Princess Condominiums Unit 804, Panama City Beach , Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Everything was as great as we could have hoped for. Nice, clean, spacious…just basically check off everything on my “must have” list. On our last day we were already planning our next trip back!

This was an amazing room! As soon as we walked in the door you could smell the cleanliness. We most definitely will be staying there again! Jen was awesome, and always got right back to us with any questions we had.

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for our family of 9. The view from the balcony was awesome. You could hear the waves and we spent many evenings enjoying the sunset. We had already left and my son forgot his favorite blanket. We went back and the cleaning crew was nice enough to let me in to get it. I really appreciated that! We would definitely book this condo again!

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for our large group of 11. It was our first time in the gulf and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed all of the amenities that the condo had to offer.

We had such an amazing family vacation at The Princess! We love this condo and will come back every year! VIP is such a blessing and made our stay wonderful. The condo was perfect in every way. We hated to leave. -Tammy

 

I hate to give too good of a review on the off chance that it becomes too popular to book in the future, but this place was amazing! The property managers were super nice and very helpful, and answered my million questions with no complaints. I vacation a lot and this was the easiest vacation I have ever had because of them. The rooms and beds were super nice, the kitchen had everything you needed, even a keurig and a regular pot which was nice. Very nice views from the balcony and a pretty good sized one! The elevators were nice and fast, the game room was nice, and the other game options were nice too! I loved the location of this condo as it was on a quieter side of town with hardly any traffic and still plenty to do in the area. The only 2 negatives I could say, is for this particular unit, the washing machine was out of balance and would shake like crazy and was super loud, didn't effect our stay though. The other is the pool, I am not sure who maintains the pool at this complex, but there was something in the water that made all of the girl's hair an absolute mess, made it seem almost bleached, and brittle and straw=like. Still haven't got it back to normal after a few treatments. But that is unrelated to this particular unit, and I loved everything about this place otherwise!

This is the most affordable, beautiful, clean condo I have ever stayed in! VIP was extremely helpful and answered all questions timely! I will definitely be back!

From booking, to check in until check out, it was more than expected. Very clean condo right on the beach. On the quiet end of PCB so not a lot of traffic or noise. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property was nicely maintained. Communication with property owner and manager was super easy. I liked that the condo building was not very big. Would recommend this property.

This was our first trip to Panama City and we wanted to stay as close to the water as possible. This Condo is absolutely beautiful and clean! It’s perfect for families and even has extra cots for larger parties. The owners/ hosts kept in contact in the event that we needed anything. Will definitely rent this condo again when we return to Panama City Beach! Thank you!

Recently spent a week at this condo for a family vacation. We had plenty of room for 5 kids and 6 adults. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beach at this complex is perfect for kids. There is an extended shallow area and the water was fantastic while we were there. We did actually cook several dinners in the condo. The kitchen was supplied with all the pots and pans we needed. The dishes and glass wear are very nice. The complex has 3 pools, one is an inside pool. Three elevators and plenty of carts made checking in and out easier than any place we have been before. Jennifer and Donna were super nice and easy to work with. Any issue or question we had we taken care of immediately. The condo owners provide complementary chairs on the beach and that’s a great perk! We also had packet of coupons for pizza, the Screamer and Mini golf. Just the screamer tickets saved me 52 dollars. I really appreciate that. We hope to stay here again on our next visit.

Beautiful condo, lots of sleeping room. The porch is big . The beach was the prettiest I’ve seen in a long time. Love it!!

Property very nice. Only complaint indoor pool ruined adult an children's bathing suits. Seems water had bleach in it.

This condo was very clean, up to date. Jennifer Highfield was very nice and helpful. Bike week was going when we were there but because of condo location, there was no problem getting in and out

We had a wonderful stay! 2 adults and 4 young adult/teen children. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space, clean and safe. Location is right on the beach on the "quite" side of town. Traffic is not horrible and the beach is not crowded. Communication with Jen and Donna was top notch! We will definitely be revisiting this property in the future!

We had an amazing week in this condo! It was nice to have three elevators which greatly reduced our waiting time! You could tell that the gentleman taking care of the place on the outside took pride in his job. He was very nice and everything was very clean. Donna and Jennifer made everything easy and were very quick to reply with any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

The owners made renting this place a breeze and answered all questions we had. It was just like the photos and very clean and well kept! Great location and not to far from everything. Will definitely book with them in the future!

Condo is very spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We had an awesome time celebrating a birthday. And having two sets of front row beach chairs every day is a GREAT bonus!!!

This property is at the quieter end of Panama City Beach which was exactly what we were looking for. The condo had an awesome view, plenty of space, 3 pools that were not crowded and the beach was not very crowded so we could easily be socially distant from others. I would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway.

The furniture was in very good condition. Mattresses were very nice. Towels were great. 7 women had the best 5 days ever. Even with Nate storm, we had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and everything we used was in working order. We ended up being a small group and loved all the space especially the 3 bathrooms! Thanks for the free beach chairs and free coupons! I also liked the easy check in and check out.

We really enjoyed our stay! We only had one issue and that was the AC went out. They were very nice about it and offered us another room for the night until they fixed ours. Donna was so sweet and so was her husband. We would definitely stay again.

When we walked into the condo, the curtains were open. The gulf view was outstanding! Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The living and dining rooms were combine. The large patio was wonderful. We enjoyed the beach and Cory was great. Three pools!

