Everything our family needed was there in one spot. The condo had everything we needed including beach gear. Parking was easy and never had a single issue. My sons travel team played in a baseball tournament nearby. This Condo was absolutely perfect. Beach front with a beautiful view. Easy access to restaurants and attractions. Close to the ballparks! Owner was very accommodating. We would 100% stay here again and plan to do so!

There has been $40k spent on upgrades in this unit recently.
Rent direct from an owner, not some high priced rental management company that charges owners 20-30% to manage the property. This reduces our costs and we pass that savings on to you. The unit that you see on this site, is the unit you will stay in, no bait and switch...We have a full time local maintenance just in case there are any unforeseen issues.

Want to cook You have a kitchen stocked with more than the normal vacation property low budget pots and pans. Instead, you have enough cookware to enjoy a little gourmet cooking as you sip your wine with friends. Don't want to cook That's great too, because you're a few hundred feet to Pier Parks numerous eateries where you can enjoy a different restaurant all week long. After the sunset and happy hour, you can be at dinner in just a minute or two.
Hopefully you have the normal incredible weather PCB is known for, but just in case we have this unit stocked with fun family games.
This location is in high demand, so please don't hesitate.
Parking in the garage costs $50 per car for the entire stay. The pass will only allow one car at a time to be in the garage. The car pass will scan a car in and then out. We will email you a link to purchase the garage passes directly from the resort. For prior guest of Calypso that recall the price use to be $20, they are correct. But the board of Calypso raised the price for parking to be more inline with outher resorts in PCB and we don't control this price or get any of the money. We are sorry about this increase.
