We have rented this condo many times and have never been disappointed. Roberta is so easy to work with and the property is just beautiful. Thank you for another great vacation. 

Best condo we have ever stayed in! Super easy to get out to the beach, plenty of room inside, kitchen was large and well equipped. Wonderful view of the ocean from main living area and master bedroom. We will for sure stay here again!

This property is just about as perfect as perfect can be!  We love this property. We feel at home as soon as we arrive. The finishes in this condo are superior to other units we have stayed in and is always very clean. We cook most of our evening meals and the kitchen is nicely stocked with everything we have ever needed. And being just a few steps from the beach makes this place truly Top of the Line!

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable condo situated on the quiet west end of PCB. Roberta, the owner, has provided all of the essentials that could possibly be needed on a beach vacation. Having the well stocked kitchen with every gadget imaginable for cooking was also wonderful. The deck closet full of beach toys and chairs was an added plus. Beach towels were also provided for guest use if needed. Beds were comfortable and clean. The owner responded quickly to inquiries. Superb property providing an excellent and enjoyable stay.

The property is located in the best spot. Close enough to all of PCB hot spots but at the quiet end of the beach. It was as if we had our own private beach. High end and fully equipped kitchen. Would stay here again without hesitation. Property owner (Roberta) was great to work with. Very responsive.

Beautiful location, and the condo had everything we could possibly want or need and more. Roberta was very professional and responsive during the entire process. We had an incredible time and hope to return again soon!

Great beachfront location, beautifully decorated throughout and a fully furnished kitchen. Roberta has thought of it all providing everything you could possibly need for a stay at the beach. She does a superb job and is a wonderful host. This was our 4th time renting and it definitely won't be the last!

Always enjoy my stay at Bonita Beach condos. Kitchen full of dishes, pots and pans, etc. Nice deck furniture for watching dolphins from. Would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have a beautiful time at the beach.

The location is perfect; just a few steps to the beach. The furnishings are all very comfortable and the condo is extremely well equipped with cooking equipment, beach chairs, towels, etc.

The pictures you see are right on target. Beautiful condo with top notch finishes. Kitchen is superbly supplied; everything you could need already is here. Absolutely clean, clean, clean. We loved the covered deck that spans the entire width of the condo facing the beach. Sunsets are right there for the viewing. Beach is incredibly close and the owners provide all the chairs, umbrellas and toys you could need, all newer and very clean. It's a first floor unit; the nice ramp/walkway from the parking space meant there were no stairs to climb. Easy to get in and out with lots of amenities close by. We had a wonderful time here in March even though the weather was foggy and cloudy for a couple of days. The furnishings and TV's are so nice it was comfortable to just lounge inside. Make sure you try Thomas's Donut Shop (3 blocks away) for delicious donuts, breakfast sandwiches and kolaches for breakfast.

Thanks to hurricane Michael, our home was extensively damaged. Thankfully we found this condo with convenient access to Pier Park, only 6 minutes away. Parking was right at the front door. The sunset views are absolutely stunning and steps away from the beach with private access. Condo was equipped with absolutely everything we needed to make this our home away from home. We will recommend this to family and visitors who come to PCB in the future. Thanks for letting us stay so long!

This is our second year staying here and we love this place, easy access to the beach, the sunsets are breath taking from your back porch. If you book this condo you won't be disappointed.

This condo is exactly as pictured. It had everything that we needed during our stay and was very clean!! We will definitely stay here again. The owners were also fantastic to work with!

The condo was just as pictured. We had a few issues, but Roberta took care of them quickly. We were a family of four, plus our two fur babies. We are happy the whole family was welcome, as we were celebrating our 30th anniversary. Minute I walked in and saw the place, and the ocean down the hallway thru large glass windows, I let out a big sigh of absolute pleasure. Loved being able to walk right out to ocean, and their closet had everything you needed to enjoy day on beach. Close to restaurants, tourist entertainment. I would stay here again. Thank you Roberta for sharing ( and welcoming fur babies)!

This condo is pure luxury. It has everything you need or could want on vacation. The kitchen is completely stocked with every gadget you could ever need. The beds are very comfortable each having its own bath room. The condo was very clean and tidy. The closet located on the deck has everything you will need for the beach including very nice chairs, umbrellas, and lots of sand toys for the kids. We love it here. Feels like home.

