Veranda Villa , Panama City Beach , Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We loved staying here so much. Christine took such good care of us. The house was wonderful. The location was wonderful. We lived on the front porch, if we weren’t at the pool or beach. Thank you all so much for sharing it with us.

We had an amazing stay at Veranda Villa! The house is in a perfect location being just a short walk to the beach. We were exceptionally happy with how very clean and roomy it was and loved spending our evenings rocking on the huge porch. The owners were wonderful and responded to any questions immediately as well as called during our stay to make sure all was well?? Our entire family loved it at Veranda Villa and we will definitely be back!!

Veranda Villa is fabulous! Fully stocked home, in a fabulous neighborhood, steps from the beach with a fabulous access bridge……everyone was friendly and the home has been comfortable and wonderful with every trip. We appreciate the opportunity to stay at your beautiful home. It was a perfect vacation.

My little family stayed at the Veranda Villa for 4 nights during fall break. The location could not be any more perfect. This home is so close to the beach and you have no busy streets to cross which was perfect for my little ones. Christine was very accommodating and friendly. Thanks for sharing your lovely beach home with us!

What a wonderful home with a wonderful owner! Everything was amazing. Location, amenities, cleanliness, accessibility……we could go on and on. This home was magical and exactly what we didn’t know we needed for our little family vacation. Christine was amazing and helpful and kind. The home has everything you can think of and is well kept and loved. The corner lot is fabulous and the porch/veranda is perfection. This home made our week wonderful, even when Claudette tried to butt in. The beach access is amazing. We are so thankful for this home and Christine and Jerry’s willingness to share it. Thank you SO much and we will be back.

To further comment on what makes Veranda Villa so special along with Christine the owner I thought I would share my reflections that I sent to Christine after our trip. Veranda Villa was perfect in every way for our family. The home is in a great location, on a quiet corner, a very short walk to the beach. We loved sitting out on the veranda drinking coffee or playing games. The house is equipped with anything you could possibly need. We have been going to Florida for over 15 years with our family, and have stayed at lots of nice places, but Veranda Villa was the BEST!

Our family stayed at the beautiful Veranda Villa this spring and had a wonderful time!! This home is so beautiful and has everything you need! It was so clean and Christine, the owner is a joy to work with. She answered all my questions and had some special things for our family to celebrate! My husband is retiring from the Navy and I just finished chemo so we were there to enjoy family time and make memories. She even allowed our doodle to join us! The golf cart was so fun to have and the patios were so beautiful to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The grill is fabulous and the kitchen was outfitted with every amenity! Bathrooms were so clean and gorgeous, comfortable beds and a perfect location inside of Carillon Beach! Literally a 2 min walk on a calm beautiful street to the beach - we could hear the ocean from the patio!! We look forward to coming back as soon as possible. Christine is wonderful. As a fellow owner in Carillon we needed a second house to have our entire family and their kids come to visit. Christine to the rescue. Her home had everything our family needed and having the golf cart to go back and forth between her house and ours was a huge help. The home has all the comforts of home. Bring your suit, something to read and the rest is ready for you.

We have been going to Carillon for many years. This will go down as one of our favorite homes. I loved how close it was to the beach yet also close to the market area. The house had everything we needed and then some! We will definitely look at staying here again! Thank you for sharing your home!

It was our dream to get our adult kids, their wives, and our new grandbaby together for a relaxing vacation in Florida, so I rented Veranda Villa for a two week period and hoped it would all come together. With one son living in Washington and another in Texas, I was not sure it would work out. Thankfully, with an airport just 20 minutes away, we were able to fly everyone in for the week of July 4th. Veranda Villa is located in Carillon Beach, just steps from the beach. Carillon Beach is a beautiful gated community with every amenity you could ever hope for and about 1,000 feet of private beaches. Veranda Villa was perfect for our family. It was well equipped allowing us to have meals together at the house, beach toys, beach chairs, and a large beach umbrella. Christine, the owner, was extremely helpful and nice. She was easy to reach on the phone and tried to do everything she could to make our trip the best!

