We had a fantastic stay! Loved the convenience of being on the second floor and not having to use the elevators if we didn’t want to! Loved that we could walked to Pier Park with all the kids at night to eat! This was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed!! Wonderful experience!

Calypso 208 was a fabulous find. Kathleen was a gracious host with prompt communications. We found the condo to be spacious, warm and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to cook in after a long day at the beach or hitting the trails. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to Pier Park and many restaurants. We spent time on the beach and wondered to trails of nearby parks and conservation areas. The Sunsets were “Spectacular” from the balcony overlooking the ocean. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to spend time in Panama City Beach. We are looking forward to returning next year.

We've come to expect great things when we stay at the Calypso resort. The resort is our favorite place to stay and is in short walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Pier Park.
The home we stayed in was beautiful and fit all of our needs. It's spacious, comfortable, well-decorated and is conveniently located on the 2nd floor which is a short walk from the parking deck. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.
We definitely recommend staying here.

This unit was absolutely gorgeous. Mrs Kathleen was great to work with. Unit is in excellent location. Being on second floor we were concerned about noise but there wasn’t any. With Covid this unit is perfect you do not have to use elevator. I been coming to PCB for over 30 yrs I have to say this was the cleanest condo I ever stayed in and I’m picky. Will absolutely try to use this unit again.

Lovely place and beautiful beach. Easy check in out owner very responsive. Enjoyed the area booked chairs and ended up upgrading to the sand chairs to sit anywhere rather then in a line. Chairs are run by separate owners Easy to bring your chairs and umbrellas. Restaurants convenient walking distance.

This condo was exactly as advertised! Very convenient, great views, and very easy access to the pool and the beach. She was very responsive to any questions that we had! Would recommend!

This 3 bedroom unit was great. My wife and I stayed in it with my son and his 3 friends. They were all just graduated from high school and wanted a fun place to enjoy with some independence. The access to the property was great and they could come and go as they pleased. It was so close to Pier Park and other attractions that they did not even have to drive anywhere to have a good time. It was all within walking distance. They did escape rooms and ate at all of the restaurants and the pool and beach were great also. The condo's two extra bedrooms had 4 beds so each had their own place to sleep. Great overall experience. I would definately come here again.

About the owner: Hello Fellow Beach Lovers, I am Kathleen Reese and we reside in Tallahassee, Florida approx 2 hours east of PCBeach. My husband and I work full time and decided to buy a condo at the new, fabulous Calypso Resort, because our family (three daughters/sons by marraige and six grandchildren) has enjoyed the best, most relaxing vactions AT THE BEAUTIFUL beaches of Panama City! Buying a condo at Calypso was our first realestate investment and We have been blessed by having positive, special relationships with families who have visited. This picture was taken at the renown Front Porch restaurant a few steps away at Pier Park, right next door to Margaritaville.

We love sharing information about some of our favorite places & activities in PCBeach that many families do not know about: St. Andrew's State Park has rental boats, kayaks and provides shuttle pontoon rides to the fabulous, pristine Shell Island where dolphin watching is unusually great. Also, GulfWorld Aquarium and Zoo just a few blocks away is very special, family oriented, a great bargain and our grandkids love going there (educational too!). Of course, we love the fabulous Pier Park and everyone has lots of fun every time we visit....just a few steps away.
