We stayed here for spring break with our family. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The views were amazing and the free beach service was a big plus. The location we great for our teens they walked to Pier Park every evening and enjoyed some freedom. I would highly recommend this condo and the owner was excelled to work with. Jacqueline had great communication and we got our deposit back quickly,

Don't even know where to begin everything was great. The owner was great to work with, the condo was clean and nicely decorated and we just had a great time. My kids loved walking over to Pier Park and having a little freedom since we were so close by. We enjoyed a nice break sitting on the beach lol. Ideal for families and the location can't be beat.

The perfect setup for a family vacation. So convenient to Pier Park and just steps to the pool and beach. The condo was well equipped with everything you need. Sunsets were perfect from the balcony as well as relaxing for that morning coffee or nighttime cocktail. The owners were easy to work with and quick to reply to any call. We definitely will be back.

We loved staying in this condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinner in the evenings. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by in the morning while we drank our coffee on the balcony. The balcony furniture is so comfortable and the views from them are great. We liked walking over to Pier Park in the morning and evening and never had to get our car out of the parking garage if we didn't want to. There is a Walmart and Target and lots of shops near by. Jacqueline was a pleasure to work with and returned our deposit quickly. We can't thank you enough we had a great week making family memories.

We just stayed at this condo and we had a great time. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was nice to be directly on the ocean and have the beach service (less for me to carry back and forth everyday to the beach). Thanks for sharing such a great place with my family. This condo was so nice, clean and the views were perfect. We have stayed at Calypso many times but this is our favorite by far. Jacqueline was nice to work with and we got our deposit back quickly. The beach chairs were nice it was less to pack up everyday. Thanks again!

We rented the week before Memorial Day weekend. The unit was clean and ready to go . The only think missing was fitted sheets and the owner had an issue with cleaning service and the owners had them in the room the next day! The unit is very nice and the beds sleep better than mine at home 6th floor gives nice views and is far enough away from the elevator traffic noise. All the appliance work fine and the fridge ice maker supplied all the ice we needed each day. The facility is in a great location and easy walk to pier park and several restaurants. The communication and transaction with the owners was flawless! The instructions for weekly parking passes online was smooth. We actually had the pleasure of meeting the owners on the beach as they were down the same week. Super nice people and a place that I would rent again with the same unit.

My family and I just spent a wonderful week at this condo, 07/23/16-07/30/16. Everything that is advertised is there and more. Very clean. Housekeeping gave us a very clean unit to stay in. You have all of the amenities that are needed and more. Can fix anything from a pizza to a 5 course meal if you want. The condo décor made you feel right at home. Beds were so comfortable, better than high end resorts. The sixth floor worked out well, as you are only 3 floors above the parking garage level. Views are great. Close enough to walk up if needed, and not too high to walk down to the beach. Pools was very nice. Little small, and filled up quickly. But we did not go to Panama to set by the pool. The beach was wonderful and the beach crew was very attentive and super nice. Took real good care of everyone. Unit is close to the pier park, and many good restaurants.
We would highly recommend this unit to anyone, and will be contacting the owners again.

We stayed two weeks April 2019. The condo is great, had anything we needed. Love the bonus beach chairs included. The balcony was handy to watch dolphins when they were out front. The condo was very clean, great washer and dryer. Personally I love ice water so love that they had an ice maker in the fridge just like home. We had a couple of questions and Jacqueline answered our phone call and took care of our questions immediately.

CALYPSO 3BR/2BTH ON THE 6TH FLOOR, WALK TO PIER PARK
Only steps away from your favorite beach spot are Calypso's two 175 foot long gorgeous Gulf-front pools (one of which is heated) with plenty of lounge chairs, the Tiki Hut, which has adult and kid beverages, an ice machine and clean restrooms. For the really dedicated, there is a fitness center above the lobby with an ocean front beach view.
Calypso is across the street from PIER PARK entertainment and Shopping Complex, where you will find all of your favorite shops and tons of restaraunts, including TARGET (with groceries), STARBUCKS, PANERA BREAD, FIVE GUYS BURGERS AND FRIES, BACK PORCH, MARGARITAVILLE, GUY HARVEY'S - and even a 16 screen Theatre Complex with stadium seating! The kids will go nuts for the carnival rides and the Marble Slab Creamery! You can also eat on the beach by calling Fatty's Sandwich Shop, who deliver on the beach exclusively for Calypso guests!!
Once you are done on the beach and with your shopping, return to this upscale Tommy Bahama style, ALL TILE, spacious unit and have a beverage at the wet bar while catching the game on any of the 4 LCD flat screen TVs. While you are in the living room watching the 42 inch (with the ocean view of the sunset as your backdrop), the kids can catch a dvd on their TV in the bunk room, and your guests can relax in their queen bedroom with their own bath. And if you want to take advantage of the fresh seafood markets just down the road, the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook your meal and ice to chill your shrimp! You can even stay connected with free WIFI in the unit.
Your luxury accommodations include a Gulf-front master with a king-sized bed, 42 inch LCD TV, private bath with two sinks and granite vanity, huge walk-in closet and sliding glass door to the huge 21 foot long balcony, which has plenty of room to watch the gorgeous sunset. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and direct access to the hall bath, which also has two sinks and a granite vanity. The king and queen beds each have a Serta Supreme Pillowtop Mattress. The kids will love the BONUS bedroom with bunk beds. All three bedrooms have flat screen LCD TVs and DVD players. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa so the whole family will be comfortable! If you can resist the view, all bedrooms and the living room have black-out curtains, for when you want to sleep in or take an afternoon nap.
There are breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The balcony, which spans the length of the unit, has seating and tables with great views of the emerald waters! The sunsets from the balcony are truly breathtaking!
This unit is perfect for a family vacation! This 6th floor oasis is just high enough to escape the hustle and bustle below and offers privacy you do not have on the lower floors, without being so high you can't feel connected to the beach.
There are a variety of seasonal activities conveniently located on-site such as jet skiing, parasailing, catamaran rental and banana boat rides. These activities can be arranged at the beach side kiosk for an additional fee. Your vaction spot also has a book with restaurant menus, maps of the area and information on local attractions.
We rent to families and adults 25 years and older. We do not rent to any vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) who will be at the property for the entire stay.
