This place is stunning and the owner was easy to work with.

Beautiful condo, owners are very tentive if a problem arises. Will rent again for sure.

We could not of asked for a better property to stay for our week at the beach. The location right on the beach was perfect to come and go throughout the day. The wrap around porch was a favorite in the evening to watch the amazing sunsets. Beach location had only a few other people on the beach with us. Close enough for plenty to do in Panama City, but down from the large condos giving a quieter beach experience.

We loved everything about this wonderful home away from home!!!  All the amenities of a warm welcoming home!!  We loved the open concept, the big roomy bedrooms and the floor to ceiling windows was just icing on the cake!!!!!  My Mother came with us this year and due to lung issues she was not able to be out in the heat. With the floor to ceiling windows, she didn't miss a thing!!! Thank you for allowing us this wonderful vacation!!!!!

This condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Beach/ocean views were outstanding from balcony as well as from kitchen, dining and living areas. Any questions we had were addressed quickly. Although weather was rainy first few days, we couldn't have had a more relaxing stay. We look forward to staying here again next summer!

The openness of the condo was perfect! The larger balcony was perfect for my whole family to hang out together and watch the sunrise. The walk to the beach was just a few steps. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. This condo is perfect location to everything. We can’t wait to stay here again.

This home is fully loaded with all your needs during your stay which includes kitchen utensils to beach chairs and tent.  Awesome second story view.  Most importantly very Family friendly!!!!

We had an awesome time at Bonita Beach Unit 11. I would highly recommend this place and will be back in the future for sure. It’s a hidden gem on Panama city beach away for all crazy traffic and noise. My family including my parents, who were visiting from Europe stayed there for a week and we had so much fun…

The place is on the beach! The huge terrace is just an extra bonus to the remarkable view. Everything that you may need is there, from beach chairs, inflatables and what not to every possible kitchen utensil you may need…

The place is clean and well kept.  Roberta is a great host and responds to any inquires right away.  I have absolutely nothing negative I can think of. If you need a place on the beach and need to get away, this is the place to go, just pack up you clothes and go, everything you will need will be there!

Firstly, Bonita Beach Condominiums in Laguna Beach is our favorite place in Florida. But, this condo unit is just like coming home, except it has a great view. Located on the western end of PCB, it’s far from the high rises and crowds, but close to the amenities you need on vacation.

The condo is clean, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware, keurig coffee maker, quisinart coffee maker , blender and other small appliances.

I hate to gush over this place, because I plan on renting it again and again, and I don’t want the competition.

Finally, I have to mention Roberta, the owner. She’s easy to work with and only a text or phone call away.

This place doesn’t disappoint.

This condo is perfect!

Great location on the beach.  Beautifully decorated.  Very comfortable furniture. Great attention to details. Upscale technology-WiFi, TVs, air conditioner, etc. Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. Quiet property. Oh, yeah, and a pool.

And the owner is the best!  Roberta is the most organized, efficient, detailed, friendly property owner I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

In a nutshell, like I noted earlier, it is perfect...in every way!

I’ve stayed in lots of rental homes and never had a place that was so perfectly stocked. Anything you want for the beach, loads of extra blankets and pillows, all the cooking tools and pans to make great meals, and a full list of recommendations to help navigate the PCB area. Great condo on the beach.

Third time staying at this property and as always it exceeded our expectations.  Everything that you could want has been thought of.

Our vacation was cut short by Hurricane Michael, we got two days at this wonderful location before we were evacuated. I can’t sing the property owner’s praises enough, she was always available and understanding of our predicament. I know she had many crisis to handle during this time, but she always made time for us and was very prompt with replies. This was actually our 4th visit to Bonita Beach 11, we love this condo. We will be back next year.  Best wishes to everyone effected by the damage of Hurricane Michael and I hope the panhandle makes a swift recovery!

This is our second time staying at Bonita Beach Unit 11. We have loved our stay at this unit both times. The condo is well equipped with kitchen items, beach towels and beach toys. The beach is literally a few steps away.  We can't wait to come back!

Well stocked with everything you need!

Pleased with BB #11.  Enjoyed the large covered balconies with wonderful view of ocean.  This unit has a great floorplan w/well-equipped kitchen. Appreciated the large dining table - we had two laptops set up throughout our stay and had plenty of space for dining.  Sofa was very comfortable for reading/relaxing.  Master shower is large with good water flow.  A good sized washing machine/dryer is handy and there were plenty of towels, including beach towels (will leave ours at home next year). The unit's temp was consistent - we didn't change the setting and I often needed to use my robe. On the other hand, my husband thought the cool temp was perfect (we have this same difference of opinion at our house). We appreciate the quiet location away from crowds. We have been splitting our vacation between PCB and SW FL Naples/Bonita Springs and are now thinking about dumping the SW FL time for a longer stay in PCB.  It's hard to beat the clear water in PCB. I prefer the Emerald Coast's soft white sand as well. The west end (Laguna Beach) is close to Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and Santa Rosa w/good shopping/dining in those locations. PCB also has some great dining. Our favorites: Salty Sues, Andy's Flour Power (breakfast burritos and pastries), Finn's Island Style Grub, Buddy's Seafood Market, Zen Lotus Garden (organic food/restful setting), Willows British Tea Room, and Eat My Pasty.

We stayed the first week of Sept. The condo is awesome!  It has everything you could possibly need. It is very quiet and beautifully furnished. Loved the floors, granite countertops, large walk in shower. There were plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. in the outdoor closet and nice to have the shower at the bottom of the steps to wash the sand off before coming in to the condo. While we were there the condo next to us had 15+ people staying there and you could not hear anything. The location of the condo is awesome!  We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and was nice to have the back covered since we had rain from a tropical storm. The condo is right on the beach so it was not far to carry beach chairs, etc. The beach is a quiet area. Roberta is so pleasant and super to rent from. She always responded promptly to everything.

