This was our first time in Panama City Beach and despite the weather, this apartment was comfy and lovely as was the host Kerry??. The beach is right across the street, tons of restaurants within walking distance. Dolphin’s Dream was very nice. We walked in and it smelled so fresh, this place is spotless, the beds were comfortable, and kitchen was nicely stocked. The location on the 3rd floor was perfect for my parents who have mobility issues. Large pool was heated and really nice. Definitely would recommend to others and stay again myself.

Great location and very convenient to the parking garage and elevators to pool, deli, and beach and quick walk to Pier Park. The condo was great and very clean and comfortable. Even though it was across the road from the beach there was a great view from this unit. Kerry was great to work with and would not hesitate to stay again.

My daughter and her family have been coming to PCB for years. My sweetheart and I decided to give it a try in Oct. The condo was awesome! My husband and I had such a wonderful 42nd anniversary In Calypso 305! It was extremely clean, great seating to watch the big screen TV and the king size bed was extremely comfortable! We had a wonderful view of the ocean from our balcony which also had a view right at the beautiful pool and the Tiki Bar!! Everything was close and easy to get to from this condo! We never had to wait for the elevator being on the 3rd floor and the walk to the beach was very short where chair set-ups were waiting for us! We will definitely be back and Kerry was a wonderful host!!

We stay at Calypso every year. This was our first time in tower III and it exceeded our expectations! The convenience of the third floor was amazing. The condo was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed! Kerry was excellent to work with and made everything about staying with her a breeze! Great week in PCB in a beautifully decorated condo with great views and perfect weather too! Kerry was a wonderful host as she answered all my questions and needs in a timely manner! The location was great with loading/unloading, just steps to our condo entrance, cart location and bridge to the condo was on the 3rd floor too! Perfect spot 3-303! Short walk to the beach and, beach chair set up was great too! Short walk to Pier Park and, great restaurants! Bedding and lounging around was comfy as well! Would definitely recommend!?? Our stay at Calypso 3-305 was absolutely perfect! The condo was clean and spacious and was in walking distance to EVERYTHING!! We loved walking to and around Pier Park during the day and at night! The condo had everything we needed down to soap, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent. It has a huge zero entry pool and is a very short walk to the beach, which had crystal clear water. We also enjoyed the tiki bar by the pool and at the beach. The complementary beach chairs were perfect and in a great location! Our favorite place to eat while in PCB was Hooked. It was just a short walk across the street and the food was amazing, so good we ate there three times! I would love to go back to PCB and would definitely want to stay at the Calypso condo 3-305 again!!

This condo was our home away from home for a week! It had all the amenities we could ask for. The beds are comfy, the decor is so beachy and welcoming! We will be staying here again! Parking was easily accessible too! Walking distance to many spots in PCB. Beautiful view from the balcony! Kerry is the best host too! We highly recommend this property!

To begin with, I was looking for a quick spur of moment vacation before going back to Arkansas to restart cancer treatments. Not only did I fall upon this condo I got the best service with Kerry. She was super quick to answer any questions AND got me in this PERFECT condo within a week I believe! This was our first time staying in PCB but hve stayed other places. You absolutely will not find a condo more convienent than this one! There’s everything you could need and the pool?? Shut up!! The beach access was the best and being walking distance to the pier park is very convienent we couldn’t have been more pleased, and will ALWAYS book this specific condo for here on out!!

For starters, Kerry was absolutely amazing to work with. Communication was prompt and efficient. She answered my 100s of questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Once we got there, we discovered the room was right off the parking garage, right next to the luggage carts - huge relief! We were parked, unloaded, and unpacked within about 30 mins. The location of the room to the condo amenities couldn’t get any better! The room amenities are amazing - beds were comfortable, TVs were big, fantastic view from balcony, Keurig for my morning coffee… plus it was super clean. We came down with our teens, and the location of the condo was fantastic. They were able to walk to pier park while dad and I relaxed by the pool. Then we were all able to meet up for dinner. I don’t think we had to get in the car but 1 time during our entire 4 night stay. We walked everywhere we went. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!

