The absolute convenience of staying on the first floor is 2nd to none!! We were worried about the view..however it was like we were sleeping right ON the beach! No waiting on elevators, a quick walk right out to the beach…fabulous!! Kerry was quick to answer any questions we had and she seriously thought of everything we may need or want. We will be booking again!

We come to Panama every year and we love staying in this condo! Kerry is such a sweet soul and is very quick to respond! The condo is so convenient being on the first floor. It was always a hassle to deal with the elevator and carts when staying on any other floor. The parking space that comes with the condo is fabulous and you don't have to worry with someone dinging your doors! We can't wait to return next year!

Perfect place for family vacation. The condo was beautiful and well kept, beds were comfortable. We couldn’t have had a better place for our stay. Wow!! We couldn’t say anything better about this condo. Kerry was very accommodating and so easy to work with. When we first arrived, we pulled right up to unload our things which was so convenient being on the first floor! Our actual parking space was directly below the condo building which could not be more perfect!! The condo itself was very spacious and had everything we needed, plus more! As far as sleeping arrangements, we had plenty of space and had several extra blankets, sheets, and pillows. There was also a Pack N Play available in the master bedroom closet if needed. Kitchen items consisted of pots, pans, can openers, blenders, crock pot, keurig, you name it, she had it! No need to pack items for the beach, as there are beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach toys, and umbrella. At night, we had a variety of board and card games to choose from underneath the wet bar area. We also walked less than .2 miles to Pier Park several times for dinner, shopping, dessert, and night life. This condo is in a fabulous location and we will absolutely be back! It was spotless, smelled very clean, and had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean! I highly recommend staying here!!! Thank you Kerry for a great experience and beautiful condo!

This is the best condo! We loved it! The first floor is so convenient-especially with your own parking place directly below. The condo is spotless, stocked with everything- blender,pots and pans, beach towels, beach toys, extra blankets and pillows.... It is decorated beautifully, beds were comfy and Kerry was wonderful to work with! She made everything very easy and gave us all needed info and great tips. It is in walking distance to the pier and pier place and many restaurants. Walmart or groceries are a two min drive. The beach service was sooo nice and the tiki hut by the pool had fun drinks.. We will definitely be booking again!! Best week in the best place!

We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay!! Kerry has thought of EVERYTHING! There was nothing that we needed that she hadn’t already provided including board games and beach toys! Although our children are older and we didn’t need it, we noticed that she has even provided a high chair for those that do. The first floor location is so convenient! Especially during this crazy pandemic period, it is so nice to know that you don’t have to get on a crowded elevator to get to your room! Having the pool right outside our door allowed our teenagers to swim while we cooked dinner and were still able to keep an eye on them. Cooler? No need to pack one unless you just want to, but if you do, Kerry has provided one of those to! After the first day, we realized that the room is so close to the pool and the beach that it was just as easy to run back to the room to get a drink or snack! The location of the condo cannot be beat. It is just a short walk or drive to Pier Park and everything it has to offer! I could go on and on about this condo and how great it is and the owner is amazing. We had a slight maintenance issue and Kerry had someone come to address it right away! I could not recommend it more! One more thing—super clean and decorated exactly as you would want a beach condo to be!!! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to PCB!

My wife and I have been coming to Panama City beach for 20 years, we have never had such a nice place before. Easy access and great memories for sure, we have booked again for next year. Hands down the best unit our family has ever rented at The Calypso. Perfect location. Beautifully decorated (and comfortable). Fully, and I mean fully stocked for guest. "white glove" clean. Tons of extras you will not find with other rentals. All the comforts of home with a beach front view. If we could give it 10 stars, we would. Kerry is wonderful to work with. We have loved The Calypso since it opened, have stayed in some nice units, but this one will be the Sharpe Family's favorite.

We visited PCB with a group of 7 and had plenty of room for everyone. We brought my 4 month old grand-daughter and it was perfect! There was plenty of baby items so we didn't need to bring much from home. The pool side location made it easy in and easy out. I've stayed at Calypso in the past and while most rentals there are very nice, this one had them all beat...especially with the location. Being on the first floor and poolside made everything so easy. And the balcony is completely stocked with everything you could possibly want for the beach. Even though we were able to walk almost everywhere, we really enjoyed the VIP parking spot. Being so close to Pier Park was great!!! The condo was so clean and everything was updated nicely. We honestly felt like we were at home and we were all very sad to leave on our last day. This was my grand-daughters first vacation so it was very special to us. Thank you for everything!

This place was AMAZING! Absolutely beautiful, 1st floor was exceptional. Coffee on lanai every morning while looking for sea life was so peaceful. Close to so many great places to eat. Condo has everything you need, extremely clean and so comfortable! We're hoping to stay again, Kerry is by far the best to work with!!!

No worries about privacy, Calypso 'ropes off' the pool areas afer 10PM. You CANNOT see in the unit during the daytime (We've tried!). All you will see is the reflection of the palm trees and ocean shining back at you:) When closed, our custom draperies are very room darkening. The only problem is you may sleep too late to get up with the sun. The dolphins are most active in the morning!
FIRST FLOOR FLIP FLOPS is newly redecorated to give you a beach cottage feel and absolute luxury! We can accomodate nine, with king-size bed in the master suite, queen-size bed in the front bedroom on the left, bunk beds (FULL bed on lower bunk, twin on top) in the front bedroom on the right, and a new queen sleeper sofa with a new upgraded gel mattress.
Because your comfort is important to us, our fully equipped kitchen (granite countertops, of course) is stocked with all luxuries of home. Prepare your favorite dish, or blend yourself a Margarita at the wet-bar before heading off to Margaritaville, a few FLIP FLOPS away!
Mom says she is on vacation and doesn't plan to cook much No problem! There are many great restaurants in walking distance and a great carryout - THE EMERALD HUB - is just across the street.
We have menus in the condo, and often run across the street for carryouts to enjoy on the patio at sunset! Can't miss sunset!!!
Our unit offers a separate laundry room with new full-size washer and dryer. Being able to close the laundry room door means no laundry noise to interrupt your quiet time in the evenings :)
We have also installed extra storage cabinets - in the laundry room and above the wet bar - for your use.

No refunds will be given for any other reason, including red flag water conditions.