This place is amazing! The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Everything you need for the beach is right there. They have beach chairs, toys, etc. The place was clean upon arrival and did not disappoint. There is a grassy area out front for the dog. Love this area-- far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to great restaurants and Pier Park. Thomas Drive Doughnuts is so close and a MUST try!!  Our family vacations in Panama City every year and we would LOVE to stay at this place again!

This condo was a great vacation for our family of six. There was plenty of room in the condo for us all including at the table and on the couch. We all felt we had our own space it was very nice. The condo was very well equipped with everything.  You would need and it was very clean. The air conditioning broke on our second day there but Roberta was great to work with and got the issue fixed the next day. Our favorite part where the views from the balcony. We sat there every day if we werent on the beach and just watched the ocean.

I hate to be too positive because it is my intention to rent this unit in the future until I buy one of my own. It has set my standard for what to expect. I have spent many vacations in Naples and Siesta Key. I have been in a variety of very nice condos. But, after 25 years of vacations on the gulf coast I have never found a place that I enjoyed so much, where I was so completely comfortable.  Access the beach is great, views are amazing, condo is extremely well provisioned, it’s absolutely beautiful. Sent a text to the owner expressing an interest to buy.  Understandably, she is it looking to sell.  I would encourage anyone looking for a great vacation spot to book immediately.

Property was beautiful! Everything you need was provided, even beach hats. Beach location was never crowded. Not far from grocery and entertainment. We would definitely book here again!

Our 10th year staying at Bonita Beach Condominiums, but our first time staying in this unit. We had to deal with Alberto the first couple of days, but what a beautiful setting we were in. The condo is clean and comfortable, the interior decor is upscale and classy. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. We always cook, so this means a lot to us. Everything we needed was provided but the sunscreen. Beach chairs and beach towels too! We’ll be back next year, and we can’t wait!

The condo was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the décor was very nice. We enjoyed our family vacation there and I will be returning there later this year for a couples trip. We loved the location as it wasn't as busy as where we have stayed in the past.  We had our own spot on the beach just steps away.  Would definitely recommend!

Perfect in every way!

We enjoyed our week at Bonita Beach so much – it was so private and relaxing, especially on the beach!  The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with everything you need (however, we didn't do a lot of cooking except for breakfast). Beds were quite comfortable and there was ample outdoor furniture to accommodate large groups. We love finding a really nice place that also accommodates small dogs. It's an easy walkout onto the beautiful beach and waters of the Gulf. Highly recommend and we'll be back again!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely condo offering all the amenities of home. The location is perfect; near local attractions, shopping, restaurants and the airport while enjoying the almost private beach only steps away. Roberta was quick to respond and resolve any questions/concerns that we had. This will be our new go-to place. My only suggestion would be for another rocker or two on the patio :)

We fly into Panama City - don’t need to worry about beach towels, beach toys or beach chairs- they have it ! The beds are so comfortable 😂� that a must for us.

Nothing worst than a worn out mattress -they are very comfortable.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. Even the art work on the walls is outstanding. I cannot think of anything that you might need that is not there. The kitchen is perfect with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect and it is a pleasure to work with the owners. Best condo I’ve ever rented.  Everything about it was great!  The owners have gone above and beyond to create a fabulous vacation experience. After seeing unit #11 in person, I would stay in any of Roberta’s rentals. The quality is unparalleled...high-end appliances, tv’s, cookware, dishes, towels, beach chairs, etc., plus all of the beds and furniture were comfortable. Ocean view couldn’t be beat.  Back stairs down to the beach were very convenient. We loved our stay and will be back!

We spent a wonderful week in Panama City Beach staying at the Bonita Beach Condos. The condo (#11) was nothing short of stunning.  Many times we would find ourselves overwhelmed by the panoramic views through the wall to wall windows that overlook the gulf and pristine white sand beach. The accommodations included comfortable beds, well supplied and gorgeous kitchen, beautiful decor, and t.v.’s in numerous rooms.  Another absolutely spectacular feature is the wrap around porch with comfortable furnitures affording even more ways to enjoy the view. Other appreciated features....a beach that is only steps from the back deck, a closet of beach chairs and toys, a list of local recommended restaurants, three bathrooms, and a thoughtful owner who always promptly responded to our questions.

This is an amazing property!  The unit is gorgeous. The furniture is exceptional and the decor is so detailed and beautiful. The bedding and bath linens are top quality. The kitchen is stocked with every conceivable need. The view from the family area is stunning and even better from the wrap around porch.  We especially enjoyed the wicker rocking chairs. The large TV provided hours of enjoyment. The master suite is exceptional with large bath and huge shower. Every little detail is perfection. I could go on for ever about the quality of this unit. The owner Roberta was so nice and pleasant, so easy to work with. I highly recommend and hope to return.

The unit is clean, modern and the ocean views from the kitchen, family room and deck are stunning. Roberta is sweet and professional to work with. We would go back. I don't say that often.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. The place is beautifully decorated; obviously has a fantastic view; and truly is just steps away from the ocean.

It's been 2 1/2 years since my elderly mother and I had taken any kind of vacation, and her health has been taking a down-turn, so I decided we needed to do something fun while she still could. We planned a 3 week road trip thru MS, LA, ending in FL. 3-days-in she gave out, it was just too much. So we came back home and rested for about a week and then drove to PCB and Roberta's property.

