Cancellation Policy:
20% of total rental ammount due at booking to hold reservation. Remaining 80% of due two weeks prior to your trip. 100% refund of deposit if reservation is canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled between 30 and 60 days. We reserve the right to keep the entire deposit if you cancel within 30 days of your trip. This applies particuarily to our busiest times of the year (June and July)

The condo was beautiful and decorated attractively, but the best part was the views from the master bedroom, livingroom, and kitchen. They were breathtaking! The balcony even wraps around providing an additional view. The condo was spacious and had all the kitchen essentials. The resort was well maintained. One of my favorite parts was that it is the last high rise and then just houses, so it was less crowded. A nice little touch was that we had two beach chairs reserved for us. No lugging chairs back and forth. Mike was great!! Always quick to respond to any questions and very gracious when our stay was ended abruptly with Hurricane Michael. I would definitely rent this condo again!

This unit has amazing views and the condo is exceptionally spacious! The owner Mike was very quick to reply to any concerns. This complex has a great layout and is conveniently located on the west end! I would highly recommend others to rent this unit! #beachlife