This condo is beautiful and comfortably accommodates 8+ adults. The staff at VIP is amazing! Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure that our stay with them was one that I will always remember!

I have stayed in Many Condos over the years and this is By Far the Top for getting your moneys worth out of the Cleaning Fees !!! It is a Large Roomy Condo as well ..with the added Bonus of an Extra Large Capacity Ice Maker...and Huge Laundry/Storage Room..Over Adequate size of the Bedrooms and Beds in each room really added to our Comfort....and the Large Deck overlooking the Lovely Views was always the Go To spot..Day or Night....The stay was made Extremely Easy with Personal calls and instructions from Jennifer & Donna... We will Most Definitely be staying here again..!!!!

Very clean. The staff was great. They have carts to bring up your grocery’s and bags huge help. Well supplied. Was a great trip

Jen at VIP was amazing! We received an email along with a personal phone call prior to our arrival with all the pertinent information, followed by her touching base with us once we arrived to make sure everything was good. The condo was very clean and exceptionally nice. The property is well maintained. This is a family-friendly condo that is in a great location. It is close to many great restaurants as well as the state park. It's also close if you want to go to Shell Island. We also took advantage of the coupons that were provided to us and the beach chair service! Overall this was a great stay and we look forward to returning next summer!

We enjoyed our stay here! Unit is beautiful and a great size! Pools are great too. Management had wonderful customer service and communication with me. We will definitely come again!

We had a wonderful time. Condo was excellent. Just wish the wind had not been so strong but not in any of our control. We had 7 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. Condo was very well equipped and the view was beautiful. And the Easter Bunny did not have any problem finding us. Wish we could have stayed longer but back to work and school.

We have been to Panama City Beach several times before, but had never stayed at the Princess. My wife and I are retired and we took our two grown daughters and their families (8 total) to PCB for a week. We are always looking for a 3-BR, 3-Bath unit that fits our family situation. This unit was perfect! The adults all enjoyed the privacy of having their own bedroom and bathroom. Jen and Donna were great to deal with from the very first time we spoke. I had concerns about the status of the condo following last fall's Hurricane Michael. They were very up-front in letting me know about the minor ongoing repairs taking place at the condo. These issues did nothing to detract from our stay. While we were there, a couple of small issues came up and they were quick to respond and help out. The complimentary beach chair rental was appreciated, and we even rented two more adjoining sets for our stay. When they weren't playing in the gulf waves, you could find our grand-kids (5 and 7) playing in one of three onsite pools. They even had their first night-time swim and loved every minute of it. The view was spectacular and the sunsets were incredible every night. From our balcony we saw lots of stingrays, dolphins, and even two manatees! The large balcony was our favorite hangout. Every member of our group enjoyed staying in the well-equipped unit and would definitely consider staying there again it the opportunity arises. Enjoy if you can!

We stayed with another couple for 3 nights. We used the kitchen each day and found all of the dishes and cookware that we needed. The views were awesome and the pools were quiet and perfect for us. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. Our only complaint was about the Princess fitness room. My husband tried to use the exercise bike twice. It was broken the first time and he reported it to the office. They said they fixed it, but the very same thing happened the next morning.

Absolutely a great stay!!! The unit is spacious, clean, and well maintained. Everyone in my party was comfortable. I am really impressed with the property managers. The team is very proactive in providing vital information regarding entry codes, parking passes, and other important information ensuring the tenant is well informed of all the procedures of the rental. All questions were answered promptly. Great Condo, Great Staff! I’ll definitely be returning!

The condo was absolutely perfect! All of the rooms provided the space we needed and no one felt cheated on the bathrooms! The views were spectacular from the master suite and the main living area. The large balcony was a great place for the kids and adults to hang out. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at the Princess for 7 days and it was a perfect trip. The unit was spacious and clean. The beach was perfect and not overly crowded. The location is convenient.

Had a fabulous week at PCB while staying at The Princess!! The condo was just as it looked online. Everything we needed was there. Only issue was locking the front door. It could be locked but took several minutes. I’m sure if I had called and told them it would have been addressed . We will defiantly be staying here again!!

We had to change our plans for our Daughters Senior Trip due to Covid and who could not pass up the BEAUTIFUL Beaches and Emerald Waters at PCB! This Condo made our trip just perfect! We had plenty of space for our party of 6! The cleanliness of the Condo was spot on! You have plenty of space to relax and the view from the Balcony is just Perfect! Did not have to fight for Beach Space and Everyone seemed to respect the quiet hours. There is also a game room you can play pool or even air hockey and that never gets old no matter what your age! Donna is also Fantastic about promptly responding to emails or text. Check in was very clear and easy to understand. We have definitely found our place that we will return to for Future stays! Thank you so much for Making our trip the Best One yet!!!!”

Awesome condo. Lots of space, very clean, supplies more than adequate. There's some construction going on now, but it didn't interfere with our stay. We like the Thomas Drive location- a little more quiet and closer to local restaurants. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Clean clean CLEAN! Great sunsets, comfy beds and couches and the heated outdoor pools were a great place to swim when the ocean was a bit chilly. Would definitely stay there again. Big shout out to Donna and Jen for stellar hospitality and customer service!

You will not be disappointed. The condo was clean and very spacious. The staff are amazing and very friendly! We will be back!