Words could never express what a perfect week we had, but I'll try.

The beauty and quiet of the location! The peacefulness of the near-private beach! The easy access to the beach with towels, chairs and umbrellas at the ready! The lovely artwork, the awesome TV, the truly comfy beds! Showers you could dance in! And NO clocks (except on the microwave, of course). I loved that touch - we got used to it the very first day!

The property is in a very lovely neighborhood with pretty beach homes and friendly folks, but it is on Front Beach Road, so you have fairly quick access to all manner of entertainment and great food and shopping (don't miss Pier Park!!!).

My mother and I had the best vacation of our lives there. We've both had so many people tell us how happy and relaxed we look, and we FEEL it. I've been smiling since the second day we got there, and still am!

In all honesty, there were a few, VERY minor issues inside the rental (the water dispenser on the fridge was broken & hadn't been repaired yet; a light switch that didn't work), but this unit shows obvious care, so I imagine those things will be fixed soon.

Roberta supplies you with every amenity and opportunity to completely de-stress and relax, and she was absolutely perfect to work with. She responded almost immediately to every contact I made and was very considerate while helping me plan this special time for my Mom. Also the best owner I've ever worked with before.

It is a beautiful well maintained condo. Great location, Great views. I thought lease was overkill, but is was fairly administered.

My family and I vacationed here over the kids fall break and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.  It was beautifully decorated and clean!  The location of the condo is perfect as well, located close to Pier Park, but still at a location where the beach wasn't overcrowded.  We also left a couple of items that the owner gladly had mailed back to us free of charge.  I highly recommend staying here!

Everything was an A+. Owner was great to work with and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. The condo was amazing.  I will never stay anywhere else when coming to the area.  Everything thought through as if the owners lived there. Decorations were perfectly themed. Beds were comfy. Fully stocked kitchen. Kureig and regular coffee maker. Plush towels and beach towels. Stand-in shower was so roomy. Even had beach chairs and umbrella in storage room on balcony. Don't look anywhere else - just book it!

Stayed here for a 2nd time. Just as lovely as the first time. Will probably come and stay here again.

This house was beautiful and perfect for our family beach vacation!  It is remodeled to a T and has everything you could ever need while there.  Pretty much every kitchen appliance and beach supplies galore.  We had an amazing time and can't wait to go back next year!

You will love your stay!  This place is as close as you can get to the beautiful beaches, has the added bonus of a private complex only pool and is incredibly clean and tastefully updated!  Our party (4 adults and 3 kids) had plenty of space and the kids could not say enough about the bunk room - we look forward to staying there next year!

We really enjoyed our visit!  Such a great condo- plenty of room for the family and an awesome kitchen.  Located on a nice stretch of beach where you'll find mainly families (not too crowded) with a beautiful view!

We rented this condo for the week of the 4th of July 2017. My siblings and I have been coming to the beach for years with our families. Last year we had a bad experience in a high rise condo with a horrible parking deck and a complex with way to few of elevators for the number of guests it would hold. We were very excited to find this property that was only 2 stories and gave us and our children easy access to the beach. The pictures on the listing got us and arriving there was no disappointment. My brother and I both agreed that this was the nicest and most well equipped condo that we have ever stayed in!  The condo was absolutely beautiful with updated finishes and furnishings. The kitchen had anything you needed!  I wish I had the large island in the condo in my own kitchen!  The large panoramic windows let you soak in the beautiful beach view and much time was spent out on the balcony. The beach closet had chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys which was a welcomed surprise!  Being able to access the beach directly from our own balcony was wonderful!  Our children could easily come and go as they pleased and our spot on the beach was so close to the actual condo that our parent's eye could watch them easily.  We are already excited about next year and the potential to stay here again!!  This condo was a shear delight after the many properties we have stayed in in the past.

We loved our stay, wish it could have been longer. We will be back!

Our getaway was perfect!  The location, furnishings and cleanliness were all perfect, and I couldn't find a single thing to critique. I have been told I am pretty particular about where I will stay, but there is nothing to worry about here!  We won't hesitate to come back. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us!

This is an excellent condo on the beach. The location is west of Pier Park and within walking distance to Thomas Doughnuts. This is an area of the beach with smaller complexes and homes which is a quieter less crowded. The unit has direct beach access from a flight of stairs off the rear balcony.

The unit is decorated beautifully and has everything you will need for a great week at the beach. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay hassle free and enjoyable.

The unit has been completely updated with modern appliances and conveniences. The views from the Master Bedroom and the main living area are breathtaking and the wrap around balcony of this corner unit provides more than ample balcony space for a family to enjoy morning coffee or a relaxing evening watching the beautiful PCB sunsets.

Roberta provided excellent communication and service and we would love to stay in this unit again in the future!

We could not have asked for anything more! The condo is beyond beautiful and very comfortable for our group of 4 adults with plenty of room to spare. Everything was super clean upon arrival and every little detail has been considered. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the owners really care about their place. We have never felt as comfortable in a rental as we do in our own home, but this was the truly the exception.

Not only was the condo fantastic, but the location was perfect. Still close enough to restaurants and shopping, but far enough away from the buzz of PCB to really relax. There were times when we felt like we were on our own private beach.

Roberta & Dale - we sincerely appreciate the care you show for your units as well as the people who rent from you. As long as you have these units available, we will always rent from you. We look forward to our next trip!

Fantastic condominium on the beach!  A very good value for the price.  Lots of designer and high-end upgrades. We stayed 2 weeks and it felt like home. Close enough to PCB without the mania. Close to Rosemary Beach as well. You will not regret your decision to stay here!