Wow! Wow! Wow! We have been coming to Calypso Resort for 10 plus years and this year we decided to rent a condo in the new Tower 3. It was a GREAT decision. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the items we needed for our weekly stay and the best part was the LOCATION!Being on the third floor, we had easy access to the garage and the skywalk over to the beach. Literally had our toes in the sand in less than 5 minutes of leaving condo. The balcony was so large and we had great views of the pier and observed some gorgeous sunsets. The amenities at Tower 3 are awesome fire pit, hot tub and a beautiful pool. Also bring so close to Pier Park without having to cross the street was nice. The owners, Kerry and Ryan were so easy to work with, and gave us a lot of great recommendations while in PCB. We had a great stay and can’t wait to come again….if you rent Dolphins Dream, hope you have a wonderful time like we did!

So glad we were able to stay here. The location of this unit cannot be praised enough. Not just were Calypso Tower, next to Peir Park, but being on the 3rd floor was WAY more important than I thought. Why? You're the closest room to the skywalk and the luggage carts. We were parked, unloaded and in our room enjoying the view in less than 10 min. Kerry and Ryan are great to work with. Communication was prompt and detailed. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on, only wished we could have fit them all in. Room was super clean and well appointed. It's nice having both a couch and a love seat for movie watching. Speaking of that...the TV's are HUGE compared to every other rental I have looked at. So nice to be more than an afterthought. most are 43" to 55" these are 65" to 75". Makes a difference for a rainy day or March Madness. We will Definity be checking for availability as soon as we know our spring dates for next year. :)

Where to begin. This was our 2nd stay in PCB and Kerry is a fantastic host. Prompt responses to all questions. Calypso Tower 3 Dolphins Dream 305 was a great location. Located on 3rd level parking garage which is the same level that takes you across an enclosed walkway over to the beach. The condo was so clean and equipped with all the necessities needed for your stay. Keurig coffee was great for morning coffee to enjoy on the balcony overlooking pier, gulf and pool. We had such an enjoyable stay. Pier Park is within walking distance and many attractions. Looking forward for our 3rd year at PCB and staying in this condo and working with Kerry.

POOL:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 9AM - 10PM
Glass is prohibited in the pool area.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
Flotation devices, balls, noodles, and similar objects are not allowed in the pool area.
Babies must wear swim diapers.
Appropriate swimming attire is required in the pool area. Denim shorts and thongs are not appropriate.
BEACH ACCESS:
TOWER III Guests may use the Tower I and II beach access, which is located on the ground level in the center between Towers I and II.
Public Beach Access 53 is conveniently located to the West of Tower II. TWO RESERVED BEACH CHAIRS & HUGE UMBRELLA AWAIT YOU!
GYM:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 9AM - 10PM
Children under the age of 16 just be accompanied by a parent.
Non-slip athletic shoes, shirts, and approriate attire must be worn.
Equipment must be wiped down/sanitzed after use.
Wear your Tower III Calypso wrist band.
PARKING
Loading and unloading zones are the paved parking areas at the entry of Calypso Tower III.
You can park here for 15 minutes - which is plenty of time for Crabby's 2nd floor condo guests!
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
We will send you a link to PRINT your parking pass.
You will need to scan the printed pass for entry into the covered garage.
You also need to scan the printed pass to EXIT the covered parking garage.
You will need to DISPLAY THE PARKING PASS on your dashboard to park in the Calypso parking garage or around the perimeter.
Unauthorized vehicles are subject to being towed at the owner's expense.
LUGGAGE CARTS
Carts are located on level 3 of the parking garage. Level 3 of the Calypso parking garage offers crossovers to Calypso Towers 1, 2, and 3.
A driver's license may be required to secure a luggage cart.
WRISTBANDS must be worn at all times to ensure your safety and privacy at the resort. $50 Charge for lost wristbands.
TRASH - Please place bagged trash in the North or South trash chutes located on the far ends of each floor.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING in Calypso's pool and common areas, including the TIKI BARS. CALYPSO III is a 100% SMOKE FREE RESORT!
NO PETS: Guests are not permitted to bring pets.
DO NOT ALLOW ANYTHING TO DROP OR BE THROWN FROM THE BALCONY. IT IS A FELONY IN FLORIDA AND YOU COULD BE ARRESTED AND EVICTED.
We do not assume responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any loss, damage, or injury to personal property or person in connection with your stay.

BOOK OUR CONDO! A $300 deposit will hold your dates, refundable if cancelled at least 60 days prior to your scheduled check in date.
At check in, it becomes your damage deposit, refundable after checkout provided terms of the rental agreement are met.
The rent total is due at least 60 days prior to check in, along with a copy of your driver's license, and the signed the rental agreement.
Rent is 100% refundable if you cancel at least 60 days before your scheduled check-in date.