We have been traveling to Carillon for several years and this has by far been our favorite place!!! We loved everything about the house and all the extras Christine and Jerry provide to ensure the perfect stay. We greatly

Once again, my family and I had a wonderful vacation at Veranda Villa! The home is well maintained, beautiful wrap around porches, open kitchen and living area, and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is updated and offers all the amenities needed for cooking. Christine is a fabulous hostess who is happy to answer any questions you might have. Thank you Christine and Jerry for another relaxing vacation at Veranda Villa, we shall return!

Very nice rental experience. Easy access to all we wanted to do as a family. The home is very well equipped and the owners were very nice to accommodate our needs. Loved the Verandas. The porches are exceptional.

Veranda Villa is our Favorite house in Carillon. The Hostess is fabulous ! We were greeted with beautiful fresh flowers and wine ! House comes with beach chairs and umbrella and it is a short walk to the beach. The house is surround by spacious porches and we enjoyed eating outside or relaxing on the chaise lounges with a book. There are beautiful views with a break from the sun and heavenly smells of Jasmine. The Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of bed linens. Only thing you might want to know is that it’s a drip coffee maker not a Keurig. You will have a wonderful time at Veranda Villa!

We loved our Valentine week at this beautiful home! We loved the location two doors down from the Carillon, across the street from the Chapel and park and just down the street from the beautiful Promenade with all the blooming Camellias. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Christine and Jerry were wonderful to work with and called to check on us to be sure our every need was met. We look forward to our next trip to Carillon Beach and Veranda Villa.

This is a wonderful French Country home. I think my husband and I have been coming here for about 6 to 7 years every October. It is a perfect place for a family to enjoy beautiful Florida. Christine and Jerry have always been so accommodating to us. We have had visitors on and off and there has always been plenty of room. Wonderful kitchen equipped with everything anyone would need. Great stainless steel grill right out the back door. Plenty of towels, and extras for beaching it. 3 pools nearby and if you don't want to walk, an option is their rentable golf cart. The beach is wonderful. Veranda Villa is only one block from the walkover. We have access to beach umbrella and lounges. There is a little village nearby that one can get a quick bite and a shop to pick up anything you may have forgotten for the beach. I must include that this year was just a little different. We had only been here 7 days when word came in regarding Hurricane Michel. During this time we were in complete contact with Christine whom was totally accommodating. After the storm came closer we were required to evacuate and again Christine and Jerry, the owners, we so helpful. Once it was determined that Carillon was without water and electricity for an unknown length of time, we departed and headed home. Christine and Jerry were wonderful, refunding our fee and keeping in contact through out our journey home. We so appreciated their concern and caring attitude. Thank you, again. This would be a wonderful home for any family looking for relaxation and want to enjoy those wonderful Florida breezes....the porch is awesome.

We just got back from a 8 day vacation at Veranda Villa, that was the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. The house is simply amazing, we had all the essentials we needed plus some. The community is amazing, we took advantage and rented the golf cart since we have young kids. Really the beach is a 1 min walk though, my kids enjoyed riding the golf cart around to the different pools in the community. If you are thinking about booking this home you should.

My family stayed at Veranda Villa for the second time this summer... we just adore this house and the Carillon Beach community. Veranda Villa in particular is so comfortable and offers a fantastic set up for a family beach vacation. It's location is perfect -- just a minute walk and you're at the nearest beach walkover, or a quick walk to the town center if you want to grab a quick bite or extra beach supplies; and renting the owner's golf cart is a great option that allows you to cruise around beautiful Carillon beach, hop from pool to pool, and ogle all the gorgeous homes in the neighborhood. We have made some great memories and highly recommend this house. Thanks to Christine and Jerry for sharing their dreamy beach house with us!

The moment we walked into Viranda Villa it felt like home. Besides being beautiful , it had all the amenities you could imagine. The convenience and easy access to the beach and other outdoor activities was absolutely amazing. Trips to the store and restaurants were a hop, skip and a jump away. We hope to return to this Carrollon Beach for many years to come. Thank you, Christine Tuton for being so gracious and prompt in addressing any questions or needs.