I've just enjoyed another great stay in one of Roberta's Bonita Beach condos. Everything about this unit is first class. We had 4 adults and 3 children and there was ample space for everyone. We always enjoy the large porch and the close proximity to the gulf. The furnishings are immaculate and the kitchen is well stocked. I can't imagine a better place to enjoy the beach. Roberta is very easy to work with and makes sure your stay is as nice as possible. 

We spent a great week in the Bonita Beach Condo in March. That is saying a lot since the weather was not cooperative!  The owners were very easy to work with and had the condo fully stocked with whatever you could possibly need. The wrap around porch provided more than ample space for our family. I believe the porch has seating for 10 if you need it. The sunsets were perfect, the beach was quiet, and the location provides much more privacy then you would experience closer to pier park. The large open kitchen was easy to work in and provided more then enough space to prepare meals. We will definitely be back!

We just spent a memorable month in this beautiful condo and have already made plans to stay again next year. The comfortable furnishings and amenities are topnotch. The incredible beachfront views and sunsets from the huge balcony were unforgettable. The owners were quick to respond to our needs. Thank you Roberta!

Great location in PCB, away from the crowds but close enough for access plus right on the ocean. Clean and modern property, all the amenities including large master bathroom, ocean facing porch, large kitchen, large flat screen TV's with cable plus the owners were excellent to work with.

We absolutely love this condo- we've stayed at other condo's in this complex and this is our favorite by far.

We love the wrap around porch and just a few steps to the beach. Roberta has a fantastic taste for decorating and kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need and more. Deck closet has beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas and etc. Just can't say enough about this unit and the owners . Her other unit 6 is also another fantastic condo!!! Enjoyed our stay!!

Annual trip of golf, relaxation and family was superb. This condo has everything, top of the line and is located on the quiet end of PCB. We could not have asked for anything more except another week or two at this lovely paradise. Roberta was a gracious host and answered whatever questions quickly. I would recommend this condo for anyone who wants a luxury beach vacation on the most beautiful beaches in Florida. We cannot wait to visit again.

We all had such an amazing week at your Bonita Beach condo unit #11. The weather was perfect and the beach was wonderful. We loved this quiet, peaceful section of the beach. Our 15 mo. old great granddaughter was so excited playing in the ocean and sand. She let us know of her displeasure when she had to go in! The condo was beautifully appointed and we had everything we could possibly need. My daughter-in-law has told my son she wants her island replaced with one just like the one in this condo! We all loved our stay! Thank you Roberta and family for allowing other families to enjoy this little piece of heaven. We will be back!

This unit is so beautiful. Everything is new and shiny. Our only complaint was the parking because we had 3 vehicles. After Wednesday we didn't have a problem because some of the other guests in other units left that day. It was really nice to just walk down the steps and be right on the beach.

Two families, 4 adults and 3 kids (8 and 13). The Condo was spacious; had enough room that we were not on top of one another and everyone had privacy when needed. Kids had a TV in their bedroom (2 bunks, 4 double beds), which was nice with plenty of closet and dresser space for everyone. Three full bathrooms were also key to a comfortable stay. Loved the steps directly onto the beach from the patio, the shower and hose for cleaning off on the way up. Kitchen was full of supplies and more than enough space to eat. Very clean, updated living. Great appliances including full size washer and dryer.

Beach in front of Condo was not crowded, which was loved by all. We had plenty of space to play and sprawl out as well as swim, snorkel and collect sand dollars without being on top of other people. This location is nice if you want to be close to activities such as shopping, dinning and water sports but far enough away that you feel like you are sharing the beach with only a few other families.

Roberta was excellent to work with. She answered all of my questions ahead of time and during our stay. She was very quick to respond, I honestly have never worked with anyone as pleasant and responsive than Roberta when renting a vacation home. Roberta and the Condo both get 5 stars from us, I would for sure recommend this Condo (or others that Roberta owns) to family and friends! Great 7 days!

We enjoyed this gorgeous condo while visiting with our family. It is on the quiet west end of PCB. The views from this second story condo are priceless. The condo has great amenities and comfortable beds. It is a short walk to the white sand and emerald water. Each bedroom is spacious and well decorated. The kitchen has everything you could ask for and the bunkbed room is perfect for kids. You really could not ask for a condo to be any closer to the water. The pictures do not do this place justice. The owners are very helpful and want to ensure you have a perfect vacation. The only con is that the pool is on the street side instead of beach view. We would definitely stay here in the future.

This place is beautiful and the views are even better from the wonderful deck. You seriously have to see this place to believe it. My husband and I do not like to eat out at beach because of the long wait. We like to cook and sit on deck and eat. That being said, the kitchen in this place was out of this world. Everything you need to make a wonderful meal is in this kitchen.

No need to bring chairs or beach toys. The owners have more than enough chairs, toys, tent, umbrella and boogie boards. It was so nice not to have to bring all that stuff with us and unload and load back up.

The owners are great. They are readily available for any questions you might have and take care of any needs very quickly.

You cannot go wrong renting this place. Far enough away from the tall condos and beach crowd yet close enough to pier park for great shopping and fun!!!

For years we have been renting this unit and it is always amazing!  It is one of the nicest places we have every stayed....the unit is decorated amazingly!  You are only steps from the ocean and just minutes from everything in Panama.

We just spent a week in this unit and it was truly amazing. The unit, the beach and our interaction with the owners was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Definitely would suggest this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Our family spent a week in this amazing condo in May 2016. Absolutely loved everything about this condo! The spacious deck/porch provided extra room to enjoy being right on the beach. The breeze from the ocean while enjoying the porch was perfect, allowing you to use the deck even on the warmest of days. The owners were easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. Our only disappointment was no grilling, but with such an awesome kitchen it certainly made up for it. Best place we ever stayed at the beach, & we've been taking week long summer beach vacations for 50 years!

