Location is amazing. You are right on the beach with two beautiful balconies with unobstructed views to the south and west. The condo is well furnished and is very comfortable. We have stayed in many locations on Navarre Beach and without question A12 at Sugar Beach is the best.

We have been coming to sugar beach for years and finally had the opportunity to stay in A-12. The views from both deck are absolutely amazing! The unit is very comfortable and well stocked. Having access to the garage was a plus esp for storage of our beach gear. You are literally steps away from your back door to the boardwalk that leads straight to the beach. The pool is always nice for our kids. Mermaid Mansions is so easy to book through and we plan to come back to this unit year after year!