It's as easy as One, Two, Three - but it IS required of every Calypso guest.
1) PRINT YOUR PARKING PASS AT HOME!
You MUST have your PRINTED PARKING PASS when you arrive at the garage.
2) SCAN the PRINTED PARKING PASS to raise the gate and enter the garage.
3) DISPLAY the PRINTED PARKING PASS in your vehicle's dashboard while parked in CALYPSO'S GARAGE or CALYPSO RESORT'S OUTSIDE PARKING. Failure to display the PRINTED PASS could result in your vehicle being towed at your expense.

TOWER III at CALYPSO 3-305 RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Rental Agreement requires your signature of acceptance. You must sign the Rental Agreement where indicated as “Lessee”, and print your name below your signature. Since you are the person accepting responsibility, be sure that all persons who will be sharing the facility with you are familiar with the rules and limitations pertaining to the facility.
CALYPSO 305 TOWER III RENTAL AGREEMENT
Kerry Schrand-Rawe and Ryan Rawe, Lessors, lease to Lessee the lodging facility, Tower III at Calypso Resort, Unit 3-305, 15928 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, 32413.

RENT, CLEANING, TAX = TOTAL $_____________, PLUS DAMAGE DEPOSIT.
This total is due at least 60 days prior to check in, and is 100% refundable if your reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, or 50% refundable if your reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. No refund will be given if you cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in date. You have the option to purchase trip cancellation insurance if this is a concern. Late check out will result in loss of your damage deposit.
Damage Deposit: Your deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check out, provided the condo is maintained in the same condition as it was found, reasonable wear and tear accepted, and no late checkout. Cooking areas shall be left as clean as they were upon arrival, and the floor swept clean of food crumbs. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning or repair charges deducted from your damage deposit. Prior to your possession, we have taken a detailed inventory of the contents of the facility. Lessee agrees to replace or pay for losses, breakage or damage should such occur.
LIMITATIONS:
NO SMOKING, E-CIGARETTES, OR VAPOR PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE CONDO OR THE BALCONY.
PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED.
AGE: We do not rent to under age 25 without parents or guardian present during the entire stay. Violations result in forfeiture of the deposit and eviction without refund.
WRISTBANDS: Lessee agrees to ensure that all (6) Calypso wristbands are to be left on the rack in the hallway, and agrees to pay a $50 replacement fee for each lost or damaged Calypso wristband.
MAINTENANCE: Lessee shall allow maintenance access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. During your stay, promptly report all maintenance items and we will respond to them as soon as possible. Refunds are not made for inclement weather, lack of public utilities, the unavailability of private community amenities, mechanical failures or malfunctioning equipment. There is no guarantee that pool will be heated. These amenities are extras provided in addition to the condominium rental.
CONSTRUCTION: Construction and repair may be adjacent to or near this vacation rental property. You may reserve this property at a time when no construction or repair is nearby, but construction or repair could begin prior to your arrival or during your stay.
SECURITY: Lessor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or items left behind. Lock your car doors and keep the condo doors locked when you are away.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation. We will refund any unused portion of your rent from the date that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation, until the order is lifted. If you are scheduled to arrive during a mandatory evacuation, we will refund the unused portion of your rent if you want to shorten your stay and come in after the mandatory evacuation order is lifted. No refunds for dates that there was no mandatory evacuation.
OCCUPANCY: To ensure your safety we cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of more than 6 persons permitted in or about the facility at any time. This includes persons of all ages (babies, children, adults) and visitors. If we determine that the number of permitted guests has been exceeded we will terminate this lease and ask you to leave the premises without refund.
PARKING: Calypso Resort’s covered parking facility requires parking pass that must be ORDERED ONLINE and printed IN ADVANCE to scan at the gate for touch-free entry. This pass must be displayed on your dashboard to show that you are authorized to park in the garage. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense, so it is very important that you PRINT AND DISPLAY YOUR CALYPSO PARKING PASS.

This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Florida and the venue for any litigation arising under this agreement. I am 25 years of age or older, I will be staying on the premises for the entire rental period and I have listed my guests and visitors above.
I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LEASE. IN ADDITION, I AGREE TO RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY KERRY SCHRAND-RAWE AND RYAN RAWE FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FROM ACCIDENT OR INJURIES FROM USE OF TOWER III AT CALYPSO RESORT UNIT 3-305.