From our 2 and 4 year old grandchildren, to my 83 year old mother, we all had a great vacation at this beautiful beach front condo. If you enjoy cooking, this kitchen is more well stocked with fine cooking pots, pans & utensils than most homes are. Spices too! There's a closet off the beautiful covered porch that is full of comfortable beach chairs, toys, etc. as well.  It's an immaculate and beautiful place that's far enough away from the main Panama City Beach crowd to have a peaceful stay, and yet close enough to get to the restaurants, shopping & entertainment in just a few minutes. The owners are very easy to reach, quick to respond, and helpful.

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful condo AGAIN!!  This is our 4th time back with friends and family.  It is perfect for us to all spread out and have our own space if need be.  My 87 year old mother is so happy there!!  We LOVED all the new improvements!  The view still catches our breath.  Your condo has all the comforts of home plus the uncrowded, white, sandy beaches and calming ocean views.  WE WILL BE BACK!! :-)

We stayed in the owners' other unit in the same complex last year and knew we would come back.  From the moment we walked in we were blown away with it's beauty.  It is absolutely perfect, beautifully appointed and we will be back again next year. The views are spectacular, beaches are great and I just can't say enough wonderful things about this property. We rarely go on excursions while here because we don't want to leave so I can't speak about what to do, but look no further if you want paradise.

This was truly a beautiful property. I have 4 children and it fit our needs perfectly. Walking distance to many restaurants. Beach front beautiful views. Wrap around porch was our favorite.

Owner was very good with communication and answered all questions in a timely fashion prior to our arrival. We will be back!!!

Spectacular beach front home. The private beach was beautiful and the home furnishings were fantastic. Location to Pier Park was a few minute drive. Since the weather was cold. The teens loved going to Pier Park. Met all our expectations.

My friend and I decided we wanted "time away" following our retirements and rented this condo for the month of February. It is a perfect get away. As previous reviewers have stated, it has everything one could imagine, including the spacious wrap around porch where we spent most of our time. It is convenient to shopping yet away from hustle-bustle. The kitchen is well-stocked, the furniture is comfortable and had beautiful upgrades from most condos one would find. The owner was very accommodating and was quick to respond to any questions. We found it difficult to leave and hope to make it back down. Superb experience!

This is a fantastic vacation spot. Perfect for families, the beach is fantastic and it is right down the road from the best donut shop!  Wonderful trip, we will be back for sure!

We have stayed at many VRBO units over the past 30 years.  In my opinion this is a "top of the line" unit. Can't say enough positive things about this property.  It far exceeded our expectations.  Great location, close to many activities and attractions. Lots of room for everyone, all renovated, beautifully decorated and by far the best equipped kitchen we have encountered in a rental including many spices and common essentials. The rap around porch provided a great view of the coast and a great place to relax. The outside storage closet off the porch had everything needed to enjoy the beach, chairs, floats, boogie boards, and sand toys. Our deck had a locked door and steps to a shower and only a short walk to the white sand. The water is truly emerald green and the views and sunsets are spectacular!. We are looking forward to the next opportunity to return and would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation.

Absolutely loved this condo!!  The pictures don't do it justice. The view is amazing and the fact that you walk down the steps from the balcony and you are right on the beach is amazing! so much better than staying in a high rise condo! The owner is also great to deal with. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There is plenty of beach towels to use and lots of chairs and umbrellas and sand toys. Can't say enough good things about this place, its GREAT! Hope to go back next year!

Our family absolutely loved our stay. The condos were beautiful with all modern appliances. Everything (except food) was provided. The ocean view was breathtaking. Porch closet was stuffed with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and enough buckets & shovels to go around. Just a short walk to the beach made it easier for the grandkids to go back and forth.  Bunk beds were great for all the grandkids. Enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine was the perfect way for the grownups to end the day.

The pictures online do not do this condo justice. It is more beautiful in person.  I can't say anything bad about our stay.  It was amazing!

Group of 8 ages 25 to 75 loved staying in this comfortable, well furnished, beach front condo. This place has comfortable beds/furniture and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and kitchen equipment (even a slow cooker and pressure cooker). The owner has stocked the unit with plenty of towels/beach towels/beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas. We loved everything about this place and hope to return:)

This is the most beautifully decorated and best fortified condo on the beach! The owner spared no expense on this luxurious beach front condominium. The views are spectacular and the sand is just a few stair steps below! Can't wait to come back again next year!

Our family cannot say enough great things about this condo!  First off, the photos simply do not do the views justice. It literally is like staying in a home with your own private beach. Very clean and well maintained. We will definitely make this our go-to vacation spot! We didn't want to leave! The owners are very helpful and prompt with responses.

This place is amazing, our family can’t say enough about this wonderful condo. The property is on the 2nd floor, which had an amazing, large deck with great views. Plenty of room inside, vaulted ceiling which really made the place feel even larger. The kitchen was very large and the washer/dryer inside was really convenient. Great location, a few minutes’ drive too many attractions and activities. The white sand beach is very clean and was pretty private during our stay. The owners was very helpful and made themselves available, very prompt with responses. Would highly recommend this rental for the perfect beach vacation getaway!!!

