Security Deposit and Payment Policy:
THE PRICE DISPLAYED INCLUDES RENT, CLEANING AND TAXES. MANY OTHER PROPERTIES DO NOT SHOW THESE FEES UNTIL THE END OF THE BOOKING PROCESS.
There is an additional $300 security deposit that will be returned following your stay provided nothing is missing or broken and the unit is vacated on time. $300 is due at the time of booking and the total balance, including security deposit, is due two months prior to your stay.
There is an additional parking fee of $20/vehicle.

Calypso 3 BR/2 BA Luxury Beachfront Condo
Beautiful condo unit at Calypso Resort, including IN-ROOM INTERNET, BEACH CHAIR SERVICE, BIG SCREEN TV, and a twin over QUEEN BED in the bunkroom make this condo the place to stay!
This is a 3 bedroom including the bunkroom with a door and 2 bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps eight people. The three separate sleeping rooms provide privacy for everyone, and the dining room table expands to provide plenty of space at the dining room table. The sleeping accommodations include a KING bed in the master bedroom, a QUEEN in the guest bedroom, and a TWIN-OVER-QUEEN in the bunkroom, so even adults can sleep comfortably in the bunkroom. Additionally, there is a Lazy Boy double reclining couch in the living room.
The unit is located on the 17th floor of the west tower directly on the beach providing a beautiful vista of the beach, gulf, and pier. There are gulf views from both the living room and the master bedroom with a spacious balcony spanning between the two. Windows in the guest bedroom and bunk room look out on Pier Park and the back-bay area. There are smart ROKU TV's in the living room and all of the bedrooms, so bring your streaming service logins and passwords. There's a DVD player in the living room in case your favorite movie happens to be on disc. The BIG-SCREEN TV in the living room is great for movies and sports alike. IN-ROOM WIRELESS INTERNET IS INCLUDED. A spacious kitchen allows easy movement and the counter allows for easy service to the dining room as well as a place for quick snacks.
Beach service is included with the room from mid-March through October, so be pampered while you enjoy the beautiful beach.
If you’ve stayed at Calypso you know the excitement the resort has to offer. If not, you’re in for a treat. There’s activity at the resort all day, with two huge mirrored pools, a workout room, and free Wi-Fi both in the unit and in the public areas. Calypso is directly on the beautiful, wide, white sand beaches of the Florida panhandle, complete with emerald coastline waters merging into the deep blue of the Gulf of Mexico. A tiki bar between the pools and near the steps to the beach provides quick access to refreshments from the heat. There’s almost always a beach volleyball game that you can join in on. If fishing is your bag, grab your tackle box and walk next door to the city pier for excellent salt-water fishing. Pier Park, the area's premier shopping, dining, and entertainment development, is one block away and provides something for everyone in the family.
When you come to Calypso, you can literally park the car in the covered garage and not worry about driving again until it’s time to go home. Better yet, Southwest and Delta fly directly into the Panama City Beach Airport, just 12 minutes away, so just leave your car at home.
Condominium rules forbid guests from bringing pets. The unit is strictly NO SMOKING!
