I rarely write reviews but after spending a week at the Quarterdeck, I just had to. The house was big, it was clean, it was updated/modern, it was the perfect location between the beach, pool, and downtown…everything was 3 mins away as described. Furthermore, the home owner was GREAT to work with. I could not ask for more. My kids are begging that we go back next year and I am pretty confident we will. I have zero complaints about this home. It was actually much larger than i expected. My wife loved it as well. This is the house you want to stay at! Thank you Amber!

Our stay at The Quarterdeck was great! The home had everything needed for our family trip- plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to gather, stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds/linens/pillows, convenient location to pools & beaches. The Carillon community is awesome- private beach, pools, security, restaurants, and more. Owners are quick to respond and accommodating. We will definitely stay at The Quarterdeck again!

The Quarterdeck (formerly Family Tides) is less than a 5 minute walk to a private access beach and was furnished with families in mind. It allows you to relax & enjoy every day of your stay with your family or friends. We have 4 bedrooms, plus a loft with Queen bed, and 3.5 bathrooms. The main floor has plenty of seating in the den, as well as at the kitchen table & bar. It’s a spacious, well stocked kitchen with an open pantry for your groceries.
Carillon is a quaint, lively, family-centered coastal community centrally located between Panama City Beach and the 30A corridor. There are 3 community pools (2 seasonally heated), tennis & basketball courts, playground, downtown shops & restaurants, and 1 mile of uncrowded beaches. From March to October, enjoy complimentary beach chair service - 4 reserved chairs and 2 umbrellas.
The Quarterdeck is a short stroll, or leisurely golf cart ride, away from "downtown" Carillon where you will find Gratify, Lake Powell Pizza, Our Little Beach Cafe, gift shop & bike rentals, a yoga studio, salon & fitness center, etc. and monthly concerts on the Village Green.
Security is of prime importance at Carillon. In addition to the entrance gate that monitors & controls access for all vehicular traffic, Carillon also employs licensed security officers to patrol the grounds to insure the safety of our guests.
During high season, rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
During the "off" season, a 3 night minimum is required.
The shops at Pier Park are only 5 miles to the east, and 30A is just a few miles to the west.

We are new Carillon home owners but not new to beach house rentals. This property has no reviews under our ownership, but we are happy to provide referrals from past properties/renters if needed.