We stayed at Bonita Beach #11 with another couple and our two 18-year old sons for a week-long baseball tournament. It was wonderful! This place is fully-stocked, spacious and right on the beach. It comes with much more than other vacation condos. The kitchen has enough dishes, utensils, cookware and glassware to host a dinner party, if that's your thing. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and free of any bad smells. The full-size washer & dryer were a plus for dirty baseball uniforms. The outside storage closet is full to overflowing with beach chairs & toys. The best feature is being able to walk out directly to the beach. You don't have to fight for beach space with hundreds of other vacationers staying in a high-rise, either. Peaceful, beautiful & classy - would definitely stay here again.

My 2 adult children, their spouses and 7 grandchildren just spent a fabulous week in this beautiful condo. There was plenty of space for us all and the condo exceeded our expectations in all ways. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and very well equipped. You need only take yourself!  The view of clear blue water and white sands is breathtaking. The owners are very professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this property.

Can't say enough positive things about this property. It far exceeded our expectations and with a personal history of renting a number of vacation properties, this was by far the best rental we have ever had. Great location, close to many activities and attractions. Grocery stores are very conveniently located. The porch provided a wonderful comfy place to relax. There was even an outside storage closet off the porch that had everything needed to enjoy the beach: chairs, floats, boogie boards, and sand toys. It is only 30 paces from the bottom step to the white sand. The water is truly emerald green and the views and sunsets are spectacular! Take time to rent a pontoon from Lagoon Pontoons and catch lunch at Uncle Ernie's. We are looking for the next opportunity to return and would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation.

The house has a perfect location being right on the beach, all you have to do is walk out the back door. The area is more residential and family friendly but also very close to Pier Park and the more commercial area of the strip. The beach & views are better than the pictures and the pool was nice & close too. Our group had three adult couples and three kids from age 5 to 14, not to mention two dogs and everyone had plenty of space. The home was very clean; you wouldn't even know it was pet friendly. There was green space to take the dogs out in the back as well. We mostly cooked at the house and had everything and more in the kitchen to prepare meals, etc. The furniture & appliances were top of the line. There were lots of little details that made us feel at home as well; like a fully stocked closet on the porch with lawn chairs, umbrellas & you name it. Little throw blankets & a beach/sun hat, all the spices you could want for cooking. The keypad at the door was very convenient also; we all put the code into our phone's & were able to come & go as we pleased w/o worrying about a key or someone letting us in. The washer & dryer came in handy as well with all the swimming & activities. You could really pack light with so much available in the condo. We spent alot of time on the balcony which has gorgeous views day & night. I would definitely recomend this condo & would love to stay here again in the future. The stairs werent a problem for us only being on the 2nd floor. The house isn't toddler friendly but our youngest was 5 and there were no problems.

A beautiful, luxurious, quiet beach front home. Everything about this home exceeded our expectations. We needed a pet-friendly spot, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that this condo did not look or smell like a kennel. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this beach front condo was truly a “trip to remember”. The condo was immaculate. It was equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation. Toys for the kids. A pool out front. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished with plenty of seating in the living area and kitchen. The wrap around deck provided a great retreat from the sun where we enjoyed many meals overlooking the beach. The view with the wrap around windows in the living area was amazing! The house is located close to everything, great shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, Pier Park, St. Andrews Park and other attractions. Our family is already planning our trip next year and we will definately be staying here again.

My husband and children took me here to celebrate my 40th birthday. Hands down, this was the nicest, most relaxing vacation ever. The condo was spectacular and the views were breathtaking. I have no complaints at all!  Everything in the condo was comfortable, clean, decorated beautifully, and close to everything! I highly recommend this!

We have stayed in PCB for several years and look for that fine balance between conveniently located and Spring Break chaos and crowds. With this condo, we got the best of both worlds!! Since the units are not a high rise, we had no trouble with parking and no intrusive crowds on the beach. We had our own very large space on the beach every morning without having to rush down early. A few steps off the (very large) balcony and we were on the sugar white sand. The sunsets from the balcony were a highlight of our stay. A quick drive on Back Beach Road brought us to our choice of restaurants and shopping (including around a 5-7 minute drive to Pier Park depending on the traffic lights). Destin is only a 20 minute drive away if you need something to do in the event of rain. Thomas Donut Shop is within walking distance of this condo. Take my advice and give them a try!! You will be addicted!

The condo itself is wonderful. We had 4 teenagers with us and had plenty of space for everyone. The condo was the best equipped condo we have ever stayed in. It has everything (and more) you could possible need including extra beach towels, chairs, a beach umbrella and beach toys, more than enough bath towels even with the previously mentioned 4 teenagers, every pot, pan, and utensil you could possibly need, even a counter top popcorn machine. There was also an assortment of items left in the pantry (spices, storage bags, coffee filters) and soap at all the sinks.

The furnishings in this condo are very upscale. Leather sofa and chairs in the living room, stainless appliances in the kitchen, beautiful artwork throughout. The kitchen is very spacious if you choose to cook with plenty of seating at the table and bar area when dining. The air conditioner was top notch when we needed to use it. Most days we turned off the air, latched the screen door and opened the sliding door to get a wonderful breeze.

Please keep in mind this is a second floor condo without an elevator (if you have trouble negotiating stairs). My husband is a year out from knee replacement surgery and managed fine. The only time it really affected us was unloading all our stuff from the car but that is no reflection on the condo but more on our need to bring everything but the kitchen sink. Awesome place!

We have spent a month in Panama City Beach in the Fall for the past 10 years. This is by far the best unit we've found. The pictures were beautiful and the description painted a picture that turned out to be exquisitely accurate.

