Aqua 908 - Panama City Beach, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This condo is absolutely amazing! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. We will definitely be staying with Janice again. She is super friendly and very responsive. You couldn’t ask for a better host!

We’ve been to PCB for the past 15 years and this unit was PERFECT!! The condo is spacious, nicely equipped, and CLEAN!! Not to mention the close proximity to Pier Park and some of our other favorites!! The check in/out process was seamless to the point I triple checked our confirmation just to make sure I didn’t miss anything on my end.. We’ll be back next year!!!

We are repeat renters. This was our second year to rent 908 and it did not disappoint. We usually stayed no higher than 5 floors. But 908 had perfect view of ocean, especially from the balcony. We enjoyed eating our meals on balcony and sitting after dining out listening to waves of the ocean. Michael and Janice made booking this room easy. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Our family had a great time staying in Aqua 908. The condo was exceptional clean and completely updated. The queen bed in the bonus/half bedroom was a huge perk. The biggest thing that stood out to us was the constant communication with the owner. Janice was always available to get in touch with when needed. She is a very nice person and always happy to help out with any questions you might have. Aside from the condo itself the location is great. Pier Park is right across the street along with plenty of other shopping. When your schedule allows get down to Aqua 908. You won’t be disappointed! ??

Lets just start off by saying, I don't think I'll ever stay at another Condo inside of Aqua besides 908. This unit was perfect. Michael and Janice are absolutely fantastic to work with and communicate with. The room was decorated nicely, the furniture was comfortable, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. It's obvious that they take great pride in their unit and want it to be your home away from home. They have a bin in the entrance walk way where there are plenty of beach items should you forget something for the kids. There was plenty there, we even left a few items for the next person in the bin. I promise you, once you stay at this Unit, you won't want to stay elsewhere. Next year when we go back on our annual family trip, this will be the first place I try and book.

The owners were great with communication and getting us set up with everything we needed. The condo was perfect, the view was gorgeous. Nothing to do with owners or Aqua but we suggest you bring beach chairs since the chairs that are provided are now plastic and they take them up at 5 pm or sooner if you are not using them. So there is nowhere to sit if you want to go out on the beach after 5 pm. Aqua and Janice were absolutely wonderful.

Great condo! Location is perfect. The addition of the queen bed in the bunkroom was a welcome surprise. Balcony had plenty of seating. Can't wait to visit again.

I could not recommend Aqua 908 enough. This was our first time renting directly from the owner and I was extremely nervous but I am so happy that I followed through. The process was so simple and we cannot wait to come back again in the future! Janice was so amazing to work with and the condo was absolutely beautiful. It was so clean and well stocked with anything you could need for your next get away. The pictures just do not do it justice. We absolutely loved having the free beach chairs and our daily walks to Pier Park and nearby restaurants. We also loved being able to see dolphins from the balcony. Do yourself a favor and check it out, you won’t regret it! Thanks Michael and Janice for sharing your beautiful home with our family!!

Where do I begin? Janice is super responsive and helpful, and everything went very smooth. I want to begin by saying these pictures do not do this condo justice. The condo is big, beautiful, and bright and airy. The furnishings are nice quality. The master king bed is very comfortable which is always of utmost importance. Master bath was huge. Small details make this condo stand out from others I have rented. Very well supplied with everything you might need. Extras like books, puzzles, videos. Lots of ocean toys, etc. High end appliances. Good water pressure. Tons of hooks in bathroom. I know some of these seem trivial but it all makes for a very pleasant stay. The absolute best thing about this condo is the balcony. Gorgeous views from both the living area and master bedroom with floor to ceiling sliding doors! Huge balcony with not only a table to dine at, but also two large lounging chairs. Perfect mornings drinking coffee and watching the dolphins. The rounded balcony made for better views than a typical square balcony as well. Beautiful sunsets and star gazing at night was the perfect way to wind down (not that we needed to after floating in the crystal clear ocean all day!) I really liked the location of the condo too. Ninth floor was high enough to have nice views without the hassle of having to take elevators all the way up to the twenties. Proximity to Pier Park was a bonus too. We loved Shuckums across the street and ordered Diego’s twice. Walked across street and took an amazing helicopter ride midweek. I could go on and on. Thank you for sharing your home- I won’t hesitate to recommend it and return myself!

Really nice and clean place. Nothing broken, not working, banged up or anything. Nice balcony size. Great communication also.

This was our first time staying at Aqua. I loved having the elevator right outside our room. The condo was in perfect condition. What made it even better was the included beach service. Janice was so good to work with. We never want to stay anywhere else.

