Leigh-Sea's PCBeach Condo, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We have stayed in four other condos at Celedon, but none compared to Leigh’s. It was absolutely perfect. From the 18th floor, we woke up to gorgeous views and watched the stingrays every morning…….and enjoyed fantastic sunsets each evening. The condo felt like home……..it was spotless, delightfully decorated and everything worked. Loved the towels!!! Leigh is a fantastic host and we were thrilled that she shared her home with us.

We visited Leigh's condo again this year and had a wonderful beach vacation! The Celadon and Leigh's condo were clean, neat and everything was in good working order. We made good use of the beach chairs kindly provided by Leigh. We will definitely consider Leigh's for another stay when vacay time rolls around next year!

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. Great view, elevators weren't an issue. It's great to have 2 bathrooms. The pool across the street is warmer than oceanfront one. My kids love the walkover and it does make it a lot easier! Very quiet area but close to Pier Park. We will return!

We enjoyed our previous stay in this condo so much that we decided to return this summer. In over 20 years of annual beach vacations, we have never stayed in the same place twice. Leigh has done a fantastic job at paying attention to details that make a beach stay more comfortable (plenty of towels, Dish soap, garbage bags, and utensils, as well as comfortable furnishings). Thank you for having us again. We will be back!

My husband and I just spent an amazing week at Celadon Beach in Leigh's condo. It was our first time at this particular location in PCB, and we loved it. The condo was very clean and cutely decorated, the view from the balcony of the ocean was so beautiful. We used the gym facilities several times while there, which was a bonus. The beach access is fabulous and easy, and the restroom facility by the pool was clean. The whole complex was very well maintained and kept clean. Leigh was very accessible and answered all our questions very graciously. We will most definitely try to book again with Leigh in the future!

We just visited Leigh's condo again this year for our PCB vacay! We love the Celadon and Leigh's condo is always clean and comfortable. It has a gorgeous view that enhances our enjoyment of the visit. Leigh is always easy to work with and is attentive to any questions. We also love that she supplies beach chairs for the use of her guests. We will definitely plan to stay at Leigh's condo again in the future!!

We had a wonderful time, it is the best location I’ve ever been too, beautiful condo, and the balcony was my favorite thing the ocean was so close!!

This was truly the best time we've ever had at the beach. The location was awesome because its the last high rise condo going west and the steps fr room to beach was so easy. Very clean complex and condo indeed. We loved the 18th floor view too. The owners were grt to work with as well. Everything was just perfect! Thx for a grand time!

This condo was great. After 20+ years of annual beach trips, we have never stayed in the same condo twice. But that will now change because this condo met or exceeded our every need. No problems whatsoever. We really appreciated all the special touches throughout the unit, like extra towels and toiletries. The view is phenomenal and the pictures don't do it justice. I can't wait to return. :)

We stayed in this unit 1807 for our first family beach trip and we will definitely be back!!!! The condo was clean and comfortable and was just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay!

We just returned from a much needed relaxing week in PCB. Leigh’s condo was perfect it was very clean, spacious and had a homey feel the moment you entered it. The bed was very comfortable. The condo was supplied with everything we needed and more. The view was breathtaking. The Celadon is on the quiet west end which I love and is a short distance to Thomas Doughnuts! Leigh was great to work with in the booking process and also communicated with me several times while we were watching out for hurricane Ian. Thankfully it passed us by with only some wind. We had a great week and loved Leigh’s condo. Look forward to staying here again.

We leased Leigh's condo for a baseball tournament, and plan on coming back again. Every sunset we sat in awe at the beauty. This condo is on the far west end, and was quite, low crowds, and a nice family atmosphere. Leigh's condo was also perfectly cleaned upon arrival, well stocked with cook ware, utensils and anything you could possibly need to feel at home.

Just returned from our third stay at this beautiful condo. It is always very clean and cozy, our home away from home. Everything is perfect from booking, the decor, comfy bed, to the views of the sunset from the 18th floor. You will not be disappointed with this condo.