We've always found rental units to be lacking in several items we needed to make our stay enjoyable, so we learned to take along extra kitchen and bedroom supplies. Every year we've taken our own cooking vessels, knives, coffee maker, and bed linen. As I surveyed this condo upon our arrival, I saw that I would not need to unpack a single extra item. There were high quality cooking vessels, knives were all sharp, there was a slow cooker and a rice maker...be still my heart!!

The condo is beautifully decorated, and supplied with items others never think of....hand soap in every bathroom, a basic set of cooking herbs and spices, enough sugar, salt, and coffee to get us started. The owners have thought of everything!

Speaking of the owners, if they had been any more helpful and available, we would have had to adopt them into our family. We are already working on our stay in this unit next fall.

This is a very nice condo!  Very well maintained. Very large and great for a generation family vacation.  Every family had their own bedroom and bathroom.  It feels like a home not just a condo. The kitchen is very nice and large, plenty of room to cook and move around. It has everything you will need to cook. Also has plenty of beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and etc. Loved, Loved this condo. Beautiful ocean views, can't beat it....

This condo was spectacular. Had everything u could possible need.  Was close to everything. This condo was very clean, views were beautiful. We even saw dolphins which the kids enjoyed. Beautifully decorated and could not have asked for more. I would recommend to anyone. Really loved the private beach. The owner was very helpful with any question i might have had. My family and I are very frequent travelers to Northwest Florida and have stayed everywhere from Pensacola to Indian Pass and everything in between. I have stayed in a ton of condos in PCB and this is by far the nicest condo I have stayed in. It was nicely furnished and decorated and very clean. The condo was stocked like a home- it had enough cups, dishes, knives, even a crockpot- anything you could possibly need to prepare a family meal. The owners were extremely responsive and accomodating to all of our needs. The pool was also in very good shape. The bathrooms were like those in a very fancy hotel- especially the master bath. The bedding was also comfortable. Even the pillows were not the el cheapo ones you find at most rentals. The only thing I wish I could change about the complex is that the access to the pool from the beach was easier. You have to walk around the complex or dry off and go through the house. That was a non issue for us however as we usually just went in for a snack and then out to the pool.

Our stay at this condo was great.  We had all of the amenities we needed. The condo was the best equipped I have every stayed in.  Location was perfect, not too far from anything we wanted to do.  The photos do not do it justice.  It was larger than I had expected, plenty of room for us to move around.  The covered balcony was wonderful.  Spent a lot of time in the afternoon there enjoying the views. Unit was very clean and maintained. The owner responded to questions quickly. Would recommend for anyone.

My family and I just returned from a wonderful vacation in this Bonita Beach Condo!! It was beautiful, clean, fully stocked and really comfortable. Our kids loved the bunk room and adults enjoyed the good sized bedrooms and renovated baths. We ALL enjoyed the awesome balcony and easy beach access!! The views were breathtaking...we saw dolphins and stingrays from the balcony. The owners were so helpful and easy to contact. We would visit this condo again in the future and also recommend it to friends.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and very conducive to a relaxing vacation in a place that feels like a "home away from home".  Decor is absolutely gorgeous. Kitchen is incredibly well-equipped - has absolutely everything you even think you might need. The deck has a beautiful full view of the gulf from a couple of different sides since it is a corner unit. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Only problem was it was too short. :)

This Place was perfect!  Our family had a great time ! No crowd, beautiful view, close to grocery, eating out and of course Peir Park!  The best little find for breakfast and lunch was Thomas'.  Very clean and up to date. Owner very helpful!  My children and grandchildren diffently want to go back and we own our own unit!!!!!  Have already told our friends an d family.

This was our best trip to Panama City Beach! The condo was wonderful. It is the best location on the beach...just far enough away from everything but close enough to shopping, groceries, etc. The condo was decorated beautifully. The pictures do not do it justice. It had all the comforts of home...comfy beds, plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen. The view was incredible of the beach. It was so convenient to be able just to walk down a few steps and you were on the beach.  Roberta the owner was also a pleasure to work with. She answered all my questions and was very accomodating while planning and during our stay. We will definently be back!

Location was ideal. Close to ammenities, but away from the crowds. The unit is clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated.  We did not have to provide any beach chairs, buckets, boogie boards. They are provided.  My children enjoyed the Go Carts and Gulf World Marineland. We all enjoyed the beach.  We definitely want to return.  I would recommend this for people of all ages.

We stayed at Bonita Beach for a week, the location was great, close to Pier Park, but the beaches were not crowded! Very luxurious condo with all the amenities of home, plus a few extras. Plenty of room and privacy for families. The beds were very comfortable and the decorations were beautiful. The balcony was wonderful and we didn't need to bring any beach toys, chairs, or umbrellas thanks to the fully stocked beach closet. We couldn't have asked for a better rental. Roberta was great to work with and had anticipated anything you would need when she furnished the condo. We hope to visit again soon!

This place was PERFECT.  We split it with 3 families, and all slept comfortably...and by comfortably I mean the mattresses were great, better than most hotels!!  It was beautifully decorated and lots of seating for dining and relaxing!  The master bedroom is perfect with an amazing bathroom!!  I've stayed in Florida 4 times and have never stayed in a place as well stocked as this place, dishes galore and top notch appliances!  The views are beautiful from the very spacious wrap around porch and the nearest high rise is a ways away...the beach is perfect. We usually had the pool to ourselves too! I don't think there's anything I would change about this place...we would love to stay again!!

What a great beach condo! We booked this property along with another family looking for a place to spread out, relax, and enjoy the beach for a week in July. The property was clean, well-maintained and the kitchen was well-stocked. We even found beach towels and a closet full of boogie boards, chairs and sand toys. The beach was not crowded and so much nicer than fighting the crowds by the big high rise condos. Appliances are top-notch and not what you would expect in a rental unit. The 3rd bedroom with 2 bunks (4 full-size beds) was a plus for our teenagers. Parking can sometimes be problematic with other renters taking up too many assigned spots, but other than that everything was great. We will definitely be back here on our next trip to Panama City Beach!!

