My family had a great time at the beach staying in this unit. We actually had two units and family of twelve. Both were very nice and clean. Owners very nice and great response to any questions about your stay there. I would recommend any of these units. The 3 bedroom is just awesome.

This is an incredible 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with an absolutely amazing view. It was very clean and had beautiful furnishings. Love the enclosed porch/patio! We used it quite a bit. Joan was wonderful to work with and was always quick to respond if I had questions. Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely request this room again!

Wonderful place. Low key with great amenities. Close to the beach. Great fun with the kiddos. Would recommend this spot to anyone.

This was our third stay in one of Joan and Don Hogan's condos and never disappointed in any of them. The only thing we saw that should be looked into was what appeared to be at one time or another a leak on the ceiling in or near the guest bathroom.

Pictures simply do not do this condo justice! We loved everything about the condo. It's very spacious, tastefully decorated, had everything we would need, and had a gorgeous view. We have stayed at several locations in Panama and the Dunes has become my favorite. It's perfect for families, yet not that far away from anything you want to do. This was my second year staying in one of Joan's condos, and she has been great to deal with anytime I've communicated with her. I look forward to staying again next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in this lovely condo. Met many nice vacationers while staying at the Dunes of Panama. We even showed our condo to people who would be interested in renting on their next visit to PCB. The office staff was most helpful and courteous at all times. This unit was furnished extremely well, all utensils, etc. The view from all angles was fabulous. The only thing we could have used was a phone book to help us find restaurants. Looking forward to returning next year around the same time with the same owner of one of their units.

We had a wonderful relaxing time in this condo. We have been to 4 different condos in the last 3 years and We all agreed that this is the best condo we have stayed in. It was larger than the others and had a beautiful spacious balcony. The pool and grounds are clean and well secured. The entire condo was clean and comfortable. The parking is convenient and easy. The elevators are almost instantanious. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone, and I would love to rent it again in the future. Thank you Joan so much for allowing us to use your beautiful rental.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! The views are breathtaking! We had a group of six adults and one child. We had plenty of space, and loved the layout. All furnishings are modern, and the condo was spotless when we arrived! The balcony is very large, with amazing views, as this is an end unit. There is also a little balcony off one of the bedrooms with a nice ocean view as well. We went there in October, and it was a little cool and drizzling rain, but we were still able to walk the beach, collect seashells, etc. The complex itself looks great, nice pool areas. There's a cute restaraunt by one of the pools called Sud Weezer's. They serve breakfast, lunch, and frozen drinks. It's also a fun little gift shop. There are chairs/umbrellas for rent on the beach, and jet ski rentals as well. You can walk to a handful of local restaraunts and beach stores. We will definitely be back. I would like to visit again during warmer weather so we can enjoy the beach and pools! Also, the owner was very pleasant to work with. Smooth, easy transaction. She even left a little goodie basket on the kitchen counter for us, complete with water toys for the child with us. Nice touch! The check in process at the condo was a breeze too. So simple, no fuss. Gotta love it! Thanks Joan! :)

Everything was just as advertised. We did not do a lot of sight-seeing as we were there with another group in another condo (ten family members in all) Our only problem was that the ice-maker did not work and we had to go out for bagged ice a few times during the week. (Amazing how fast that ice goes in a blender). Had great time on the beach and at the pool. Hope to return soon.

This condo is wonderful, not only beautifully decorated, but also has great appliances and up to date televisions (in every bedroom too). The D building we found to be very convenient to the beach, as well as the pool area. We've stayed at the Dunes every year for about 22 years, and I will have to say this was the best condo yet!

I have been coming to Panama City Beach for 28 years and have stayed all along the beach at places like, Holiday Inn, Longbeach Resort, Shores of Panama and various beach houses. This is by far the most convenient, well placed rental we have ever had. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Also, having the parking space under the building came in very handy as we left our beach chairs, umbrellas ..etc in the car each day. The resort is kept very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely consider this same unit again next year.

Our stay in this 3 bedroom condo at the Dunes of Panama was awesome. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the views from every room were unbelievable. Very nice condo and the owners left a nice note and beach bucket with some goodies for the kiddos. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back at some point and stay in this condo again. Thank you, Joan, for providing us with such a wonderful place to stay and vacation.

The place was amazing! The unit was up to date with all the latest and greatest things! The owners hospitality was wonderful! We had several people and the wide open kitchen and living room really made us feel comfortable! The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed all rooms having a ceiling fan it felt like home! If your looking for a roomy beautiful unit this one is it we have stayed at the dunes of panama for at least 25 years and this owns one of our top best!
