautiful and since it is a relatively small complex it wasn't crowded. Tons of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Couldn't have planned a better family vacation!

We welcome you to Sugar Beach A-9 to make memories and enjoy the change of pace that only beach living provides. It is vacation at it's best! This 3 bedroom/3 bath 2050 Sq. Ft. gulf front townhome offers you everything you need for your leisurely beach getaway. Complex offers a beautiful partially shaded pool area for your comfort if you get too much sun or you are tired of salt water. A large open floor plan in the living/dining/kitchen area allows everyone to see the incredible ocean view while lounging or cooking. Kitchen is fully stocked for those who love to cook with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Or you may enjoy eating or drinking your morning coffee on the outside balcony while listening to the waves roll and smell that ocean air. There is also an extra full size fridge in the garage!
The master bedroom with a king bed also affords that panoramic ocean view with its own private balcony and has its own private bath with double sinks, tub and walk-in shower. This unit is VERY tastefully decorated with some unique artwork. Loft area upstairs with 2 twin bunks and large flat screen tv provides a nice 'hang out' area for the kids that want to get away from it all.