This property is exactly as described. This was our first year to all be on one level and it was so much better. The beach access and view from this first floor unit was perfect. We have never stayed at such a well equipped home before. We cook all our meals and the kitchen and basics were so helpful. In fact we travel with lots of basics and will not need to do so in the future. Beach towels were provided which will save even more packing. The patio closet was abundantly stocked with beach toys and chairs. We did not try the umbrellas as we had scheduled beach service. And the beds and linens were so comfortable! We enjoy this less crowded end of PCB and even in this townhome, we rarely were disturbed by neighboring unit residents. We had a couple days of rain so we were able to complete the 1000 piece puzzle provided. I hesitate to review so highly, as we expect to return next year and beyond. Roberta was wonderful to work with! We had one issue with the hot water, but the posted information in the unit provided instructions and a maintenance number. They responded quickly and resolved the problem with no disturbance to our vacation, just later showers for the day. Another great feature was labeling of the light switches and instructions for wifi, AC, and cable. Everything you need for a stress free visit to the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Absolutely the nicest place we have ever stayed in while on the beach. Beautifully furnished with nice high end finishes. We cooked our evening meals and the kitchen is a dream. Just steps from the beach with a closet full of toys and beach chairs. All the beds were very comfortable and we loved sitting on the deck having our morning coffee. We are already planning our return trip. It truly is "Top Of The Line" place to stay. Thanks for the wonderful memories as we celebrated my 60th birthday and it will be a trip we talk of often. Thanks so much Roberta for sharing your wonderful condo.

Another great visit to Bonita Beach. Roberta is always very responsive and has furnished the condo with everything you could need. Beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys are all there so you don't have to haul your own. Plenty of space for family to spread out including our 4 year old and fur baby. Beaches are much less crowded in this area than the ones in front of the high rise condos. Nice, relaxing trip!

Another wonderful vacation!

We loved the well equipped beachfront condo. Anything we needed was right there. We enjoyed the upscale décor and the condo was very clean even though it is pet friendly. We liked that we were only sharing the units with a handful of people instead of a high rise with many floors and rooms. The only negative that we encountered was that there wasn't a great place to take our dog to potty without walking quite a ways because there was the traffic that scared her on one side and the beach was on the other side-not much grassy area. We would gladly stay here again sans our doggie.

We will try to stay here every year. It was so nice and so well stocked. Beautiful views and right on the beach. Great location!

First off, this was the cleanest vacation property I have ever rented. Roberta’s cleaning staff obviously does a wonderful job! The property is beautifully appointed with tile and leather furnishings then make it ideal for a rental. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were well kept and charming. The eight people in my family Had plenty of room. The kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch daily in the condo. Having beach towels provided was a wonderful bonus, and the clean and organized closet off the porch containing beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys was amazing. It was so nice to be in this ground-floor unit and steps away from the ocean. The views are panoramic and spectacular. For my family, the only downside of this property was the location of the pool, and the fact that the water was freezing. We believed that it was to be heated, but the water was too cold for my pool-loving children to enjoy, and with the location of the pool on the front side of the units near the road, it was just unpractical for us to use. With the beach location being so close to the back door of the unit, it almost made up for this.

Roberta was in contact with us during our stay, and she was very attentive and nice to work with.

This was our first visit to the Panama City Beach Area. The condo exceeded our expectations! It was clean and welcoming. The kitchen is a dream and is supplied with everything you could possibly need. The furnishings were very nice. And the view of the Gulf.....it was to die for!! I can't imagine a better experience. It just ended too soon!

Location, Location, Location! As you drive up to the property you will be amazed by the incredible turquoise colour of the water. The property sits right on the beach with spectacular views of the Gulf from the kitchen, dining & living room. Kitchen is a chefs dream with every gadget needed to prepare meals. Couldn't be closer to the beach. Great deck with high chairs for better viewing. Beach has soft white sand and removed from the busy part of Panama City. Very quiet and remote location. Another plus is the proximity to the airport and stores.

Owner is very quick with responses and cleaning staff accommodated us with extra cleanings. Would definitely book this property again. 

Our stay at this beautiful property could not have been better. Everything provided was the best. The chandelier in the bathroom was my favorite touch. Loved it!  Roberta was so amazing to deal with and we already booked with her for next year.

This property was equipped with everything that was top of the line. The beach was in the back yard and fully visible from the living room. The storage closet had everything from beach chairs to baby pools. The kitchen had all accoutrements needed to prepare and serve a big meal . Each bedroom had a bathroom, and all rooms were beautifully decorated. The property owners were quick and competent in handling rental affairs. Parking for us in November was plentiful. Everything was clean and working beautifully. Access to grocery stores was close by. I would recommend this property. The ocean and sand here are perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay, condo was perfect and was equipped with everything you would need. The beach was easy access and beautiful to say the least. If you have a large family you can't go wrong staying here.