We had the best vacation and it all started with this awesome condo. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. It had everything that you needed to feel at home for the week. The view from the balcony was amazing and the balcony furniture was so comfy. Leigh was very informative and responded to all my emails quickly. I loved the area it was very quiet the elevator wait times was not bad at all, and it was very easy to get from the parking garage up to the room. I definitely recommend this condo you will not be disappointed. If I could give 100 stars I would because it’s sure is deserved. We loved every minute and sure do want to thank Leigh for letting us stay at her beautiful condo for the week!!!

We have stayed at Celadon several times and this condo is one of our favorites! Everything was very clean. The furniture was really comfortable. And the decor was updated and soothing. This condo has everything you need in the kitchen and lots of other extras to make vacation more enjoyable. Plus, the owner is very responsive. We had a wonderful week here and would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed at this condo many years ago and were FINALLY able to book it again. We love this condo. The 18th floor seems too far away at first, but it is close to the elevator, which you never have to wait for long. The ease of access to the beach and the TWO pools are just bonuses. Plus being able to park my car in a garage is the icing. The room itself is well maintained and clean. Everything that we need is there. Leigh is always very quick to respond and extremely communicative. This is one of our favorites, we can't wait to stay again! (included is a pic from the condo balcony of an incredible sunset we witnessed)

We have stayed her for the last 8 years.. The condo is always immaculate, if there is ever any issues Leigh gets back with you immediately. The place has all the comforts of home plus so much more. Leigh is so easy to work with and understanding when things happen with life. I have never had someone own a condo that was so easy to work with.. book it you won’t be disappointed..

My husband and I stayed at this condo in 2021 and 2022. It was a perfect place to spend some relaxing time. The condo is very nice, and the views are priceless. There are some games and puzzles in the condo as well that were fun. The location of the condo is great if you like to be away from some of the the populated areas. It was very nice to have the parking garage enclosed, and attached, which made it easy for getting luggage and groceries to the condo. I would highly recommend this condo.

Our stay was every bit of “Heaven on Earth”! All the amenities you could possibly need, not to mention the BREATHTAKING views!!! We had amazing weather during our stay and was able to enjoy the beautiful balcony with a gorgeous full moon that lit up the beach each night!! The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. Easy access to all shopping and restaurants!!! Will definitely be back!!!

My husband and i went to PCB for a birthday celebration for me. We stayed at Leigh's condo and are so glad we did. The condo is super cute, perfect size for 4 people. It was just the 2 of us on this trip but with the bunk beds and 2 bathrooms, a dining area for 4 people and enough seating for 4 it will make the perfect place to take our daughter and granddaughter the next time we go. It was cold when we were there so we didn't get to spend much time on the balcony but oh my gosh. The water is right there!!! The condo is on the 18th floor but you seem so close to the water. We saw dolphins from the condo which always makes me happy. I highly recommend this condo and it will be our home away from home when we are in PCB.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Leigh’s condo. This was our first time staying on the west end of Panama City and being at Celadon didn’t disappoint, especially Room 1807! Leigh’s condo was/is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed to have a pleasant stay was there in the condo, other than food! LOL! There was even a can of disinfectant spray, Clorox wipes, and small bottles of hand sanitizer available. Everything was clean, looked great, and smelled good! The view of the water was beautiful from the 18th floor. I almost decided to sleep on the balcony instead of sleeping in the bed! Just to give more information about Celadon, the wait for the elevator was not long and the walkover to/from the room to the parking garage was air conditioned and just a brief walk. I didn’t spend time in the pools because I went for the beach and loved every minute of it! We definitely look forward to booking Leigh’s condo in the future! Thanks, Leigh for sharing your condo with us! You made my time at my Happy Place very comfortable as my husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary!

Everything is great about Leigh's Condo. Booking process is sweet & simple. Location is perfect especially with kids. We are able to relax & let our kids play without a huge crowd surrounding us!! You can't go wrong with this Condo.

We come to the Celadon every year but this was our first to stay at this condo. We really enjoyed it and it had everything we needed. Very clean and very responsive owner. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

This condo served as the perfect fall break getaway for our family of 4. We enjoyed being on the quieter end of PC & the beautiful views offered from the balcony. Leigh was a perfect hostess and was so easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back to Celadon and rent this unit again. Thank you so much for a great week!

