We come each summer to bring our granddaughter and this year she brought a friend. The condo was perfect for us as my husband and I prefer the quieter end of Thomas Drive and the second bedroom was great for those two teenage girls! This condo is so comfortable and welcoming and has everything you’ll need while on vacation. The master bed was so comfy and cozy and after a fun day of activity, I looked forward to it each evening! Check in was a breeze and we had no problems while staying at The Commodore. I will definitely be coming back to 1304 if I get the opportunity!

It was our second time to stay with in Lewis and Tessa's place, and wonderful again. Very clean and comfortable, with an outstanding view from the Penthouse. Great place if you like beach walking as it is not far from the St Andrews State Park. We look forward to our next visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Commodore 1304 for the month of November. The view is fantastic and we spent a lot of time on the large balcony. It's the perfect place to watch the rays, dolphins, manatees, ships and of course, the beautiful sunsets! The condo is in the quieter area of PCB and that is where we want to be! It's easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach. This condo was better equipped than anywhere we have ever stayed. There was plenty of dishes, cookware, paper and soap supplies, towels, storage etc. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of blankets. It's very convenient to St. Andrews St. Park and a pier. The owners are so nice and easy to work with. We look forward to returning as soon as we can.

We had a wonderful time in Panama City Beach. We loved the condo and the area, being next to the state park was awesome. Lewis and Tessa's condo had everything we needed plus a great view. We loved being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings with a cup of coffee or in the evenings to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Everyone we meet at the complex was very nice and we did not have any problems at all.

We had a wonderful time at this condo in PCB! I absolutely love this end of town, a little less crowded. The condo is easy to get to and easy access to the beach. Condo has everything needed and plenty of room for a family of 4-6. The pool and hot tub is also very nice! But to top it all, the owners are the sweetest! We will be back!

We are yearly PCB vacationers. For the last 6 years or so, we have stayed on the west end to avoid some of the crowds and traffic. This year we decided that we wanted to return to the east end. We were not disappointed! It was great! Our condo (and hosts) were amazing. I had never rented through ECBYO, so naturally I was slightly worried about what we would find upon arrival. My family fell in love with the area, the grounds were very well maintained and had a guard on duty at all times. They actually closed the pool anytime storms were near. The condo was the cleanest I have EVER rented! (Yes, I’m one of those people who checks the beds for bugs and tubs for hair. ??) The owners take such pride in their rental unit. Tessa was great about answering questions prior to our visit and emailed everything we would need for check-in. The unit contained everything you could possibly need should you want to cook or use the facility grills, including charcoal! Patches Pub is right next door, so you don’t even have to drive to find food or entertainment! We’ve already started planning our visit back next year!

Everything about your condo is spectacular. The view is 2nd to none. Your condo had everything we needed. Very clean also. Master bedroom bed was so comfy, best sleep I've had in awhile. Our daughter and her friend just loved their bedroom. Even though the weather wasn't the best (not your fault), we still had a wonderful time. Will definitely be back. We have stayed at The Commodore many years and was disappointed when our "go to" owners sold their unit. We are so excited to have found unit 1304! The Shirley's were great hosts and their condo was fabulous. It is very nice but yet still comfortable. I can't stress how comfy the beds were... we slept so great! We love the location and will definitely be back!

We were lucky enough to rent. This 2 bedroom with a view of the ocean and beach. The owners had everything we needed to have a great time. Everything was clean and the furnishings were very inviting. I thought it was a great home away from home. We could walk to a couple great restaurants. Everyone we met were very nice and friendly. We will most assuredly stay at 1304.

If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation with a view, this is the place to be. From the moment you walk in, the condo feels like home away from home. It has all of the amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of supplies for cooking and the complex has a nice grill area as well. The master bed is fantastic. So very comfortable ! You can walk out on the balcony from the master suite or the living room to enjoy the penthouse view. Coffee on the balcony in the mornings is a must. The second bedroom is beautifully decorated with 2 queen beds, tv, and walk in closet with beach toys. The location is perfect for family vacations on a quiet end of the beach. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to come back each year to stay. The Shirley’s are very accommodating and friendly . I can’t say enough good things about them and their wonderful place at the Commodore.

If you want to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Panama City Beach this is the condo to visit. It truly is home away from home. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. Fully supplied kitchen, sand toys, and most importantly the view from the balcony is amazing. If you enjoy fishing there is a pier close by and the walk to St. Andrews Park is beautiful. Eating at Patches is a must and it’s walking distance from the condo...great food and live entertainment. This condo will not disappoint! I look forward to my next vacation at The Shirley’s condo!