My husband and I vacation one week every year with a couple we have been best friends with for forty years. Each one takes a turn choosing a place to go. We happened to choose Bonita Beach Condo unit 6 the week of approaching Irma. With all that going on this was still one of the best places we have stayed in yet. Very clean, extremely well stocked. Perfectly located. You step out the door on the patio and on to the sand. Furnishings are modern and in great condition. You are on the far end of the night life. Close enough if that is what you like and far enough away if you prefer the more quiet life. Three miles up Front Beach Rd. and all the shopping, sights and attractions you would want.

I am sure we will be returning to Bonita Beach Unit 6. We have recommended it to several friends already.

This condo was MORE than we could have dreamed!! The king beds slept great and it was super quiet inside. All 3 families had ample space. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything you would ever need. All furnishing were high end quality and we all felt a little bit spoiled. There was plenty of room for the 10 guest. The condo was extra clean and was ready to go when we arrived. The views from the kitchen and living/dinning were breath taking. The back porch was awesome. It made you feel as if you were right on the sand. The seating there was great and very comfortable. The storage room off the porch had everything you would need for the beach. It had at least 6 very nice beach chairs and lots of beach toys and boogie boards. Good big quality beach towels were also provided. The outside shower and hose off at the foot of the steps was a great way to keep the sand out of the residence. The pool was nice and bigger than expected. It was located just outside our front door with a nice private fence. Parking was not a issue and we were all able to park in parking lot. (3 vehicles). The beach in front of condo was almost like a private beach. No big crowds. We set up our (3) 10x10 canopies and still had plenty of room. Overall, everything was wonderful. NO ISSUES with anything. We will rebook and will be back often. The owners was very easy to deal with and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Thanks Roberta!!!!!!

We loved our stay in unit6. Very nice furnishings and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and pans you need. We will definitely book again next year.

Our family has been to PCB seven years. We have stayed at a variety of places including Bonita Beach three of those times. This condo was our favorite. We will definitely be staying there again and again and again. Loved everything about it. It was particularly nice that there were beach chairs and other beach toys for use. I especially Loved the patio furniture--so much so I want to ask Roberta where she got it. We cannot wait to go back!

This home is amazing! It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, great views, and the owner is very customer focused! I would recommend it to anyone!

Unit #6 has an amazing view of the ocean! The beach is literally steps away from the deck and there was always space to enjoy the sun. It is centrally located near all of the local favorites. The condo has all of the comforts of home. It was super clean and decorated beautifully. There was really no need to bring anything from home. Nearly everything we needed was furnished. Speaking of comfort, every bed in the place was like sleeping on clouds!

Lastly, the condo provided our large family more than enough room to relax and enjoy each other’s company, without being on top of each other. The large dining room table was also nice for family meals and game nights. We anticipate on making this destination, including the rental of Unit #6, a family tradition.

This is the second time we've stayed at this condo. As is true of the first time, it didn't disappoint. The condo is clean and well maintained. There were more than enough dishes, glasses, towels, etc. The view from the deck looking out over the water is wonderful. The owner of the condo responds very quickly to any questions, etc. I highly recommend renting this condo for your stay in Panama City Beach, FL.

This was our 9th annual girls trip to PCB, and we always stay at Bonita Beach Condo's. This was our first year staying in this unit, and it did not disappoint! It is beautiful, the decor is not overly beachy, just some nice Beach touches here and there. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you'll need to cook, if you want. We had no problems that required attention from the owners, but Roberta stayed in touch with us, and I'm confident she would have righted any issues we had.

Now, if you've never stayed on this western end of the beach, you're missing out! It's quiet, family friendly and close to everything you need. Thomas' Donuts, Mike's Diner, and a beautiful grocery store and gift shop, The Carousel, are nearby. My favorite part of this complex is that I can step out my back door and be on the beach. I love it!!

Condo is very well maintained. Furnishings and fixtures are a grade or 2 above usual stuff found in beach condo rentals. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with quality appliances, pots, pans and dinnerware. There are tons of towels and beach stuff for both kids and adults. Bathrooms have been converted to modern fixtures. Beds are all comfortable.

That is ,however, not the most important feature. The beach is outside the back door. As a matter of fact, you can, if the wind is not too brisk, have conversations with family on the beach from the patio. Most first level condos are either really second floor or hidden by dunes from the beach. This condo was built in the dunes, like 3-5 stair steps not 35 to the beach. In addition to a very nice condo with spectacular beach access, I feel the pricing is very, very reasonable. Surprised it is not constantly fully booked, my guess it will start being,. Cut a deal with the owner while you can.