My family and I stayed in this unit the first week in July. This unit was perfect for us. We had two kids with us and they loved the bunk bed room! This was my parents' first trip to the beach, and they really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings drinking their coffee. Most mornings we could see schools of fish jumping out of the water. We even saw a dolphin swim by one morning!  The weather was great. There was always a nice breeze blowing. On the fourth of July, we watched an amazing fireworks show on the pier from the balcony. We ate most of our meals at the condo, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook with. The beach in front of the condo was perfect for families. It wasn't crowded and there was plenty of room for us to set up a tent. This was a very comfortable condo and plenty big enough for the eight of us. It was a perfect home away from home for a week. I would recommend it to anyone!

Our family just returned from a week at Unit 11 at Bonita Beach. We really enjoyed the spacious living area, kitchen, and the wrap-around porch. The kitchen was better equipped than any place we have ever stayed. We had a couple of days of rain from Tropical Storm Debby, but we had room to entertain the grandchildren (all six of them!). One end of the huge dining table became a puzzle and arts/craft center while we waited out the storm. Since we had three babies under the age of one, the rocking chairs on the porch were very popular. Then the sun came out, and we all loved being just steps from the beach--no waiting on elevators! The beach was never crowded. We had room to play beach baseball, soccer, and football as well as lots of sand castle building! Thanks to Roberta and Dale for sharing their home away from home!

We could not have been any more pleased with this condo and our stay here. Honestly, I always expect a place to look just a little bit worse than those incredible pictures in the advertisement, but that is definitely NOT true here. The pictures just simply don't do it justice! It is gorgeous! Very comfortable and perfect for a big group! The appliances were all new, there are plenty of dishes, pans, towels, etc. We loved the beach access and amazing wrap around porch with plenty of chairs. We also were very pleasantly surprised by all of the beach gear, chairs, sand toys, umbrella, boogie boards, skim boards, etc. We didn't want to buy those things, since we flew and there simply wasn't a need to. The customer service from the owner was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Panama City! Book it now and enjoy your mornings on the porch watching the dolphins in the surf!

My husband and I, along with our family have vacationed in PCB for the last 15 years. This condo was perfect for us. When arriving we found the information on the listing to be very accurate. The extra wall of windows made the view of the ocean even more spectacular. The condo was clean, comfortable and so very pleasant to spend time in. When preparing meals, there was every convenience in the kitchen you could ask for. The living room and bedrooms could not have been more comfortable. You will find this home more than the average home away from home. We also had a small grandchild that enjoyed the pool right outside our back entrance. If you like to shop, go to movies, provide children with entertainment and eat out all this is conveniently located. The owners were very professional, friendly and always responded quickly to our questions. We want to say thank you to Roberta and Dale for being so thoughtfull of your guest when putting together this special vacation spot. I would recommend this property to everyone. We will see you next May!

This was by far the BEST place we've ever stayed while going thru VRBO for the last few years vacationing in Florida during Spring Break. We've always been lucky with the places we've stayed at but I don't think we'll EVER be able to find a place as amazing as this. Everything from the Heavenly views that are simply breathtaking, to all of the top of the line decor, furniture, kitchen utensils, towels in which everything was well stocked, & just everything in general about this place....it was just perfect. The owners were very pleasant & informative about attractions close by or just with any questions we had. It was very clean & ready for us upon our arrival. The photos listed on here say it all...you won't be disappointed staying here, just look at that view. Absolutely amazing!! We will definitely be returning! Thank you for everything!

Just returned from this beautiful condo! Waking up to the gorgeous views of the gulf was wonderful. We were looking for somewhere that we could just relax and unwind and we got that plus more. Condo kitchen was equipped with everything, unit was as described with plenty of towels, comfy beds, great tv and wifi. Loved the easy beach access and the deck furniture was great to just sit and watch the waves! Parking for more than two cars could be an issue if all the condos are full, but we had no problems. Beach was perfect, felt like it was our private beach. We will be back!

My wife and I just finished a wonderful month at this spacious and delightful condo. Beautifully redecorated recently, with all the amenities to be a relaxing home-away-from-home. Close to restaurants, shopping, golf and other entertainment, but a relaxing distance away from the hubbub of central PCB. Dealing with the owners was smooth and easy. The unit was in great shape for our arrival. We will return!

My wife and I stayed for one week and really enjoyed the place. The view is outstanding and the accommodations are terrific. Nicely decorated throughout (sofa was FANTASTIC) and if you have kids, they will love the room with bunk beds and a flat screen. Waking up every morning with that view is a great way to vacation. Well done and we will be staying there again!

We rented this unit last week and absolutely loved it! First of all the owners have furnished it beautifully and have paid attention to every detail. We've been renting at Calypso for years and thought we would give this a try. It's also very close to Pier Park but much more quiet. Pier Park has become very crowded. While we like going there it is crawling with people. Bonita Beach Resort is only two miles away but it seems like a private beach.

There were two more things we really liked: First there were no elevators (we had waited 10 minutes at Calpso) and second we were right on the beach. All we had to do was walk down one set of stairs and we were in the sand. This part was fantastic!

Finally the size of the unit was great. The bunk bed room had 4 queen size bunk beds and all other rooms were large. The balcony was about 3 times the size and view of our Calypso units.

We would highly recommend this unit to our friends and family. Can't wait to go back!!