We had another great stay at Aqua. 908 is always in great condition. Janice is amazing to work with. It has everything you need including beach chair rental. The master bed is super comfortable. We tried the Seascreamer this year and it did not disappoint.

We had a fabulous time at Aqua. The condo was stocked with everything you need or think you might need. Even card game for the kids and books to read. Definitely would rent again from them. Quick to answer and return calls upon inquiring about the rental. More than I can say for another condo that I’m still waiting on a call back.

We have stayed at Aqua 5 out of the last 8 summers! We love the pools, the people and the beach! This was our first time in 908, and we will be back!!! The furnishings are quality and comfortable, not worn out like some we have stayed in. The bunk room has been updated and has doors, which was great for our 23 year old daughter!! Beat of all was the rental fee includes beach chairs and umbrella, PERFECTION!! Thank you for sharing with us!!

We had a problem with another condo that we rented and had to find another just a few days prior to our vacation. Janice was very friendly and accommodating in renting her unit last minute. The unit itself was beautiful and one of the best equipped units that we've ever stayed in! The location of the unit is directly in front of the elevator which made coming and going a breeze. The amenities at Aqua are fantastic and you are close to pier park, Walmart restaurants etc. Janice is awesome and so is her condo! Do not hesitate just book it! We were glad we did..Thanks Janice!

We enjoyed our first visit to Aqua. The Condo unit 908 was spectacular. My wife commented on the supply of kitchen equipment. It was all high end from the flat ware to the pots and pans. The appliances were top end. The Condo was very clean and large. The bunk room was a real surprise and very private. Janice was super helpful but we did not have a single problem with anything. The elevators were quick, the parking deck was super. I didn't like having to key in the gates coming from the beach. It was annoying and maybe wasn't necessary during the daytime, but I understand the security issues now days. We walked to Pier Park and that was a big plus. Thank you Michael and Janice.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. This condo is very nice and clean. Had everything we needed to cook meals and had an oversized balcony with a beautiful view. Having the beach service (chairs and umbrella) included with the rental is absolutely amazing. Janice was so nice to work with, very prompt with responses. We ended up booking very last minute and had no problems whatsoever. Thank you for sharing your little slice of the beach with us!!

Just returned from our trip. It was much needed and we enjoyed it so much. This was our first time at Aqua and we will come back. Unit 908 was perfect for us. Very spacious and comfortable. It was myself, my husband and 2 teenagers. The bunk room was perfect for them. Michael and Janice were great to work with. The view from the balcony was so peaceful and relaxing. We had our morning coffee out there every morning. Having the beach chairs and umbrella was a nice added bonus. The unit really has everything you need. The location of the complex is near Pier Park but was not horribly congested. I would suggest going to the Winn Dixie for your groceries. WalMart is closer (you can actually see it from the front of the condo) but was so crowded and picked over. There is also a Publix close by. We discovered 2 new restaurants this trip, The Shrimp Boat and Barefoot on the Bay. They are both in the same building and located over the bridge. But we highly recommend them. We also ate at Hang Five when we arrived on the suggestion from Janice. She wasn't wrong! If you rent this unit, you won't be disappointed.

We loved this condo. We had plenty of room. The bunk room was a nice addition with its own privacy. The oversized balcony was roomy and the views, well they were breathtaking. I do not like heights but we didn’t seem too high. We even saw some dolphins one morning. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were great to work with and we had no issues. We will be coming back to this condo.

This Beach, along with this Condo was an awesome package. First, the photos on this listing don't do it justice. You are front row to beautiful views of the ocean on an over sized patio with comfy furniture. Walk right out to the beach and to our chairs & umbrella, also included with the condo. There is a master bath and bedroom (bed very comfortable) and a bunk room with another bathroom right across the hall. The condo was very clean and had a very equipped kitchen. Furniture inside is excellent condition. Pier Park is within walking distance with lots of restaurants, stores and activities. If you don't want to deal with traffic every night - walk to Pier Park and eat there. Walmart is 2 blocks away for grocery's. A hidden treasure is the Tiki Bar/Food Shack located by the swimming pool. (2 outdoors + 1 indoor pool). Both kid & adults drinks available and condo has the refillable cups so you get it at the discounted price. Great pool snacks. Although I took my teen daughter - for those of you with little kids, the condo has lots of sand toys so no need to bring your own. For someone who has always stayed in Destin - I believe I have found a new permanent vacation spot. Great communication from Janice and I am already planning on coming back in the fall. This is a super nice and very clean place to enjoy your vacation!! We didn’t want to leave!! This is the 7th straight year that we have stayed at this because we like it so well!!!
