This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed in this condo and we absolutely love it. The place just feels like home… if we lived just steps away from the beach with a gorgeous view of the gulf. We love the location because it’s outside of the busy heart of Panama City Beach, while still being very close to everything you could ever need. The owners are responsive and kind. We had a minor issue during our stay this year and they were just so easy to work with. We really appreciate all of the little touches they put into their condo along with the way they continue to improve it (the new kitchen counters are great!). Last year we came down to run around and have fun, and the condo was a perfect home base for all of our adventures (dolphin cruises, mini golf, lots of dinners out, shell island, etc). This year, we had a death in our family just weeks before our trip and we just needed to get away and sit on a beach somewhere. This condo was the perfect place for us both times. I just can’t say enough great things about it. Thank you Vickie and Kurt!

Latitude Adjustment is such a lovely condo. It was so fresh and clean, and exactly as pictured. This was our first time renting here but won't be our last! Both Kurt and Vickie are great hosts and Vickie answered my questions patiently. The view from this condo is breathtaking! The condo is very comfortable and well appointed! Our stay at Latitude Adjustment was fantastic! Although Hurricane Ida dampened our beach time somewhat, we thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations. The condo was very clean and located in a very convenient location close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The free beach service provided during our stay was very much appreciated! We had the most amazing week. The condo is beautiful, updated and clean! Exactly as pictured. The location is perfect, the sky walk parking bridge is an added plus for those rainy evenings (if going out) The included beach service is awesome- not all condos have that and this was an added bonus and of course the beach proximity is the best! Kurt & Vickie both were fantastic to work with! Can’t wait to go back next year!!

This is such a beautiful condo and well equipped with everything you may need during your stay ( blender, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, plenty of bake ware , dishes and silverware). They even had extra beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. The condo is very well kept, very clean and has such a relaxing vibe to it. We are a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. The view from the balcony is stunning and breathe taking and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect not too far from the Pier Park yet not too close to deal with the traffic (driving distance 5 minutes) grocery store about a mile and a half away. Parking garage across the street with skywalk access, 2 pools and fitnesss room available for use. We definitely recommend this condo and looking forward to staying here in the future! Thank you Vickie and Kurt for staying in contact prior to the stay and after.

Such a cute place to stay! We had everything we needed. The view is spectacular! The beds were very comfortable. With kids, being right on the beach was so nice and EASY! The location of the condo is great-so quiet but very close to all the things! We had a very enjoyable experience and we will definitely be back! Thanks again Vickie and Kurt!

My wife had gone thru two hip replacement surgeries this year and we needed a trip to recover. This unit was just what we needed, it was one of, if not the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. The decor was right in line with my wife's taste. Everything you could ask for was there, and the view of the beach is outstanding. We will definitely use this unit again for our next visit if the lord allows.

The condo was immaculate, there were fresh baked scones waiting for our arrival, plenty of towels and linens, the couches and beds were VERY comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. This was our very first kid free trip and also our 10yr anniversary trip and it couldn't have been better. The owners were so accommodating and even let us check in earlier than normal and offered us another night for a discounted price. We will definitely be staying here again. The view was gorgeous and we were able to see so much marine life. We swam with a HUGE sea turtle who visited every day we were there and also a gigantic Ray who was beautiful to watch from the balcony every evening. Everything about the stay was perfect and we are so thankful we got the chance to stay here. We will definitely be booking this place again!!!

Me and my son stayed here 8/10/19 thru 8/18/19. We have been visiting PCB for over 20 years now and have stayed in location all up and down the beach. Our stay here was one of if not the best places we have stayed. The unit is very clean, and has everything you need to feel at home. This unit is everything they claim and then some. I look forward to staying here again.

We stayed here mid May 2019 for a swim meet. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and perfect location for our stay. Vickie and Kurt worked with me to book it for just a couple of days for our needs. The kids saw manatees from the balcony the first day there! Wonderful touch by having coffee pods stocked for the coffee machine. The beach access is easy and the pools are kept clean. Fast communication with from the owners. Prompt return of damage deposit. I saved my card and koozie and will definitely look here when we return for another beach vacation.

We had the pleasure of staying at Laditude Adjustments for three weeks. It is the perfect location at the quiet end of the beach. The condo is decorated beautifully. What you see in the pictures online is what you get. Everything is here you need, well equipped kitchen, bath towels, comfy bedding, beach chairs and my hubby favourite nice big flat screen TV. If you like to swim the Celadon has two wonderful pools. The beach is totally amazing. Lots of shopping and places to eat just minutes away. Great place to relax.

Vickie and Kurt made the rental process very easy with good communication, timely response and they want you to have a good time. The decor puts you in a beachy mood. Their condo was very well stocked inside, and having access to the beach chairs and umbrella made the beach experience wonderful for a husband that likes the beach, but doesn't like to be in the sun. The condo was clean and in excellent condition.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with this unit! It’s so clean and has a “beach home” feel to it. There seems to be no damage to the condo as a whole from the recent hurricanes on the coast. Vickie was very nice and helped us out in any way she could. We even got complementary drink koozies that made a nice little touch! We will for sure be coming back again.

Everything in there is new. The couch, chairs even the bed is extremely comfortable. Up to date decorations. It has a very "beachy" feel" to it. We had everything we could ask for. Fully furnished. Very Classy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Vickie is very pleasant and easy to work with. Could not be more pleased.

Any individual renting or leasing a unit within the condominium must be TWENTY FIVE (25) years of age. The Association has the right to demand proof of compliance with this age restriction for any entity including the owner, tenant or renting agency.
FAMILIES ONLY...... NO STUDENT GROUPS ALLOWED....... If you are under 25 and your parents are not with you, we can not rent to you. Sorry.
