We had a great time in this unit over the Thanksgiving weekend. The unit is situated right on the beach and we could see the dolphins from the back porch. The staff was quick to respond to all request and any maintenance issues. the best part of all was the ability to bring the pets. Even though it's pet friendly you couldnt tell by the cleanliness of the unit.

A great home right on the beach! Spacious and nicely furnished. The deck is a great place to relax and watch the waves when you’re tired of the sand. Love that there is a bedroom & bathroom on 1st floor for those who may not be able to handle constant up/down a flight of stairs. The owners were very responsive to our messages via VrBO Tons of restaurants, many within walking distance, and shopping very close.

The initial overall of the townhouse was good. The Queen size beds were so loud every time you moved on the bed, must have been the mattress pads. The upstairs master king bed was great. The 2 Queen beds upstairs was awkward. One of the Queen beds was pushed up against both closet doors, so you could not use closets in that bedroom. The towell rack in that bedroom, fell to the floor when you put a towel on the rack..(my husband fixed that rack). The kitchen was well equipped, but the first night I used the oven the entire oven door handle fell to the floor, again my husband got his tools out and fixed the handle. The stove top, every eye I used, the pans slid off the burners, they were all crooked, but we made out. The shower for downstairs bedroom had no where to put your soap or shampoo except the FLOOR. No shelve or safety bar in that shower. I have never had to put my soap on floor of shower untill then. The cloth sofa in living room was filthy, we bought fabreze to spray it down, then covered with sheets to sit on. The 2 trash containers outside, one had a hugh hole in bottom, so trash went right through, the other can had a disgusting oder...

This townhouse was perfect for a much needed vacation! Great for families or a group of friends. The location is less crowded and right across the street from the grocery store. I love that you walk right onto the beach from the deck.

Luxury Beach Front Townhouse with 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms that Sleeps 10-12 people
Upstairs we have a king master bedroom with a full wall window that directly faces the Gulf. The second bedroom upstairs is designed to be kid friendly and is home to two comfortable queen beds and private bathroom.
On the main level of the home we have our third bedroom. This room is equipped with two queen beds as well and has a full bathroom with a standing shower. This can be ideal for any older or restricted travelers with its first floor location and full bathroom.
All bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs and of course, WiFi is included!
The fully furnished, open concept kitchen is set up with a cozy breakfast bar for four and overlooks the ocean for an out of this world, relaxing cooking/dining experience. All kitchen utensils and basics are stocked for ease of access and guest comfort.
The living room is arrayed with a modern queen sofa sleeper and two comfortable chairs. There is also a brand new 42" Toshiba Flat screen HDTV to help you unwind after a day of fun and activities!
The dining area features a full dining table for six.
For your pleasure, we have also provided a charcoal grill, ready to be enjoyed on the gulf front deck. The deck has first row seating for sunsets over the gulf. Location wise, we are located directly West of Pier Park. We have a great view of the Pier directly off of our Gulf Front Deck.
There are also great dining spots within walking distance of this unit, an unbelievable Italian/Pizza place right across the street, a Wings/Barbecue place nearby, and many great seafood restaurants as well.
There is also a Winn Dixie Grocery Store and a CVS Pharmacy across the street.
About 1 mile away to the East is the famous Pier Park area which offers tons of entertainment, dining, and shopping, as well as a newly reconstructed Pier!
