During the peak season, we rent this unit Saturday to Saturday, unless the unit is still available about 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
For the comfort of all our guests, we have a strict no smoking and no pet policy.
We have a two-payment plan for your convenience, where 50% of the rent total and the $300 refundable security deposit is due within 7 days of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

We loved our stay in 604W! The unit was clean and well equipped. You could tell the floors were new, walls freshly painted and the furniture was updated. The view from the balcony was amazing. We loved walking to pier park and local restaurants on the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The view was absolutely breathtaking. From sunrise to sunset. It was a great environment to stay at. The beach chairs were a gigantic plus! The room itself was perfect, from the beds, to the showers, and even the cute little decorations set out. I enjoy my room but loved the beach even more!

Seriously this was the first time I have stayed somewhere that I didn't even drive again until we left to come home. This place has everything you could want within walking distance. Fine restaurants to dine at and the park just across the street for all the fun you can have. The kids enjoyed the beach and the pools and of course I enjoyed the Tiki bar for some very nice drinks. The condo was second to none. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook as well! I'll be returning for sure! Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Calypso 604W is beautiful and relaxing condo. Our family loved the fact everything is in walking distance or very short drive. Pier park right across the street! We have teenagers and with the beach front on one side and Pier Park on the other~ everyone had a great time! The vacation guest app link was so convenient we had all the local information and our codes before we even left home. There was no having to stop at an office for the keys or codes~ thank you for making the process so easy. The 6th floor is perfect. We were high enough to have a view of everything, but not too high when I get nervous. The free beach chairs were a huge bonus for our budget. The savings allowed us to enjoy the Tiki Bar a few afternoons. We will be back again next Spring!

We stayed in this condo for a week and it was wonderful. Very well decorated with nice flooring and furniture. We had issues with the wifi on the first day, and management was nice enough to come right over and fix it for us. We loved having our own sliding doors out to the balcony from the master bedroom! It was also nice being on the 6th floor, as it was high enough to get a view but low enough where we weren't spending a ton of time on the elevator. We really enjoyed our time in this condo and would definitely book with them again!

This condo exceeded all my expectations in many ways. First, the furnishings are upscale and everything is exactly as promised. The view is exceptional and everything is provided in the kitchen. Monster TV's in each room were nice to give everyone some space at the end of the day. It is great having the beach chairs provided and it is an easy walk to the pier for fishing and to Pier Park for restaurants and entertainment. The owners and the rental agency were very friendly and nice to work with. They really blew me away with how quickly they responded to anything we needed and always very courteous and pleasant. I've stayed at plenty of beach condos over the years and this has been one of my personal favorites. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!!