Bonita Beach Condo #6 is decorated elegantly and beautiful. You have everything you could possibly want to cook with. The tiwels and linens are plush and you have plenty of bath towels and beach towels to use. The deck has plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy the view and just a few steps to the beach. Also beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, even corn hole board are available in deck closet for renters use. The beach location is away from any big condo so the beach is not crowded yet just a few minutes drive to Pier Park. I would recommend to anyone.

The minute you open the door, you see the most amazing view! Straight ahead is a wall of windows and the most beautiful blue water, sky and sand!! We went immediately to the balcony to take in the breathtaking scene!! Aaaaaah! You just wanted to head straight to the beach!!

Back inside the view was just as beautiful!! Three spacious bedrooms all decorated beautifully! Each bedroom had a bathroom which was great and also had a tv! There was a full size washer and dryer, as well. The master bedroom was so pretty and roomy and....the bed was very comfortable and cozy. The master bath was amazing! Two sinks, large mirrors, amazing shower.......and a chandelier!!

The second and third bedrooms were also perfect! The bunk beds were large and could even accommodate two people in each bed, if necessary!

Now, on to the kitchen! It was so beautiful with granite counters and a mirrored backsplash that let you see the ocean view while standing at the kitchen sink! Never would have thought about a mirrored back splash, but it was beautiful and just opened the area up to all the light! Everything you ever thought you needed in a kitchen was there! A Keurig coffee maker, all of the pots and pans you would ever need, dishes and serving pieces galore, crock pot, rice maker, you name it and it was there!! The very large bar/countertop was excellent for food preparation and/or serving! Two steps down from the kitchen was the dining room with a table that would seat at least 12! And there was a gorgeous chandelier!

The living room was so very comfortable! A large leather sectional could accommodate at least 8 plus there were two Club chairs, as well!

This condo was decorated to the nines!! Every little detail was anticipated right down to the accent pillows!! The beach theme was carried throughout quite tastefully!

There was even a storage room off the outside porch/balcony that was filled with beach chairs, sand toys, etc.!

This condo is also located near shopping and dining!!

We just can not say enough about #6!! It was the most relaxing and beautiful 2 weeks that we have ever spent in Panama City!! Can't wait to go back!! We all felt like we were Home!!

I will definitely be staying at this property again. The home is beautiful and is supplied with just about everything you could possibly need. The property is very well kept and very clean. The view is gorgeous and it's just a stone's throw away from the beach. Roberto quickly answered any questions that we had, not that we had many. This property is highly recommended and I give it 5+ stars. We ate at some of our favorite places including, Uncle Ernie's, Schooners, Spinnakers, Thomas donuts, Salty Sue's and The Shrimp Basket just to name a few. We also did the Sea Screamer sunset dolphin cruise for the 2nd time. Another thing that I would recommend doing. Thank you for the perfect vacation !!

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo! It is decorated beautifully and it is very clean! Also, the kitchen was very well stocked. We lacked for nothing! We had four adults in our party and we were all very comfortable. The beach is uncrowded and the location of your condo is convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. Thank you for your excellent communication with us and your availability in case we needed anything. Your condo is a winner!!!

I've become spoiled to the direct beach access & no crowds! I don't particularly like staying in high rises due to crowded beaches. Absolutely loved this condo! NOT a high rise! The beaches are not crowded & it's a perfect location! There were 9 of us & there was plenty of room for everyone! I would definitely go back!!

We had a great time staying at Bonita Beach. The condo is definitely 5 stars and is very upscale looking. The location is exactly as described...it has a private beach feel because there are no high rise condos nearby. The property was clean and well stocked. We definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay there again soon!

We enjoy staying here so much, we have stayed here 3 times. We have stayed at many of the other condos at Bonita Beach but this one is the best. So clean and comfortable.

My brother, husband and I took our elderly Mom to Bonita Beach #6. The property had the best amenities & personal touches of any property I've ever booked for a vacation. If you enjoy cooking as we do, this is the place to do it! The ground floor made it much easier to get Mom to the beach and back. It's a small, quiet condo complex - perfect for relaxing. A return visit is in order.

First class all the way! I am a little late writing this review so my apologies. My family stayed in unit 6 for the entire week of Christmas thru New Years. The unit is absolutely the best place to stay in PCB! Everything you need or want for a wonderful and relaxing vacation is right at your fingertips! All the furniture and appliances are top of the line, the condo was spotless, and enough room for 6 adults, two teens, and a German Shepherd! Yes, I was able to bring my furbaby and he loved his first visit to the beach too! The sunrise and sunsets are spectacular from the back deck and the ceiling to floor windows. The bathrooms are spacious and there are 3 of them! Roberta is excellent to work with and is very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have but trust...once you arrive all your cares or worries will be swept away! My family will definitely return to this paradise condo on the Gulf of Mexico!
