This was our first experience with Sundunes and also Mermaid Mansions. We stayed in the Sunny Turtle and it couldn’t have been better. Clean, organized, tastefully decorated, plenty of pillows and towels, everything we needed. The staff at Mermaid Mansions were fantastic, quick responses always. Looking forward to our next stay with them!

I almost hesitate to write a review as then more people will want to stay here. My lovely wife and myself just stayed 30 days here and it was more than what we hoped for! I have stayed in other areas, other places but this is probably our favorite. Two people very comfortable if you like the other two people than 4 comfortable. Price/value is superior -- End unit offers a "Fantabulistical" view-- cant go wrong with the "Sunny Turtle"

We had an AMAZING time here. Sunny Turtle was perfect. No complaints at all. The pictures are exactly what you see. The unit had everything you needed and beds were comfy. The views were so breathtaking. The pool was perfect and shaded by 2 pm. The pier isn’t far and many chooses to eat on the water right down the road. The other direction going towards Pensacola was perfect beach pictures with no building in the pics. But back to the unit we will def be back and have told so many already!!!! Thanks so much!

This condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. It is very welcoming and clean. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The facility is well taken care of. We saw a grounds keeper and pool cleaner during our stay. Even with tropical storm "Alberto" we were able to enjoy the wonderful view, ocean breeze and the perfect beach! We visited the turtle conservatory, splash park and butterfly house. On the final morning we saw several dolphins not far from shore. I highly recommend this unit. We WILL be returning and sharing the info with our friends.

Just sit back and relax and watch the amazing sunsets in the evenings. It doesn't get much better than this! You'll want to return another time and again. A fantastic getaway place on Navarre Beach.
Condo amenities include: Fully equipped kitchen, 1 kingl bedroom, 1 full bedroom, 2 bathrooms (1-shower and 1-shower/oversize jacuzzi tub combo), 1 full sofa sleeper in the living room, washer/dryer, wireless network access, and 2 flat screen Tv's.