My family had a wonderful vacation while staying in Veranda Villa! The owners were very easy to reach and checked in on us when we arrived to make sure everything was ok. The home was very comfortable and well equipped! It was a short walk to the beach and there were plenty of chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc. at the house. The air conditioned felt great when we came in from the beach each day and it cooled off on all floors which was wonderful! The neighborhood was fantastic. There was a cute little “shop” area where I rented bikes for my teenagers and we also enjoyed the gym, coffee/breakfast shop, and even ariel silks yoga all close by in the neighborhood. We loved the wrap around porches and drinking coffee early in the morning. It was conveniently located in between PCB and Destin and we went to both during our stay. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Had another fantastic vacation at Veranda Villa! The house is such a wonderful place to stay; close to the beach, the pools, the little shops, beyond wonderful accommodations - so clean, roomy and beautiful , so very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, golf cart, chairs and umbrella on the beach...it is just like being in paradise I think! Great location and lots to do - all within walking distance. Can't wait to go again! Owners super nice to deal with and check to make sure things are OK.

We have now been to Carrilon the last 5 years. This was our 2nd year to stay at Veranda Villa and can not compliment Christine and Jerry enough for their allowing to call Veranda Villa home for our week at the beach. The house is wonderful and being able to bring the kids and the family dog has made our last two years in Carrilon by far the best. We have 4 kids of our own and also brought my 80 year old mother with us...we had people coming and going all week and all very dissapointed to have to leave. Veranda Villa has made for a wonderful home for our family to thoroughly enjoy our week of vacation. Christine and Jerry are very gracious and accommodating and we can't thank them enough for everything. Having the golf cart is A++++ too... it made getting grandma to the beach a snap. We highly recommend Veranda Villa to anyone interested in staying at Carrilon and sincerely thank Christine and Jerry for allowing our family to enjoy their home. This was our 5th year in Carrilon and our 2nd at Christine and Jerry's Veranda Villa. We love everything about the place and Christine and Jerry have been terrific to deal with. The house is outstanding and provides a warm very comfortable place to spend our family vacation. We have 4 kids and brought the family dog, we also had my 80 yr old mother and a few family visitors came and went throughout the week...everyone agreed Veranda Villa was perfect. Our family booked Veranda Villa for Spring Break At the last minute my husband who was deployed to Afghanistan joined us . Christine was gracious enough to let us stay alittle longer ! Veranda Villa has a great kitchen all you need for cooking , plenty of towels, blankets etc ! We really enjoyed the lovely fireplace Christine was such a fabulous hostess and walked me thru my many question with quick response ! Carillon Beach is our favorite family destination for 20 years !! Beautiful beach with our own private chairs and umbrellas already set up on beach ! Beach Was not crowded even though it was Spring Break !! Highly recommend Veranda Villa!!

I echo the comments by Jennifer as we just stayed with two adult children and two parents for a long weekend and then my wife and I had the full week to celebrate our 25th anniversary! This brings back lots of memories as we had honeymooned in neighboring Pinnacle Port and remember riding bicycles through the Carillon Beach Neighborhood on the newly developed Streets. Veranda Villa was a perfect place to enjoy the white sand and beautiful coastal area. We can't wait to go back again next year and thanks for sharing your warm and comfy beach home with us again.

Stayed here for a week with my husband, parents, and two children. The home had plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortable. When the children were rowdy, and the adults wanted quiet time, we sent them up to the cupola room to read or watch videos. My parents and I spent many mornings and afternoons on the front porch. The beach is a very short walk away, and beach toys and towels are helpfully provided by the owners. The house is also conveniently located just two short blocks from the coffee and ice cream shop. One night a live band played on the green next to the coffee shop. We danced and had a great time. I highly recommend this home! And I'm so happy the owners allowed us to bring our Jack Russel with us. He also had a great time. :-)
