Covered parking decks connect to the main resort building with air-conditioned pathway. Three high speed elevators provide quick access to all condo units and bring you directly to the beach.

From this 19th floor unit, step out onto the spacious balcony from either the master bedroom or living area to the emerald blue water and sugar white sand with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. While enjoying morning coffee, you may spot dolphins, turtles or sting rays!  Perfect sunset view with an illusion that the sun dropping into ocean is almost guaranteed during your stay.
We have your security and convenience at our top concerns. The condo is equipped with a secure and easy keyless entry system. A secure and unique code will be generated before your arrival.We also provide complimentary beach service during the beach season (3/1 - 10/31). The beach service includes a double (2) chaise lounge chairs with comfortable cushions and a huge beach umbrella.  Just let the beach attendant know which unit you are visiting.  Just pack the beach towels and come on down!
