Located in Carillon Beach, an amenity-rich community offering a community pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness center; this three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront condo accommodates up to eight guests comfortably.  After a day of fun in the sun, cook up a gourmet meal for your friends and family in the kitchen, then enjoy that meal with the ones you love at the dining table. As the evening winds down curl-up on the new couch in the living room and watch a good movie; or drink-in the sunset colors on the beachside balcony with your favorite cocktail.

You'll get the rest and relaxation you've been needing in the master suite, furnished with a king-size bed, garnished with a make-up station, and complete with Gulf views. You'll pamper yourself in the master ensuite featuring a new glass-enclosed shower, and dual vanity. The kiddos will sleep-in in the bunk room, furnished with a new twin over twin bunk bed, and an additional queen-size bed, both fit with plush new bedding; they'll rinse away the days' sunscreen in the bunk room ensuite featuring a new tub/shower combination and a single vanity. An additional guest bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed is located just down the hall, equipped with a flat-screen TV and providing access to the shared bathroom featuring a new walk-in shower and single vanity.
