We decided to take a last minute Christmas Vacation and this townhouse worked out great! Beautiful views of the Gulf, great floorplan and plenty of space. The ease to walk to the beach was amazing, as you are only a few feet away. We saw dolphins every day, the beach was clean and gorgeous and the location was perfect. We definitely plan to come back when it is warmer and stay here again!

We really loved our week here. The condo was clean and spacious. More importantly it was right on the beach which is what we were looking for. We spent every day on the beach which was our plan all along. The beach is clean and well taken care of and the water was very clear too. We had a great experience with the management company as well, they were very accommodating and attentive.

This was our second time to rent this property and it won’t be out last! Beautifully decorated and fully appointed with everything one could wish for an incredible beach vacation! Spectacular sunrise and sunset views, I just can’t say enough good things about this property. We so enjoyed grilling and entertaining on the ground floor level with our friends and family that live nearby. We got to sit on the deck and watch the fireworks show right off the pier. The management is quick to respond to questions and concerns… I can’t wait for the next vacation in Navarre!!!

My husband and I and our 3 kids had an amazing time. The condo was very clean and absolutely adorable. If you love design you’ll love the little details throughout the home that gives this place that special touch of elegance and a family friendly atmosphere. We have traveled a lot and been to other locations in Florida but this place had more than everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked. Bathrooms had adequate linens and sample shower amenities. Bedrooms were spacious and had hangers and ample storage in dressers and closets. The living room was cozy and the couch was very comfortable. The garage was my husbands favorite as it had a grill that you could pull out and cook on and table and chairs, a refrigerator, and large tv! We loved the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before going inside as well. It really helped with clean up after a day at the beach. The views were perfection and you really can’t beat the location of this condo. Especially if you have little kids. Both the deck and upper bedroom balcony showed the beautiful beach and view of Navarre Beach and the Pier. Location was fantastic. You are near essential places like Walmart and Publix but still have that vacation vibe with local restaurants within minutes from the condo. Lots of nearby walking paths. And the pool was an added bonus although we stayed at the beach primarily. We did travel in to Destin and Miramar and it’s an easy trip on 98. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the most amazing week at sugar beach. The beach and the weather were perfect. We ventured out and found some great local places to eat. We are already planning our trip for next year. It was my grandchild’s first trip to the beach. She is now a part of the tradition. As always thanks for the great accommodations.

If you are ready for any or all of the 3 'r's (rest, relaxation or romance), sugar beach A10 is what you are looking for. A perfect beachfront spot to enjoy some real beach chair apathy...All you care about is the sun and the sand and hearing the ocean swells break against the beach. This 3 bedroom/3 bath unit is tastefully decorated, stainless appliances/granite countertops/tile & wood flooring in living area/bathrooms. Master bedroom affords a spectacular ocean view from the big sliding glass doors and the private balcony. The master bath has double sinks, huge tub and separate walk in shower. There is a 2nd bath with tub/shower combo which makes it easy to give the little ones their baths at the end of a hot sandy beach day. Den area in the upper hall is quiet and secluded if you want to get away from the group and just rest and watch tv or read. Beautiful furnishings throughout the entire unit and over 2000 sq ft not counting both gulf front balconies. There is also an extra full size fridge in the garage! The beach walkover is behind unit #12 so getting to the beach is quick and easy. Come to the beach and let it cast it's spell. Look forward to having you here this year and many others to come.