This condo is absolutely amazing. The condo is very clean and neat. Having 2 full baths is very handy even with just 2 of us we could ready at the same time. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. I have never seen a manatee in the wild or as many turtles we did from this balcony. Leigh is great to work with on everything and highly recommend this condo. The location is great also. We will be staying here again in the future when we go to PCB.

My wife and I have stayed at this condominium 3 years in a row. The owner is super easy to work with, the view is spectacular, and the property is clean and welcoming. The best thing about this property is it central location to Grayton State Park and st. Andrews State Park. My wife and I love to snorkel and this is right in between them. It is also in between Pier Park Seaside Rosemary Beach and a lot of other Great Destinations while you're on the Emerald Coast.

We love this condo! It's in the perfect location in Panama City Beach. The room is very nice and has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook. We especially loved that there are two full baths - plenty of room for a family of 4! Leigh is a delight to work with! Do yourself a favor and rent this condo for a wonderful stay in Panama City Beach!

We had a great time at Leigh’s condo! Check in and check out was easy, no hassle! I contacted her about garbage disposal not working which she was unaware of and she had someone out the very next day to take care of it! She’s definitely on top of things and cares about your stay! Would rent from her again!!!

We had a great stay! Leigh is easy to book with. She is a great communicator. Everything was simple & explained from A-Z. Beds was comfortable & my kids loved the bunk beds. I Would definitely recommend!!

Leigh’s condo is beautiful, clean and well decorated. No hassle to check in or check out and the entire rental process was great. Everything you need is right inside the condo, I loved the location of the “quieter” west end. Perfect location, easy access to and from parking garage. Lovely Condo! Well decorated and clean. Comfortable beds. My kids loved the bunk beds. Chairs in unit were helpful. TV had Netflix, which helped on our one rainy day. We love PCB. Highly recommend a beach walk to Thomas Doughnuts! My only complaint is the stinky walkway to the parking garage, but that’s not Leigh’s fault! She was very helpful and always emailed back quickly if I had any questions.

Great vacation! The place was beautiful and a great location! Everything was enjoyable from the reservation to the stay! We will most definitely go back!

Our stay was amazing! Leigh is a pleasure to book with! If you are wanting a comfortable, home like stay, to relax and unwind, this is the place for you! The condo is very nice and has the best “home” feel! The direct access to the beach is always nice! The traffic wasn’t bad at all in the area, but we were close enough to all the good attractions for the kiddos! We will definitely be booking again!

ust returned from our stay at Leigh's Celadon condo. It was great! We took our two boys and enjoyed the beach, Pier Park and the property. The condo is a 1br, but fully loaded for 4. Our 2 sons, ages 6 and 10, loved the bunk beds and we enjoyed they had their own full guest bath. We had the master suite. Lots of fun extras here. The air conditioned walkway to parking was great. And, the partially covered beach side pool was much appreciated. Even heated on those rainy days. The walk to the beach was also mercifully short and my hubby easily transported our tent set up beyond the rental chairs....we aren't tanners!! The beach is great. Plenty of shallows and deep spots. We saw no jellies, only curious fish. Great, convenient place. A little older, but they've put in great upgrades like the flooring and kept it great shape. Leigh made it super easy to rent and process was quick. Thanks Leigh!!

This was our first booking at Leigh's condo, but it will not be our last! The unit was very spacious. It was very clean and well decorated. It has a great view, and the parking deck was a major plus! Excellent upscale resort, two swimming pools and two whirlpools, free covered parking. Located way on the west end of Panama City Beach away from all the Spring breakers on the east end. The condo was very roomy and clean, with a washer/dryer right in the room. I could live in this condo, hated to leave. The owners returned the security deposit quickly. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway

If you want a home away from home this is the condo you should stay in. It is beautiful and you can feel the warmth. We have stayed twice and have it booked again. Leigh is great to talk to and work with. What are you waiting for? Book it!
